Before: Tia time had been chugging along nicely until Gena Lee upset the apple cart. Carerre still suffering emotionally from the horrific blitz she suffered at the fists of Nolin, and Gena plays on it during pre-fight with big screen replays of the debacle. Questions abound connecting Tia’s mind more than body--can she muscle up against the Psyche Queen herself? Tia in black sports bra, tight braid, red adidas terrycloth trunks, Gena in yellow athletic bikini, black mesh to a high neck, braid.

During R1: Nolin out with legs wide, hands low, looking to hurt Carrere early. Tia with her hands up, flinching, looks uncomfortable and she backs away whenever Gina swats at her. Nolin owning the ring--Carrere almost running at points, and late in the round, Gena sweeps the left, comes over the top with the right to catch Tia with her mitts low, landing a scraping overhand right across the forehead. Tia’s legs go funky as she clatters to the ropes in a panic, and Nolin is on her, Gena stepping up, lashing wide lefts and rights, stomach ridging into view as she torques and TIA IS HURT! Tia with her eyes closed, gloves up, sits on the ropes and just takes the last few seconds as Gena beats her. Nolin continuing after the bell with a wild smile until referee intervention.

R2: Tia calmed down in the corner--fist round behind her. Nolin comes out armlocking and headlocking, trying to get Tia off her game as the fight bogs down. Midway through the round, Nolin tackling Tia by the waist, both girls end up on the apron as very few punches are thrown in sloppy action. Down the stretch, Tia takes the points, gloves tight at her lips, stepping forward, hammering out textbook jabs to back Gena up, then lunging at the blonde’s sternum with numbing right hands at the bell.

R3: Tia looking more confident, chin tucked low, jabbing to Gina’s forehead, but thrusting that short right to the blonde’s body. By the midway point, Nolin is fading away in pain from the body work, sweeping Tia’s right with her left. Carrere bashing her way in now, getting her weight behind the straight rights to the ribs and NOLIN IS HURT! GLN finishes up the round with her butt on the ropes, elbows in as Tia works her flanks with punishing lefts and rights. All Carrere to the bell as she leaves Gena’s long legs quaking from the pounding.

R4: Nolin ragged as she sucks in breaths, trying to lope away from Carrere without success. Tia moving forward, poking high with the jab, then setting down on crunching rights to the body --every punch is making Gina cringe, Midway point: Gina rides the ropes, head on Tia’s shoulder as the brawny brunette rolls her shoulders, taking fistfulls of Nolin’s taut stomach and reveling in Nolin’s discomfort. Gina swooning, legs threatening to give way, and Tia bares down, teeth clenched, just RIPPING to the waist--left, right, left, right, AND NOLIN GOES DOWN! Gina’s slender legs give out as she spills down Tia’s body and she spits out the mouthpiece on her knees. KO4 Tia who lifts her mitts in triumph as she struts the ring.

After: Nolin accusing Carrere of low blows, but the replay shows it’s all good as Tia pounds it out of the blonde’s midsection. Shaky start as Tia admits to jitters early, but the right hand to the body proved just too much for the blonde to take. Tia happy to acknowledge Sophie Marceau’s challenge, feeling she has the monkey off her back.
