(Double A Boxing vs Beever's Babes)

Beever's Babes Chelsee Healey was the star figure of the Triple Crown event last month but here in Barnet she gets an early start against Frankie Sandford (Double A Boxing) who expressed her open disdain over Healey's debut results. The firey Beever spend just nine rounds in total against three different opponents and destroyed them one by one which doesn't really bode well for Sandford who managed to win just one win in nine bouts so far.
"Frankie obviously wants to get her butt kicked and I'll do just that, I will punch that girl into oblivion!", Chelsee sounds very confident entering the ring with Frankie Goes to Hollywood's 'Relax' turning up the crowd. Perhaps a cheap pun towards her rival with that music choice? She's wearing a place blue bikini top and knickers with her blonde afro slowly but surely becoming a recognizeable item within BBU.
And here comes Frankie from the opposite side, obviously not exactly heading to Hollywood just yet, but it looks like she hasn't caught the pun and Meredith Brooks' "B!tch" sounds way out of line given her career record. But perhaps today will be the day of Sandford's biggest win? She's wearing a white basque top with silve stripes and black knickers. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.
Round 1:
Frankie goes for attack jabbing to Chelsee's body but the Beever's girl dances around her in avoidance almost amused at Sandford's efforts that prove lacklustre throughout the opening minute. Frankie tries to ignite some venom, swings to the head but misses, catches the ribs and chest before Healey counters and whips a left hook over the top that snaps Frankie's head back instantly. Chelsee stands tall, whacks her foe with more jabs to the chest as she closes in however Frankie doesn't retreat so easily, flicks a nice hook over the top and catches the seemingly overconfident rival on the nose, follows up with a jabbing series to the ribs and only then ducks to the side as Chelsee slices the air with a wayward hook. More jabs from Sandford on the counter but she hangs back in mid-range and has Healey chasing her in anger but to no avail. Solid start from the Saturdays singer, just what she needed in this fight!
Round 2:
Healey storms out of her stool and BANG!!! whacks her first hook straight on Frankie's cheeks, follows up with a right on the chest and Sandford wobbles on her feet as Chelsee pours in with more venom! She cross-hooks her mitts, spikes a straight jab on the nose and lands another left on the eye as Frankie spins back to the ropes and looks stunned. Healey pounces on her; throws a jabbing sequence on the ribs, bounces off the racks, pierces the guard with couple of uppercuts and nails the hapless Frankie on the chin as her head snaps back and a left hook on the temple finally SENDS SANDFORD CRASHING ONTO HER KNEES!!! Ugh! Fearsome Healey has arrived in Barnet and poor Frankie manages to beat the count at six but doesn't look that feisty anymore with Chelsee ripping into her again straight after the command. Midsection pummelling at it's best with Frankie butt-in ropes and struggling to tame the barrage. Healey barks in a mix of anger and delight, continues to pummel her opponent's ribs but flicks another left hook on the temple and Sandford's guard cracks again, allows Chelsee to catch her on the nose repeatedly and the knees start to give way one more time but there's the bell saving Frankie from another knockdown and she looks mighty relieved with Healey making angry gestures towards her coach Denise Lewis.
Round 3:
No surprise here, Frankie hangs back along the ropes but Chelsee's right after her matching the footwork and jabbing to the body with vicious efficiency. Sandford slows down, throws a weak counter which skims off the gloves and forearms and a huge right jab from Chelsee nails her on the mouth and sends flying towards the ropes for good where Healey unloads more punishment to the ribs. Frankie moans with her eyes closed, tries to clinch but gets shoved back and whacked with another hook over the top on the nose. Right hook under the elbow bends the hapless Sandford to the side before another left cleans her out on the eye and SENDS SLIDING DOWN ON HER KNEES for the second time already! Frankie's really struggling here but bravely beats the count at eight with a misty look in her eyes. No stoppage yet and Chelsee keeps her pinned on the ropes with ferocious striking over the top and the head-snapping continues with Sandford having her gloves shoved into her mouth but Healey eventually pierces through them again and crashes off the mouth with no problems at all and Frankie just goes away here, SLIDES DOWN ON HER KNEES submission-style and bends her head across the canvas. Healey gives her a long stare and turns back to her corner as ref starts the count for the third time. Frankie shows no intentions of beating it though, doesn't even make an effort and brings a sad end to her 2012 campaign. It's KO R3 Chelsee Healey in a very straight-forward fashion!
Post-fight:
Chelsee Healey finished the year with another rout over lower-ranked opponent and quite frankly she should be looking way up high from now on with the alleged jobbers like Frankie well within her grasp. However it all depends on the Beever's management who has been pushing another upstart, Amelia Lily Oliver in recent weeks as well and Chelsee's next step might take a while. She can always improve her record fighting more minnows but does she really enjoy it on the long haul?
Meanwhile it's been another torrid experience for Frankie Sandford who tried to intimidate a relative newcomer but got badly wrecked instead and the result doesn't come as a real surprise. Frankie might just be one of those cannon fodder type of girls everyone loves to beat up and the word within Barnet is that Roxanne Pallett wants to add to Sandford's misery as soon as possible. Of course Roxy is hardly a powerhouse herself and only recently managed to actually win some fights, but that would be an even match-up for Frankie who really needs to restore her career before she gets punched out of her senses for good.
