ABC Premieres PPV

It's a star-studded gala event for the American Brodcasting Company to showcase their talent at a big event, which will feature several boxing matches for the Female Celebrity Boxing Association (FCBA) as the highlight of the evening. Taking place at the Manhattan Beach soundstage where Revenge is filmed, food and drinks are in abundant supply. As are the celebrities themselves.

Stars from ABC shows appear throughout the night with many FCBA fighters slated to appear throughout the night to promote their seasons and the evening's festivities. For a few examples, Elisha Cuthbert from ABC's sitcom Happy Endings or Jeri Ryan from Body of Proof were both present as advocates for the FCBA and their particular shows.

Hayden Panettiere, for another example, makes her return to the small screen in Nashville (premiering October 10) and is reportedly not pleased with not appearing on the ABC card. However, she is a good sport about it and spends time promoting her show. Although she doesn't get in the ring, she was seen to engage in several arguments with Emilie De Raven from Once Upon A Time.

Several rising Hollywood stars and FCBA hopefuls from ABC such as Jessy Schram from Last Resort, Scandal's Kerry Washington, Once Upon A Time's Meghan Ory, Revenge's Margarita Levieva, 666 Park Avenue's Mercedes Masohn, or Sarah Hyland from Modern Family were all enthusiastically participating in the night's events.

Not all of the celebrities who attended, however, were necessarily welcome. Celebrities from other competing networks came by to promote their particular brands. As a few of the more noteworthy examples, you had Demi Lovato from the X-Factor (Fox), Glee's Dianna Agron and Naya Rivera (Fox) Smash's Katherine McPhee (NBC), Community's Allison Brie (NBC), The Voice's Christina Aguilera (NBC), Katee Sackhoff and Cassidy Freeman from Longmire (A & E), Emilia Clarke from Game of Thrones (HBO), True Blood's Anna Paquin (HBO) as well as Warehouse 13's Allison Scagliotti and Joanne Kelly (Syfy). Extra security arrived immediately as it didn't take long for several arguments to break out between rival celebrities and networks.

However, things did calm down and before the fights occurred, highlight reels from various ABC shows and exclusive previews were shown for the assembled audience, who applauded and appeared to be enjoying themselves immensely. The stars got on stage to promote their respective shows and the buzz for the upcoming shows was definitely building.

That was nothing compared, however, to the anticipation for the upcoming matches, which was the real reason the majority of the audience was present tonight. As the presentations concluded, the crowd begin to migrate towards the ring that had been set up for the upcoming contests.

However, as they did, a different kind of buzz occurred throughout the crowd as many of the seats closest to the ring had been inexplicably reserved and by none other than stars from the rival network the CW. ABC organizers scrambled to find out how this could've occurred as the audiences began to take their seats. Sitting in the front row, circling the ring were CW stars such as Nikita's Lyndsey Fonseca, Katie Cassidy and Willa Holland from Arrow, Rachel Bilson from Hart of Dixie, Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl and from 90210, Jessica Stroup, Jessica Lowndes, Shenae Grimes and Annalynne McCord. Last but not least, you had a small contingent from the Vampire Diaries that included Claire Holt, Kat Graham, Candice Accola and Nina Dobrev.

On top of the extra security already called in, more security personnel were summoned as event organizers could see a potential disaster ahead. Would it be enough? Stay tuned in to find out.

You'll especially want to not change the channel as tonight, you'll get to see:

Ashley Benson (Pretty Little Liars) v. Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars)

Troi Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars) v. Shay Mitchell (Pretty Little Liars)

Missy Peregrym (Rookie Blue) versus Charlotte Sullivan (Rookie Blue)

Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon A Time) versus Lana Parrilla

Emily VanCamp (Revenge) versus Ashley Madekwe (Revenge)

And now, to kick things off...
