The Man In The Hat sits, as usual, at the center of the dais. To his left are Gemma Arterton, Anna Torv, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Jewel, Mariska Hargitay, and Pink. To his right sit Neve Campbell, Kat Dennings, Nicole Scherzinger, Britney Spears, Serinda Swan, and Avril Lavigne.

Man In The Hat: "All right. Want to start, as usual, with some words of thanks. Beever's Babes for, once again, providin' some great talent for one of our shows. IFFI. Also becomin' regulars here, and I like it. Medallion Boxin'. Woman for woman as talented as any stable in the FCBA! And, we want to thank them for comin'. A special thanks to Odd Man and the Odds and Ends stable for changin' plans so we could get Ms. Lima here. We hope they'll be back. A LOT. And, of course, to the FCBA commission, without whose sanction, this would not be possible. And, to the lovely Avril Lavigne and...Av, where's Jane?"

Avril: "She's backstage. She didn't think..."

Man In The Hat(smiling): "Jane, get OUT here!"

The curtain opens and a pretty redhead steps through with a sheepish smile.

Man In The Hat: "Take the chair next to Av down on the end. Go on! For those of you who don't know, this is our assistant publicity and promotions director, Jane Levy. She's helpin' Av out now, and all of you media types will be dealin' with her, so you might as well meet her now. All right. Questions. Cable Boy! Go!"

HBO Reporter: "Big win for Katy tonight, but a disappointing result for Ke$ha..."

Man In The Hat: "Ke$ha is still learnin', of course. She improves every time out. She just needs rounds. And we're gonna get 'em for her. As for Katy, this is the kind of thing we need to see. We KNOW she can knock people out. We need her to become more than that. We need her to develop more tools and be able to win rounds without landing something big. We've been seeing more of that from her. And I like it."

HBO Reporter(smiling): "How about McCarthy's suggestion that she go up to welter?"

(Laughter)

Man In The Hat(smiling): "Jenny McCarthy don't run THIS stable. Around here, we make matches to benefit our fighters. Not to settle the matchmaker's old scores!"

(Some "no he didn't" oohs and some chuckles.)

Man In The Hat: "Cable Boy II. Go ahead."

Showtime Reporter: "Nicole and Serinda were both pretty impressive..."

Man In The Hat: "Swanny and Nicky each had somethin' ta prove tonight, no question. Both of 'em had their pride hurt the first time they fought their respective girls. There's a couple of ways you can respond to that. One of 'em is good. And I had no doubt that would be the way these two ladies responded. I've said before that Nicky can beat anyone in the division, and you saw that form tonight. Swanny might get forgotten by some folks because we're pretty deep at light around here. But I haven't forgotten about her. She's the best pure athlete we have. She's big, strong, quick, super fit, and stunningly gorgeous. She's got the ability to Elevate for us, and tonight was a step in that direction. Tess, dear, go ahead."

Tess: "I want to ask about Kat. Her performance tonight was much better than the first time out against Jones..."

Man In The Hat: "If I had a 'most improved player' award, Kat would win it. Tonight was only her tenth fight, so, obviously, she's still learning, but she's getting better every time she climbs in the ring. She's more than just a slugger now. She's slowly developing into the dangerous pressure fighter she's going to be. She needs work. And I'm going to get it for her. Smackeroo! I'm ready for dinner, take us there!"

Reporter: "Talk to me about Gemma's work tonight..."

Man In The Hat: "I have said this before and I will say it again. Gemma Arterton is as good as any fighter I have at any weight. She's very athletic, very good technically, hits like a truck, and is whip smart. And what you saw tonight, against a very dangerous fighter, is just HOW good Gemma is. Elevating. That's what this is about. That's what Gemma's done from the day we signed her. She just turned 27. Tonight was just her 19th fight. She's only going to get better, gang. Now, I'm hungry. Smackey! Tess! Limo!"
