Before: Big beauties jockeying for position--wide open middleweight division, any good performance from any fighter might catch Loken’s eye. Hunter the favourite coming in--she’s got the SI pedigree, the veteran experience and natural big-girl strength. Torrie often overlooked because of the wrestling stigma, but she’s a legit big woman who’s fought hard for her credibility--she’s not about to roll over for the supermodel legend. Torrie in pale blue push up, boy cut trunks, Rachel in stirring red bikini.

During R1: Woman stomp to midring, open with awkward, shoving face-punching from the shoulder. Rock ‘em sock ‘em robot action, girls thrusting out into one another’s heads in brisk trade, straight criss cross lefts and rights--Rachel forced back step by step to hit the ropes. Torrie bodies up, breathing hard, nose bleeding, but she’s making Rachel feel the weight, pressing up sweaty, then easing out to work. Torrie with some thick, tidy rights and lefts against the waist--Rachel hands up, giving away her paunch, looking to time her blonde. Happens quick--Torrie rips a tight right to the waist, turns on a hook JUST as Hunter’s throwing her own left and RACHEL goes down! Hunter out on her feet, just imploding down onto her haunches, slumping in a little ruined pile of supermodel,. Lolling against the ropes, chin on her chest--good LORD what a whack! Wilson glaring down, chest heaving--takes her moment to realize Hunter’s not getting up. CRUNCHING KO1 Torrie Wilson.

After: Pandemonium as Rachel snoozes past the 10 count--Torrie climbing ring ropes, Torrie pounding her right hand to her chest as she exhorts the crowd--it’s a savage, one punch stop out of the blue. Wilson overcome with exuberance--as groggy Rachel comes-to all weepy and woozy in her corner, Torrie pushes her way through the crowd, tucks Rachel’s head under the left arm, nods with a big smile, slaps Rachel’s back and SCOREES THE DDT! Crowd booing--Torrie guzzling the moment, now rolling the stupefied deadweight of Rachel’s form onto its back for a grotesque 3 count! Wilson over-doing it, but it’s a career high for her--maybe she can be forgiven.
