1am to 10am - various informercials with Laura: exercise machines; work outs; skincare etc.

10:30-11:00am - FIGHTING TRIM with Laura Vandervoort. "Flex Appeal" style exercise show designed for the female fighter. (taped)

11:00-11:30am - BEACH POUNCE - cameras follow Laura as she's either ambushed or sandwhacking someone else on various beaches. Usually does a promo tie-in with the relevant hotel or whatever as sponsor. This ep: Jumping Nicole Scherzinger in Malibu! (taped)

11:30 - 2:30pm - FOXFIRE FOLLIES BLOCK - half hour episodes of behind-the-scenes reality show based on FOXFIRE gym and ladies. Like Keeping up with Kardashians, only blonder. Also more fighting. (taped).

2:30 - 3:30pm - BOXING LAURA - Replaying Laura's greatest FCBA fights. Today's ep: Serinda Swan 1 and 2. (taped).
