BEFORE: Theron the bigger star in the mix...but you'd never know it in prefight. Pare bringing the 'tude - opening press conferences with brazen reprise-performances of "Zou Bisou Bisou"; dazzling the crowd with leggy beauty and youthful confidence...Theron frequently looking a little face-slapped - she's rarely had a rookie mount such a psychological challenge to her supremacy. "Zou Bisou Bisou was always designed to be a devastating blow to Theron's confidence," Jessica breezes at podium. "My legs will dominate her legs, I promise you. Theron is tired - you can see the bags under her eyes these days. I think she's worried - really worried - that this is it; this is where she's going to get exposed; this is where it all comes crashing down for her. And you know something? She's right!"

Cue eye-roll Theron: blonde Goddess clearly non-plussed by cocky young foe. "I don't know about you guys, but I am SO SICK of Zou Bisou! So irritating - her cutesie voice, her cheap legs...I'm going to enjoy pulling the wings off this particular fly!" Training Note: Karine Vannasse (Pan Am) brought in by Team Theron to demonstrate elements of French Canadian ring styles, as well as providing useful intel from her own regional rivalry with Pare.

Jessica in black lace bra; retro cut leopard print bikini; small black gloves; hair in sassy 60s bob. Theron in cream string bikini; hair in soft neck length curls; small white gloves. During stare-down, Pare takes an aggressive hands-on-hips posture, assuming the strong, widespread-legs stance from Zou Bisou Bisou choreography...it's all CT can do not to throw early.

During R1: Leggy lasses steppin' clockwise, working behind left jabs. Pare reaching her left hand out to dab at jug and chin, keeping the nuisance on CT. Theron scowling, looking to throw hard...Jessica with unnerving ability to time the blows, fitting Theron for sharp rights to chin over CT's left; straight lefts to mouth inside CT's right. Theron scoring a strapping right hand against Pare's ribs, but Jessica nimble - pivot-stepping in circles, not hanging around in front of CT. Down the stretch, crisp right cross slashes across Theron's jab to check her chin; whippy hook clouts Theron's head back/unhinges her knees...BLONDE GIRL HURT! CT staring in confusion...Pare treats herself to an extra right-on-chin, then licks a cheeky hook hot across CT's jugs to put blonde on her heels at bell. Pare establishing grinning eye contact. Theron? Scowling.

R2: Theron-pressure early - long jab searching for Jessica; follow-on right pouring to the Pare chest. Jessica limber about her blonde, rotating easily in either direction - French-Canadian left hand dangling, back-handing at CT's breasts; cuffing across her mouth; stiff-jabbing eyes. Theron gradually brought to heel by educated brunette stick midring...leads to a series of well-placed, STIFF right crosses to chin that have Theron backing confused to ropes. Siege of Charlize at apron: Jessica steps-to...she's grinning, eyes dancing, weight on right (back) leg as she knock-jabs blonde face; cuffs little slap-hooks, then leans into DRIFTING right crosses tart across chin. Theron staring into the pasting, lumping up nicely under Pare's clever patterns. Bell: Jessica purses lips in a little air-kiss as she's turning away...Theron seething, looking a thoroughly ass-kicked through 2!

R3: Theron sacrificing her face to Pare's tapping jabs in order to strap a thick right/left across brunette waistline...Pare grunts in pain, forms earmuff as CT takes initiative early. Theron weight on left (front) leg...she dips left shoulder/lifts left uppercut into the Pare Sternum...good tuff body shot as Jessi's groaning into her palms. CT: clouting lefts to brunette right ear as Jessica's covered up; left placed thick behind Pare's right elbow...Jessica bails out, showing leg with blonde girl in hot pursuit. Pare proving elusive - changing directions; bouncing off ropes billiard-ball style - constantly turning Charlize. Jessica fighting brilliantly in retreat - walking CT into check-jabs/counter right hands/hook-and-pivot routines that see Pare turn Theron's right flank. CT unhurt, but she lets a frazzled Jessica off the hook this round as Pare's legs come to her rescue. Little bit of cheek from Theron: she struts to the Pare corner ahead of Jess and assumes the strong-legged Zou Bisou, hands-on-hips stance facing Pare's cornermen. Brazen stuff: ref escorting Theron out of there as tempers flare.

