BEFORE: During the weigh in interviews the two stars are polite, Jeri explaining she took the fight because of her guest spot on Warehouse 13. She told Kelly then if she came to the FCBA Jeri would gladly get in the ring with her. Joanne talks about the great career Jeri has had and how she feels honored to fight her, but when push comes to shove Kelly does say she's taking Jeri out tonight. The comment doesn't sit well with the blonde, but it doesn't lead to any pre-fight shenanigans. Kelly has been the most impressive I.F.F.I. fighter so far, Jeri's name is still worth something though many writers thing Kelly is taking a step back in quality with this fight.

Ryan in heart-pounding black halter top, twist-tied at jugs; matching swimsuit bottoms; black gloves; hair straight/loose. For her age, hell for any age Jeri is still a striking woman and has the body to show. Joanne’s togs are simple a solid white bikini top and navy blue boy cut shorts, white gloves and boots, Kelly's hair hangs loose around her shoulders.

ROUND 1: Kelly has been compared to Ryan in fighting style, so none are surprised as both fighters work off the jab. Moving around the ring the exchanges are crisp and neat, Joanne's over right hand gets through stinging Ryan and sending her backwards. Kelly is on top of the blonde with fast hands moving up and down Jeri's body the former champ doing little the rest of the round, which comes back 10-9 Kelly.

ROUND 2: Jeri recovers nicely between rounds and force the pace on Kelly scoring with the jab and thwarting Joanne's attempts to reset. Jeri missed with the right hand looking to call the thunder on Joanne, but still she out boxing the brunette. The round reaches the final minute, POW Overhand right by Kelly, Ryan's legs shimmy her arms drop and the left hooks sends Jeri to the canvas. Joanne steps back allowing the referee to step in, Jeri clears the cobwebs quickly and takes most of the count stand, but it's clear she's hurt. Joanne is on her again backing Jeri down and working the blonde's tan tummy. Jeri hurting as the round ends, what looked like a Ryan round is stolen by the brunette big 10-8

ROUND 3: Jeri works hard again to set the pace and deny Joanne the big blow. Jeri stays out side sniping Kelly for points, if Joanne tries coming on too strong Jeri just fades back and resets her position. Joanne keeps up, but as she's looking for something bigger she falls behind on points as Jeri controls the tempo and takes her first round 10-9.

ROUND 4: After setting the stage in the third Jeri does so again in the fourth, except now she follows with the big right to the head staggering Joanne. Kelly is able to shake it off and continues trading stiff jabs with the blonde. Jeri working and working finds a hole again this time to the body, Joanne bunches up and Ryan comes up to the head stinging Joanne again. Jeri masterful game plan keeps Joanne off balance just enough to keep her from landing the power shots and while Jeri doesn't get many either she lands a third that sends Joanne to the ropes. Ryan knocks the burnette's arms away and takes rack. Joanne covers back up mewling in pain and fights off the ropes getting back to even, but it's another clean 10-9 round for Ryan.

ROUND 5: Sally Richardson is in Joanne's ear the entire break, Kelly just nods and stairs at her opponent across the ring. Joanne comes out and refuses to let Jeri dictate to her any more, jabs are follow by crushing blows the fight grinds down to bitter slugging stomachs, breasts, and heads are put to the test. Leather smacks against flesh as Joanne will not allow Jeri to disengage. Ryan stays busy and is giving as good as she's getting. The fifth is fought tooth and nail inside Jeri doing everything she can to get the extra shot in. The round closes with Jeri squeezing out the round by the slimmest of margins, but still that gives her another 10-9 round.

