Second flyweight clash of the night features couple of seasoned veterans and it promises to be a cracker. Dannii Minogue completely demolished Emma Bunton back in March in one of candidates for Beatdown of the Year award and now returns to Barnet to do likewise with another Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell. Former AWUBA superbantamweight champion Minogue is confident of success and threatens to beat the living daylights out of Halliwell but the entire KO Club will be against her no doubt.

Geri herself has bad memories against Australian opposition, she lost a close ten round affair to youngster Emily Browning on the same evening when Minogue pummelled Bunton and thinks Dannii is a perfect opponent to set the record straight against women from Down Under. To make things more interesting the blonde Spice Girl is right next to Geri and will serve as her cutwoman along with head trainer Gina Wild. Dannii shakes her head upon the blonde's arrival; sends Emma a vicious look: "Couldn't beat me honey, so you send the replacement punchbag, huh?". Emma remains silent, she's had nothing for Minogue back in March and knows perfectly well Geri must do the dirty stuff herself, but the pride of Spice Girls is on the line, so anything can happen. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Minogue quickly jumps up to Halliwell and bangs couple of shots to the ribcage, works the jabs high and tags the redhead on the cheeks. Geri somewhat surprised, allows Dannii to land more shots to the midsection before firing away herself, single strikes crash off the body and make little impact as the Aussie brunette keeps coming forward and soon has Geri dancing around the ropes in avoidance. Dannii opens up with that champion's strenght, peppers Halliwell from mid-range, forces her to cover up and take more leather as she works the high-tempo. Geri leaps around back and forth, misses her shots and gets tagged with another straight on the breasts. Dannii closes the distance and whacks the local favorite on the ribs, Geri clinches in response, unable to tame the onslaught and bides her times pulling and shoving until the bell. Dannii doesn't looks much concerned nor annoyed though; the redhead posted little threat in the opening round.

Round 2:
More aggression from the visitor who lashes out at Halliwell and connects with first blows to the ribs, but Geri gets on the board as well, cross-hooks the brunette on the nose; snaps her head back and unloads a sequence to the ribs herself. Dannii stands her ground, straight-jabs to the face in responds and now it's Geri's head that gets yanked around as both women wince loudly, putting a lot of effort into some demage-destined combos. Trading leather continues with Geri tagging her rival in the cheeks but Dannii nails her on the rack and they soon fall into a clinch, suicidal-like punchfest always a danger to one's chances of survival. Geri shoves Dannii back to the ropes with a loud scream; Minogue bangs her on the ribs but there's a solid uppercut from the redhead that only gets stopped by the brunette's chin! Geri tries to follow it up with one more, but Dannii leans on her and forces the ref to separate them. Dannii quick on her feet, strays away from danger and Halliwell's swing goes nowhere; Aussie counters with lacing jabs to the guts and force Geri back to center of the ring. Both women stare at each other with lots of venom but the bell interrupts the action.

Round 3:
Geri leaps after the brunette and nails her with couple of big hooks as Dannii was looking to make some headway herself. Low jabbing to the stomach follows as Halliwell finds her range and pushes the brunette back. Minogue with single shots to the face, misses the execution and allows Geri to score more of her own, repeated slaps leave their mark on Dannii's ribs as she winces in pain but forces a clinch anyway. Geri with more core strenght, shoves her foe back to the ropes and works with low jabs to the midsection as Minogue closes her eyes and tries to drag her to the floor. Ref separates them but the action is not to be stopped, Dannii reaches for a right overhand, catches the guard and gets nailed with a big right on the chin! A true hook straight from hell as MINOGUE GOES DOWN ON HER KNEES; blinks in shock upon landing on the canvas!!! Geri punches the air in delight but both she and the entire crowd knows it's not good enough to send the brunette packing. Indeed Minogue gets up at six, eyes still throw thunders at the redhead as even that kind of a punch could be absorbed for someone of her calliber. Furious action continues after the command, Dannii shows little signs of getting knocked out of her comfort zone and she pours in with the counter, laces Halliwell on the jugs but gets few hooks on the cheeks herself as the trade-off continues in the middle of the ring as the crowd goes ballistic. Determined effort from the visitor who shoves the redhead back with a flurry of shots to the body but Geri knows she's done enough in this round and jumps back to the ropes. Minogue tries to chase her down but gets halted by the bell.

Round 4:
Minogue is furious with that knockdown and goes for another charge. Geri answers the call and peppers the brunette with single shots to the head, but misses most of the this time and Dannii nails her on the chest with a jabbing sequence and they soon trade more leather in close range as Danni lands a fine uppercut and further punishes the redhead's rack with more jabs. Halliwell gets outmuscled in the melee and looks to jump back but Dannii reaches after her with single straight jabs and catches her with couple of them on the eye. Geri leans on the ropes, misses a cross-hook herself and gets nailed between the arms as Minogue goes after the rack! Wide slaps from both flanks keep the redhead pinned on the ropes and Dannii pummels her with high-tempo jabbing. Geri runs out of steam, suddenly looks very bleak and meets more trouble when the Aussie brunette rocks her with couple of big hooks to the head. It's all Dannii now and the crowd is stunned as Geri sinks further down on her knees, just taking a heavy punishment literally out of nowhere. Wild screams from Emma Bunton and Gina Wild come to no avail as a double hooking combo goes around the gloves and nails the aching Spice Girl on the temple... HALLIWELL SLIDES DOWN ON THE CANVAS!!!! Quick turnaround from Minogue who thumped the readhead for a knockdown and Geri's face matches her hair color as she struggles to get back upright at six. Few seconds left on the clock and Halliwell's in need of a breather but Danni tags her with a big left hook and leaves stranded on the ropes, more low jabs to the midsection follow and Geri winces in pain as Minogue whacks her across the face leaving a couple of big lumps under the right eye. Bell finally comes to the rescue, but Halliwell looks bad as she walks back to her stool; Minogue unloaded some heavy artillery in that round.