R4: Theron dominant - very forceful...she's jabbing to locate; stepping in via short right hands, then grabbing for Jessica's biceps, wrestling with her. Pare scowling, uncomfortable for first time: CT employing her strength, pushing Jessica around; shoving her into ropes; whacking her body free-swinging left/rights whenever Pare shows earmuff. Jessica frazzled, harassed, bullied...she's in full retreat with CT constantly bearing down on her. Bell to bell Theron: healthy ass-kicking administered to cocky young opponent...she wipes the 'tude off Jessi's face this round.

R5: Jessica standing her ground - leggy girls squaring up, getting rangy on each other in rousing toe-to-toe. Pare punishing CT via the jab, working her eyes with a knock-knock delivery, then sliding in the short right hand to mouth. Theron jabbing to chest; leaning into strong right hands to chin, then FEASTING on the Pare ribcage via follow-on swinging left hooks. Blonde weight-of-shot prevailing...Pare combative - very accurate, determined to bust CT up, but Theron able to push forward and get the work done. Bell: vixens grinding foreheads, digging away at each other's breadbaskets hup-hup-hup until ref moves in.

R6: Jessica Pare completely undresses Charlize Theron. Leggy, wheeling clockwise pivots anchor tart, uncanny jabs pate and eyes; sharp right hands straight off the shoulder chip away on chin; jagged left uppercuts pick up blonde chin as Pare's executing pivot-left. Glorious stuff...Theron turning and turning, growing visibly frustrated as minutes pass - frequently showing back of right hand against left temple/left arm wrapped across her breasts as she wades into Jessica's storm. Pare not hurting Theron with any one punch, but by round's end, she's treating herself to a goddess, touching CT at will. Bell: brazen "HAH!" from Pare scalds CT as brunette fronts on blonde - ref moves in just in case. BREAK: Trainer tells CT in no uncertain terms..."You've got to dig at this girl's body, Charlie. You gotta lick leather to tummy like you're buttering bread, baby. You need to take her legs away - right now."

R7: Theron ALL OVER Jessica! Blonde girl with left hand on brunette right shoulder while curling heavy right hands up into gut, then folding Jessi into left-arm headlock, twisting her around, walking her into ropes, feeding her extra rights to body. Jessica whining, getting ragdolled...she tries to fight her way out from under CT at ropes, but blonde's a bully, constantly bodying her back down. Minute mark, Theron shoving Pare into ropes then SLOPPING rights and lefts to gut...JESSICA GOES DOWN! Gurgling descent for Jess - stricken face...she's trembling on all fours as ref pushes scowling CT away. Pare blinking away tears off long dark lashes, then it's more CT and OH THE SLUGGING! Pare snarling, walking Charlize into the right uppercut; exchanging clouting, close in lefts to jaw; bouncing the right hand off blonde gut. Theron grimacing, backing up under whirling fire...SHE'S swinging back, just baring her teeth and going for it. Fight staggers to midring - girls strapping each other heavy licks, then reaching in to shoulder each other around. Crowd roaring as long, limber girls take turns going to body, then coming up top, each just a-belting the other. Down the stretch...THERON'S LEGS GIVE WAY! Disbelief, shock in CT's suddenly glassy eyes...she staggers backward into ropes...Pare desperately at her and JESSI HELPS HERSELF TO CHARLIE! Theron: right hand at left shoulder; left across her gut; lashes fluttering; lips pursed. Jessica whirling in lefts and rights - paste-punching back and forth across CT's face, putting her wobbly butt. Final moments, Jessica breathing hard, but SO determined...her left hand pulls down CT's right wrist; right hand chopping punches to CT's face; right hand pitching sidearm into CT's ribs - Pare's right (back) foot skipping up off canvas...it's just Pare pouring it to Theron, beating CT into stupor at bell. Couple of rights land late until ref gets in there...Theron bedazzled - blonde curls in her eyes as humming legs hold her up! Impromptu hugging and celebration in Pare's corner as she converts CT's 10-8 into a normal 10-9 with a FEROCIOUS I-won't-be-bullied rally.

