The second bout of the Flyweight Invitational features couple of WAGs, blonde model and TV presenter Louise Redknapp and the Welsh brunette model, Danielle Lineker. Redknapp has recently signed for the newly created Marti's Maulers stable and looks to kick start her BBU career after two disappointing losses on her resumer thus far, while the Garnet Gunners UK-base Lineker makes her pro debut after over three months of waiting for the proper challenge.

Apart from the physical aspect of this bout, both girls look really stunning in their skimpy outfits, despite being on the north side of 30, there comes an extra feeling as one of them will celebrate her maiden career victory tonight. Can Redknapp back up the Maulers' faith in her skills by taming the Welsh rookie? The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Most of the people expected a hesitant start from both women but they're up for a surprise as Louise launches forward, peppering Danielle with an early jabbing sequence to the midsection and looking to close in quickly. Lineker weaves around those shots, jumps to the side and tries to land some of her own, but only grazes the blonde's ribs and covers up as Redknapp was flying with a big right hook to the face. Leather testing from the blonde, but single jabs make no impact on the Welsh lingerie model. Mild response from Lineker, few single jabs to the stomach lack strenght behind them and Louise easily ducks to the side and circles around the brunette. More single punches follow but neither girl is able to dominate the opening round.

Round 2:
Louise keeps coming forward, lands more single punches to the ribcage, but Danielle counters her and throws a solid hook that skims off the jaw. Louise was slow to react but Lineker couldn't follow up on that good shot, locked herself in a clinch as Redknapp wrapped her arms around the brunette's neck. Danielle tries to push the blonde away but Louise nails her couple of times in the riibs as she shows more signs of vicious intentions. Ref separates them and Louise with another wayward hook allows the brunette to land a crisp jabbing double to the guts. Redknapp shakes her head, circles away, but Lineker's rooted to the spot, almost inviting the blonde to come forward. Louise's unsure of those tactics and neither is the crowd, puzzled over the brunette's behaviour. Danielle covered behind her gloves, ignores teasing approach from the English rival, but Louise holds her nerve and fakes a couple of punches, dropping any ides of closing the distance. Lineker's face tells nothing, washed out of any emotions while she walks back to her corner.

Round 3:
Lineker still hesitant in attack, throws single jabs, making little impression, but Redknapp only counters with similar approach, grazing the Welsh model at best. Crowd starts to lose their patience and answering some whistles from the audience, Louise steps in and catches the brunette in the ribs but misses an open uppercut as Danielle was briefly stunned and dropped her gloves. Both girls clinch and struggle for a long period of time, ref separates them several times and the bout is really below the standards everyone hoped for. More single jabs from Louise, Danielle steps away and misses a hook to the head in response. The bell brings an end to one of the worst rounds KO Club has ever seen and now the negative noise in the crowd is gathering momentum.

Round 4:
Big shock for many in the crowd as Danielle steps in and lands a solid combination to the stomach, sending the stunned Louise to the ropes. Flying hook from the brunette catches the blonde in the nose and Redknapp sinks on the ropes for good! Danielle with medium-tempo sequence to the chest and stomach, scores solid hits and the English model can only cover up! However Lineker's not vicious enough in execution and Louise jumps at her looking for a clinch and nearly pushes the brunette to the floor, forcing her to step back. She tries to tame Lineker's charge but misses more hooks to the head and Danielle lands a crisp hook to the ribs making the blonde wince in pain. Lineker continues with this tactic, peppers the blonde's midsection but Louise manages to jump away and bide her time along the ropes as the Welsh brunette shows no signs of chasing her and making more out of her advantage this round. Redknapp survives until the bell and looks relieved more then upset about that poor effort during the last three minutes.

Round 5:
Lineker with a sudden charge, laces the blonde in the mouth immediately after the bell and scores more jabs to the stomach. Redknapp winces but responds with a solid jab to the nose and Danielle wobbles on her legs, having been caught clean. Louise bursts after her, nails her between the gloves couple of more times in the mouth and Lineker's head snaps backwards as the crowd start to get more excited again. Chaotic shots from the English model, she misses couple of hooks again, but lands one to the breasts and another to the cheek and Danielle getd backed against the ropes, covering up and unable to find a proper response. Louise tries to break her down for good, but most of her punches crash off the arms and leather and make no significant damage. Wasted opportunity for the blonde model as Danielle hangs on until the bell, the power behind her rival's blows being very poor.

Round 6:
Louise stares down at her gloves during the interval, upset about the lack of damage she inflicted on Danielle with the Welsh model looking completely unmoved in the opposite corner. Despite a lacklustre showing in the strenght department, Redknapp is keen to make a good impression on her new boss as she charges out of the stool, leaping towards the brunette and testing her guard with couple of solid hooks seconds into the sixth. Danielle covers up well and whacks a low jab in the ribs as Louise grazes her cheek with a flying hook. The Welsh brunette jumps on her and they tangle along the ropes, Louise getting pushed to the corner post in a turn of events, but rips Lineker in the ribcage as the brunette tries to do likewise but slams the blonde's arms instead and reverts into a solid clinch. Ref jumps in and wants to shove the brunette away, but can't as Danielle leans on her rival, forcing her back further against the post. Angry shouts from Louise who laces her on top of the head and that looked like a cheap shot. Lineker immediately jumps away and suddenly it's the English girl getting a word from the man in charge. Chaotic scenes in the ring and more clinching after the command, both girls look to have lost the plot for good.