Round 5:
Dannii smiles during the interval, observes Wild and Bunton's frantic work on Halliwell's face but the seconds tick away very quickly and one wonders in what state the redhead really is after that awful round. Minogue thinks she's got a wounded opponent in front of her and she immediately leaps after the redhead jabbing to the chest and body, hopes to further soften her up before going for the kill. Geri leans on her though and answers with few jabs to the midsection herself as both women trade punches in the middle of the ring again. Dannii works the single jabs to the face, tries to inflict more bruises but Halliwell counters with low jabs to the ribs and they soon clinch, push and shove each other around the ring, almost looking for a mental breakthrough. Geri puts the weight behind her body, manages to shove the brunette back to the ropes and lands a quick uppercut between the arms as Dannii's head snaps back. She lands some more jabs to the ribs, but Geri leans her onto the ropes and bangs another quick one to the temple. Minogue can't escape the clinch and winces in anger but ref allows Halliwell to rest here, much to the crowd's delight. Finally the blatant stalemate is cut short, but Geri leaps back immediately after getting dragged away and Minogue looks livid. She shakes her head but allows the redhead to weave around the ropes as both women catch some breath until the bell. Dannii thinks she's still ahead but that was a golden chance to put Halliwell away wasted.

Round 6:
Aussie girl keeps coming forward, tries to trap her foe along the ropes, but Geri is on the backfoot; seemingly that knockdown caught her attention and forced to switch the approach. Dannii's not exactly a speed demon and she can't close the redhead down as Halliwell catches more respite with some questionable footwork. Minogue's furious, 'Come here, you coward', she yells out at Geri and moments later the Spice Girl rushes in, bangs couple of jabs to the ribcage and flicks another uppercut that catches the breasts. Dannii responds with single hooks to the face, tries to further damage the lumps under Geri's right eye but there's a huge overhand left from Halliwell and Minogue gets nailed on the nose; wobbles back before a right hook clobbers her on the temple. Quiet groan comes from Dannii's mouth and suddenly there's blood pouring from her nostrils, arms go numb and she leans forward in semi-conscious state... left hook on the nose again... shocking stuff in the ring as MINOGUE CRASHES DOWN ON THE SIDE with her eyes closed... Gina Wild and Emma Bunton equally shocked as well as most of the entire crowd but the ref calls for the medics already... Hard to believe but true... KO R6 Geri Halliwell !!!

Post-fight:
Replay comes on the big screen above the ring as the final action came so quickly most of the audience failed to spot it. Dannii with left jabs targeting the lumps under Geri's eye, dropped her right arm too low and got smoked clean on the nose with a mammoth left hook she never saw coming. Right hook on the cheek and another left on the nose made no difference as the brunette was out on her feet with that left haymaker already.

As the fallen brunette receives medical attention, Geri leans across the ropes and ignores Emma Bunton's hug who is the happiest person in the entire club. This was perhaps a collective Spice Girls revenge, but one wonders how many bullets will Geri dodge in the upcoming fights. She nurses few lumps as Minogue really laid some leather into her especially in the fourth round but the mindset and determination enabled the Barnet favorite to survive for yet another victory.

Meanwhile Dannii finally gets revived by the medics and holds a tampon against her squashed nose. She refuses to accept defeat but both Emma and Geri walk up to her and drag her upright by the arms. "Told ya, old tramp, Geri will bust you up", Emma finally allows herself to abuse Dannii personally but the Aussie reponds in similar fashion "Big deal, I've f#### you up even more, remember?" Emma loses her temper and grabs Dannii by the hair as they go down on the canvas and start to roll around. Minogue's nose begins to bleed again as the security crew is forced to remove both women from the ring and leave Geri Halliwell alone to talk with Denise van Outen: "Yeah, that was a hard one, Denise. I thought I had her in the third but then she came back in the fourth and I tell ya, she can punch a ton. But I never gave up and she thought I was done which was her mistake. That last shot? Well, I knew if I can land a clean one on her nose I will cut her up and then finish her off with some follow up. Still got that one-punch destruction working fine! I only needed to expose her just in the right time and that's exactly what happened. To be honest I don't care all that much about Emma's rivalry with Dannii, I just wanted to give that Aussie tart a good beating and I think that knockout was worth the ticket prize!"

Final result: Geri Halliwell def. Dannii Minogue KO6.