ROUND 6: Joanne set the stage again, she's making Jeri fight the upclose and personal battle, even though Ryan has gotten the better of it so far. That is until now, Kelly is beating Jeri to the punch more and more. Joanne's work to the body is slowing Ryan down and when Jeri tries throwing the power punches the brunette sticks her first and chops away at the blonde's body. The smacking of leather on flesh rings out through the small setting, Jeri wincing and groaning more now as the struggle continues. At the end of the sixth Jeri is mouth breathing and pouty as she heads back to her corner, Joanne looks resolved. Scorecards all have Kelly 10-9

ROUND 7: More of the same, Jeri's committed and now stuck in the mire with only one way out. Joanne chopping away, but Jeri comes back again and again. The fight is hard hitting, the sweet science, neither woman gets wild or out of control, they take what they can and move on. Both sport blotchy red spots from the chest down, Jeri has a little mouse under her right eye from the knock down in the first. This is not a fight for the weak willed as the few head shots are hard to come by and the pair are expending great energy while taking a hard handed beating from each other. Joanne has to work hard but she takes the round 10-9 again.

ROUND 8: Even More of the same, Joanne is counting on her fitness to be greater than Jeri's. After dropping the first two round of her new strategy Joanne took the next two and looks to make it a third in a row. Jeri getting anxious as the effects are mounting and Joanne is showing no signs of slowing down her assault. Final minute Joanne bounces a left right combo off Jeri's chin the first time one of them flinches and it's Ryan. Kelly moves in lefts and rights working, but still under control as she tags Jeri over and over to the head, and torso. Jeri can only clinch and hang on for as long as possible, Joanne makes sure each time Ryan ties her up one of her arms is free and Kelly hammers the blonde's ribs and juggs until the break is called. Jeri hangs on for the bell, but she's on a slippery slope Kelly 10-9

ROUND 9: Jeri comes out for the ninth, sullen and weary. Joanne still fighting at the same pace she was in the earlier rounds. Joanne now lands more and more shots backing Jeri to the ropes, Kelly tags Ryan over and over, but Jeri won't quit, it's seems with her back to the ropes Ryan is fighting back harder. Joanne though keeps her pinned on the ropes and pops Jeri's juggs several times when the blonde looks to escape freezing her in place. Jeri is gamely fighting, but Joanne is now just imposing her will, Jeri arms on Joanne's shoulders as the brunette squares up on her and takes rack without retaliation. At the bell Jeri's up, but her legs are quivering as she staggers to her corner, Jeri did enough to keep the round 10-9 but she has another round to get through.

ROUND 10: Jeri fighting on heart now, and Kelly punches her in the heart. Kelly coming on strong driving Ryan back to the ropes and sets up shop chopping away at the blonde. Joanne’s right hand slams into Jeri’s temple DOWN GOES RYAN. Joanne steps back letting the referee make the count, Jeri on all fours listens to the count and returns to her feet at seven and nods she can go on. Joanne is back on her right – right – left to the body backs Jeri to the ropes again, Kelly keeps the blonde pinned up against the ropes tattooing Jeri like never before. Kelly taking rack at will, Jeri’s face pinched in pain, her punches slow and off the mark. Joanne working up and down Ryan’s body, Kelly jams a right into Jeri’s abs and JERI TAKES A KNEE. Jeri in shambles refuses to stay down, but after the eight counts she takes more beating to the bell, but her pride won’t let her quit. Two knock downs, and some question to why the referee would let Jeri take such a beating even though she obviously wanted to finish the fight round goes 10-7 to Kelly.

AFTER: Jeri is helped to her corner while score cards are collected. The blonde quietly weeping on her stool, but pulls herself together as its time to hear the verdict. The Ring announcer brings the fans the judge’s decision, “Judge Charles Ward Scores the fight 97-90, Judge Randolph Carter Scores the fight 97-90, Judge Richard Pickman Scores the fight 97-90, for your winner by Unanimous Decision…THE I.F.F.I’s and STILL UNDEFEATED…JOANNE KELLLY!”

Joanne offers Jeri a hand, bitterly Ryan accepts it and leaves the ring in haste as the I.F.F.I stable starts a celebration in the ring.
