BEFORE: Leggy Australian Taylor making her debut - going after the biggest name she thinks she can beat. "Katie's a leggy brunette who's as beatable as she is recognizable," Taylor shrugs, "She's a similar style to me, so it'll be a great way to announce myself, but mostly it's just me getting over on a legit cover-girl. I've got the best legs since prime Theron, and legs win fights so...Katie's looking at a drubbing in this one!"

Holmes hard-eyed, serious-faced...she knows she'll be facing more of these kind of fights as she goes along...SO crucial to turn Rachael back. "You love the showcase and the work," Katie says of Taylor's challenge, "but it's risky to fight a girl like Rachael in her debut. Lose, and it makes you a target for other up and comers...it's a vicious cycle. She IS leggy - but I'm the better fighter. I'll find a way to limit her talents, and maximize my strengths!"

Rachel in navy bra-style bikini with white polkadots; small white gloves; tangly shoulder-length blonde hair loose. Katie in silver/grey bikini with belted-bottoms; small black gloves; hair smoothed back into long high-pony.

During R1: Rachael steppin' leggy, rotating clockwise around a piercing jab...she's got Katie bobbing and blocking early. Taylor cute and quick - she'll double-dab the jab so the second stroke finds Katie's mouth; she'll scamper backwards and hop to the side, neatly handling pressure. Holmes unhurt, but wary: Rachel's very long, springy-legged and stitch-quick with that left mitt.

R2: Holmes crouching on the step-in, jabbing to Rachael's chest; Taylor jabbing back, sidestepping-left...fierce competition for control of midring. Taylor gradually imposing will, scuffing and tracking Katie's face with that stiff left mitt. Holmes scowling...leggy as she is, Rachael's leggier/longer limbed, outboxing Katie at range. Taylor winning the fencing battle, flashing a smug smile at bell.

R3: Katie extending left to measure, then leaning into hard right hands designed to discourage Rachael's jab...Taylor taking crashing impacts to chin, finally stumbling out of orbit as Katie takes command. Holmes stepping close - small-gloves hands grabbing for Rachael's biceps/shoulders...girls holding each other at arm's length, taking turns trying to punch-right while holding-left. Katie backing Rachael to ropes, pushing on her, bullying her...Taylor grimacing, trying to wrestle Katie off. Holmes increasingly rough - forehead scrubbing and butting on Rachael's cheekbones/upper-chest; forearms and elbows punishing Rachael's breasts out of the clinch as Katie crowd's close. Taylor obviously uncomfortable with a girl fighting off her chest...Holmes systematically scrounging and mauling for hard-working points to bell.

R4: Rachael spends a minute steppin' and pokin', but Katie stays disciplined - stooping to reach jabs to Taylor's body, gradually working blonde to ropes. Katie lowering her head; hands reaching to push on Rachael's biceps while keeping hips well back...Holmes wants the body. Katie methodical - punching palm-down rights against Taylor's chest; slashing upwards with the left to take Rachael across her sternum and ribs; throwing a stiff left elbow into Rachael's tits to keep her ropebound. Katie holding and hitting here - one hand gripping blonde bicep or shoulder while the other hand works...it's just Holmes being strong on the spot, lashing and striping away on Rachel, breaking blonde-girl down. Taylor sniveling/whining a bit - pushing with Katie, but unproductive as Holmes dominates.

R5: Rachael boxing well until Katie penetrates, gloms on and walks her to ropes: Holmes holding and hitting like a champ - systematically dismantling Taylor. Down the stretch, Katie's left takes an overhand grip on Rachael's right wrist; Holmes begins delivery of hard-hearted right crosses...PASTING RACHAEL TO CHIN! Taylor sputtering, staring in stupor...SHE'S HELPLESS! Katie pouring it on - kissing right hands off Rachel's face; using the right to push flat on Rachael's chest as necessary - that left hand in control of Taylor's right wrist throughout. REF STEPS IN! Unresponsive blonde just taking punches in glassy-eyed astonishment...TKO5 Katie Holmes in scrappy veteran fashion.

AFter: Katie lightly scuffed about the brows and cheeks, but smiling and upbeat...she steps to a very long, limber blonde and gives her a terrible "Welcome to the FCBA" pasting. "Not used to being outboxed," Katie grins sheepishly in postfight, "but the girl was really tricky outside - very tough to negotiate with. I think I probably WOULD have outboxed her down the stretch, but it was pretty clear she wasn't prepared for rough-house inside. She's going to have to toughen up - I know: girls will try to bully you if you let them. I learned that lesson and Rachel will have to learn it too."