R8: Battered beauties flat-foot to midring...Jessica's legs, left jab assume command. Heartless brunette precision - Pare stitching her jab into CT's left eye - knocking back Theron's head with PIK! PAK! impacts; stepping-left around the scores. Six of seven jab-strikes set up the straight right off the shoulder...crisp, drilling blows swiveling Theron's head, cutting her inside the lip. Theron not shutout - her right hand's finding Pare's ribs in straight trajectories; left jab occasionally competing for initiative, but overall it's Pare touching her blonde, closing the left eye by the bell.

R9: Theron putting a body on Jessica, wrestling her into ropes. Girls grunting/whining in writhing embraces, tumbling along the aprons, holding and hitting each other. CT's hands grab at Jessica's wrists, pulling her hands down while blonde bodies brunette into cables...Theron constantly making Jessi work to free herself. Mauling, sloppy stuff working for Theron: Jessica competing, digging and scrounging and mauling in turn, but blonde atop her brunette at ropes for the most part. Bell: ref has to pull Charlize off Jessica with muscular effort.

R10: RIGHT HAND, JESSICA PARE! Sliding blast drifts in over CT's left shoulder - blonde left eye closed - Theron never sees the hit. BLONDE GIRL HURT! CT's stiff right leg steps awkwardly forward, lips parting in swoon...she's shabby, hands stacked right atop left at her tummy. PARE POURS ON THE HARM! Swinging lefts and rights sweep CT ropes, then Jessica's in with a vengeance - left hand pushing Theron upright; right hand pounding in palm-down to gut, or drifting across mouth as Charlize stares in stupor. Charlize helpless, golden-brown legs holding her up...Jessica's applying the finishing touches! Pare's left hand trapping CT's right wrist tight against Theron's breast; Pare's right hand POURING in across face, punching Theron's head back as Jessi gets her back into it. It's just heartless, slopping work getting done - Jessi leaning in on Theron, driving her righty...ref nearby, ready to call it...BELL! Theron out on her feet, head lolling...Jessica seething as official pulls her off her prey. Goes to cards comes back a draw through 10 - pandemonium ensues as ring fills with officials and entourages.

Trainer bringing CT around when Pare storms the Academy corner, shouting: "I DEMAND overtime! I want Theron FINISHED!"

CT's trainer pushing Jessica away, telling her "There's not going to be any overtime..." when Theron pipes up from her stool: "You want it, you got it. Overtime accepted!" They'll fight until one girl opens up a two point gap over the other - 2 consecutive rounds; an unanswered knockdown; a KO.

R11: Jessica anxious to get at CT, but Theron solid in the pocket - flat-footed, but alert. Blonde girl retreating behind her jab against an aggressive Pare, luring Jess to ropes, walking her into clinch, then reversing her into the cables for mauling hold and hit. Not very artistic, but the smothering, writhing stuff has Jessica whining in discomfort under CT's dominant tummy through 11.

R12: Same again - Theron slide-stepping back to lure Pare forward...Jessica friskily at her blonde, looking to work that punished left eye and whirl punches, only to be gathered up, spun into ropes and smothered. Theron holding and hitting - her left arm in under Pare's right; the right hand digging at firm brunette paunch; bodyweight constantly pressing Pare deep to ropes. Jessica battling - even employing heel of left hand under CT's chin to lever her head back...ref issues warning; CT re-clinches and it's all for naught as blonde girl bullies brunette for points. Bell: Pare in tears, stamping her foot in impotent fury...Theron pushing off and strutting away the UD12 victrix.

After: Theron badly battered, left eye closed...hungry, determined, confident young import pushes Blonde Goddess hard tonight. "She came to fight," CT shrugs in postfight. "She was fast, clever - she didn't want to engage me and that made it hard to wear her down, but Greatness finds a way, you know? Nobody's leggier than me - you can't come into my ring and try to do what she tried, and not have me gobble you up eventually. That's all that happened: too much Theron, not enough Jessica. Happens to a lot of girls, so she's in good company!"
