Before: "There's a lot of lightweight punchers working at welter," Milena says in prefight, "I'm not one of them. I've got true welter power in both hands; my legs can soak up any one shot from any girl...Ali Landry doesn't see my kind very often. I hand out thick poundings; I move girls off their stances; I push girls around. I don't think Ali handles beef all that well, and baby: I bring the beef!" Landry poo-poohing the notion of Milena's beef: "I've seen 'em all at welter," Ali shrugs. "Big hitters; jackrabbits; diggers and grinders and cutie-pies. Even, methodical trade - Landry working in and out, Milena tracking her - no one imposing will. Down the stretch, girls bumping and bobbing...Milena twitches a brawny hook across Landry's legs; Ali's knees bennnd, then lock up straight, then she's hopping to her right and ALI GOES DOWN! Delayed effect in Landry's legs puts her on all fours: Milena bats mitts together, looking down in satisfaction.

R2: Milena stalking Ali behind a thumping jab...Landry stepping away in pivots, sticking the jab to jugs/tummy. Minute mark, Govich stepping in...Landry slips Milena's left, hops in close via tight left hook to chin and DOWN GOES MILENA! Govich slugged to her buns, hands behind her for balance as she sits up in shock...smouldering look of satisfaction from Ali: she collects the quick answer knockdown. Govich beats the count sturdy, steps-to meet oncoming Landry; Ali dipping left shoulder on approach, hooking up into the Govich gut. Shoulder to shoulder bumping and slugging...Ali looking to consolidate gains in Milena's legs; Govich standing her ground, shrugging short left hooks to jug and tummy; bashing her right hand down atop Ali's left shoulder. Landry able to punch Milena back two steps, but no farther: Govich's legs hold - girls dig and bump it up toe to toe to bell.

R3: Ali shifting to her left, jabbing to Milena's body, then trying to find her via right hands. Govich fighting tall - walking Ali down, laying the thump-jab upon Landry's upper chest, trading short, muscular hooks inside and ALI GOES DOWN! Clip-across left buzzes Ali's legs...she stumbles to her right, drops to right knee blinking in confusion. Landry up for an orderly 8: she bats mitts together, but Milena reaches under Ali's arms, chests her into ropes, pushes off and hooks her. Landry: dukes at temples/elbows in...Milena bashing away right hands to Ali's left bicep/wide left hooks heavy to right armpit; tummy. Landry laying on ropes, sponging...she tries to ride it out, but taking too much hard spank to torso: Landry answering via short right uppercuts, slugging for respect. RIGHT HAND, MILENA! Clouting shot kisses chin and DOWN GOES ALI! Landry bouncing off ropes to all fours, head bowed, tummy trembling...Milena bats mitts together, gazing down on Ali's golden brown back all hungry-eyes. Landry up all quivering thighs, wobbling backside...she takes her 8, sags back into ropes, covers up as Milena wades in. THICK right hand wide to waist sits Landry in ropes, paralyzing her; pushing left in the shoulder braces Ali; follow on sweeping right smashes into leftside ribs, deep behind left elbow; short left uppercut kisses off Ali's overhanging forehead; OH THAT DIGGING LEFT deep in behind Ali's right elbow! Ali sobbing aloud, reaching around Milena's thighs: Govich stoops, reaches arms in under Ali's arms, stacking her up ragdoll against ropes. BRUISING right hand packs in thick to Landry-paunch, cramping her up; Milena pushes Ali's shoulders with heels of her hands, then carves the rising left hand up and across, KISSING ALI TO CHIN! Landry out on her feet for a moment - torso slopping well forward...she pours down, jacknifing into canvas, arms trapped beneath her belly. Ref shoving wide-eyed Milena away...when Govich realizes Ali's not moving, she bursts into happy tears, jumping all juggy in her corner as stable-mates rise to embrace her. KO3 in blugeoning fashion, Milena Govich!

After: Both girls down; Landry coaxed into something of a shootout...heavy handed Milena makes good on her promises to move the hall of famer. "No girl slugs with me," Milena shrugs all confident in her bigness. "She caught me, and it was a good shot, but I shrugged it right off and got back to work. I give her credit - after I brushed off her best shot, I thought she'd run, but she didn't. Stayed right there where I could find her and bingo: I found her!"
