BBU NEW YEAR"S EVE WELTERWEIGHT TOURNAMENT

(BEEVERS BABES VS KEAR'S KATS TRIALIST)

BBU TV and Sky Sports presenter Hayley makes her debut against experienced campaigner Cat, and this isn’t an easy start for the athletic blonde – Cat will make her work for every point, and is more than capable of beating her.

The girls enter the ring, with Cat in a yellow bikini, and Hayley in a black bikini – and she is a big girl – a couple of inches taller than her older rival.

Round 1

The girls both start quickly, jabbing hard at each other, and Hayley has some power behind hers - she’s snapping Cat’s head back with every shot, and the older girl’s looking shocked as the blonde just exudes confidence, but she fights back. Cat’s mobile, and she’s now giving Hayley some punches, landing with either hand, and she’s got Hayley drifting backwards now, catches her with a good combination, and attacks the taller girl, who slams a couple of good straight ones into her face, and there’s little between these two at the moment.

Round 2

Cat comes forward strongly, and she’s really looking for big Hayley, throws some good shots, but gets tagged! Cat walked right into Hayley’s right hook, and she’s on her butt in the corner of the ring, looking rather dazed. On her feet again at 6, Cat wants to trade with Hayley, but she’s coming second to the blonde in that contest, with Hayley again finding her chin with a booming right hook, sending Cat to the ropes, but the debutant doesn’t follow her in, gives her time to recover, and Cat gives her a couple of punches back, before Hayley again finds her range, and it’s Deeley getting hurt again as the round ends.

Round 3

Cat’s so much slower now, and she can’t afford that against a big powerful girl like Hayley, who rips at her with heavy punches, this time finding the older girl’s body, and she’s sending her stumbling into the ropes at an early stage of the round. Cat manages to stay around, and gives Hayley a couple of good jabs, but Hayley’s right on her case, and she cracks punches into Cat’s face, the brunette slipping back to the ropes, getting tagged again, laying back on the ropes, and in comes those big punches, drilling past her gloves, leaving her with a horrid looking bruise on her left cheek, coupled with a swollen jaw, and this blonde girl has some oomph in her punching!

Round 4

Hayley steams into Cat, but her punches aren’t landing where she wants them, and Cat’s coming back into the fight, her jabs popping into Hayley’s face and starting to worry her. Again Hayley fights back, catches Cat with a left hook to the body that creases the girl, but Cat’s still in this fight, and she lands some better punches now, with Hayley looking slightly tired, the shots starting to colour her pale face pink. Hayley backs off now, lets Cat come to her, but her defence isn’t that great and it starts to look like the big girl’s shot her bolt, the bell ending a painful little patch for the rookie, who is also now showing some facial damage.

Round 5

Hayley has definitely lost some legspeed, and Cat’s in there, giving the blonde plenty of work around her ribs and midsection, and for the first time she hurts her, a left uppercut sending her backwards, a dribble of blood starting from her lips, and Hayley’s in trouble. Cat’s hands are moving quickly, and she’s landing a lot of leather on Hayley’s face now, threatening to really work her over. Hayley’s in a neutral ccorner, and she’s taking more punishment, another uppercut sending her head right back, but it’s the sharp combination of five punches that really count, and Hayley’s down, lips oozing blood as she takes a count of 7, the girl maybe lucky to survive a horrid round.

Round 6

Cat’s out really quick again, and she wants to go t work on Hayley, but the blonde’s using her height and reach to hold the older girl off, and cat isn’t getting to her at all, tries to land to the body, but takes a harsh pair of punches to her face, and she’s wobbling. Again Hayley stands back, not having the experience to see that Cat’s in trouble, and she lets the brunette recover, and the older girl’s punches are landing again, with the blonde girl blinking hard as she takes her medicine. She’s tough, though, is Hayley, and she soon finds the older girl yet again with a heavy left hook, and this time Cat seems to slump a little as she falls back into the ropes, and a couple more good punches have her wilting by the time the bell ends the round.

Round 7

The girls are again trading as the round starts, but Cat’s not really doing any damage, whereas Hayley’s punches are sending her girl backwards time and time again, and now Cat’s having to defend as Hayley finds her chin with a ripping left hook – Cat’s in desperate trouble now, and Hayley unloads again, and puts Cat down with another good left hook. The older girl’s doing her best, but she topples over, and she’s face down on the canvas as the count reaches 10.

Hayley McQueen knocked Cat Deeley out in round 7.

Hayley looked impressive! She’s big, blonde, and she can punch! What’s not to like about her?