Round 7:
Both girls look tired after some extensive clinching in the previous round and Redknapp's repeated attacks lack the lightness and agility in the seventh. She bunny hops around her rival and throws couple of jabs every other second meeting a weak response with single jabs from Lineker but the vicious approach is all gone and girls are happy to lock themselves into a clinch far too many times for the crowd's liking. Almost a welterweight struggle this one, few clean shots from either side, too much waiting game and respect shown to each other. Danielle just doesn't want to risk anything, hoping to wear the older woman out and in the vaning monents of the seventh, Louise does look tired, literally walking around the brunette and still sending weak single punches to the arms and body with more missed ones to the face as Lineker ducks and weaves around them. Final seconds of the round and Louise just stands there in the middle of the ring with Danielle dropping her arms and faking few punches. Whatever's Lineker's plan was before her debut, it's certainly out of the ordinary stuff.

Round 8:
Slow circles from Louise, she's clearly reached the last resorts of energy before her rival and despite some leaps towards the brunette, Lineker easily back away from striking range, countering well in response. Solid jabs from the Welsh model land on the blonde's midsection and she comes forward, peppers Redknapp's chest and sends a nasty uppercut to the jaw. Louise covers up, but a series of follow-ups shake her guard and Lineker unloads a decent combination to the head adding more misery to the blonde's weakening strenght. Wild slaps from Danielle, hardly a hi-tech quality, but it's working well for her, pushes Redknapp to the ropes and the blonde bends down under this barrage. More jabbing from Danielle, she looks like she always expected this scenario as Louise tries to clinch but gets laced in the cheek from both flanks and sinks onto the ropes in deep trouble. Danielle doesn't hold back, more well-placed shots to the leather and the English girl barely can hang on now, almost stumbles over in a last-ditch effort of avoidance. Countless number of blows from the brunette and one of them nails Louise in the left cheek, finally sending her down on the knees with a loud scream of agony!!! Danielle sports a smile on her face for the first time as the ref starts the count. Louise helps herself with the ropes and rises up at seven, but her face is reddened to the limit and she looks anything but in good shape. Lineker's after her within moments of the command and more blows to the midsection continue the blonde's misery. Louise covers up, she can't do anything else right now and the crowd awaits the ref to step in... he doesn't because there's the bell saving Redknapp from a massive knockout. But will she hang on in the remaining two rounds?

Round 9:
Danielle's in different mood compared to earlier rounds, moves on the aching rival with ease, peppers her from mid-range, landing more punches to the midsection and Louise looks to circle away along the ropes. Lineker with several leaps and more shots to the chest and face, just toying with the older girl now. Redknapp on the back foot, tries to stop the relentless pressure with single jabs, but to no avail. Welsh model ducks and weaves around her, throws more hooks to the head and Louise wobbles on her legs, almost falling over to the side after losing her balance at one point. Lineker seizes this opportunity, jumps up to her and sends a vicious uppercut but misses and allows Redknapp to clinch. Both girls wrestle each other to the ropes and Louise leans on the brunette, throwing nasty jabs to her back. Danielle moans in anger and demands some action, but the referee ignores her. Lineker with desperate efforts to push the blonde to the corner, but Redknapp almost drags her to the floor with blatant clinching. Ref finally steps in and Louise immediately ducks to the side, out of the brunette's reach. Couple of attempts from Lineker to close the distance are fruitless as she's also feeling the physical effects of this bout and loses the sharp footowork . Louise with her arms by the side jumps to the opposite corner and both girls stare at each other at the bell. This bout will probably go the distance now.

Round 10:
Lineker's unable to punish Redknapp's aching stamina, both women literally walk around the ring, teasing each other with fake shots and couple of leaps, but keep the distance. Louise looks more relieved of the two as Danielle's efforts are more frequent but when she finally jumps up to the blonde and pushes her to the ropes with couple of jabs to the stomach, her uppercut follow-up crashes off the leather and Louise clinches her with every intention of keeping the stalemate as long as possible. Nasty jabs to the ribs from Redknapp, the Welsh model has been unable to cover up those shots all night but that's hardly turned the bout in the blonde's favor. Both girls looks awfully tired now, dragging each other to the floor and the crowd's lost interest. No way we're having a late KO, just announce the verdict already. Late in the round, Louise shrugs off her rival and a wild swing from Danielle misses her head, but the blonde's response catches Lineker in the ear and sends flying to the ropes. Late drama? Nope, Lineker bends down and clinches with the charging Louise who used the last drop of air to nail her again, but missed a simple hook to the head as the Welsh girl ducked underneath it. Lineker's head ends up locked by Louise's arm and ref tries to shove her away, but Louise throws some cheap shots to the kidneys in the dying seconds of the bout, ignoring the man in charge. After a brief struggle, Danielle spins herself out of trouble and lands on her knees much to the crowd's amusement, but there's no warning to Redknapp as moments later the bell announces the end of this hard-fought battle.

After ten rounds of boxing we go to the scorecards. Judges score the bout 99-97, 98-97 and 99-97 all for the winner through unanimous decision DANIELLE LINEKER!!!!

Post-fight:
Danielle was visibly anxious before the verdict but leaps up in the air after the announcement. Looks like she put massive pressure on herself before her debut and that prevented her from showing better skills during the fight. Her tactics still puzzled many observers even after the verdict and one cannot make serious predictions about her future BBU endeavours. She definitely needs bouts against more serious opposition then Redknapp to get a better picture of her true potential.

On the other hand there's a massive look of disappointement on Louise Redknapp's face who's on the verge of breaking down into tears. This was a gallant effort for the winless blonde and she was very close to achieving the ultimate target but that knockdown in the eight cost her dearly in the end. One can imagine that with the help of various stablemates, she'll finally manage to win one of these BBU bouts in the near future. The entire crowd applauds both women as they leave the ring and Louise has nothing to be ashamed of, this was a spirited performance from the English model.
