BEFORE: "This fight's a bauble-hunt," pretty AJ grins in prefight. "I wanted Carla Gugino because I think it's a harder fight, but my guys said Michelle's prettier and younger...plus she'll be easier to knock out which is better for my first fight in 2013. Carla would've been right there in my face, but Michelle's tricky: she's very nimble and athletic, so the main thing will be to punish her body so she stops jumping around, then I can move in for the finish!"

Borth reasonably upbeat - not intimidated at all at the prospect of a sturdy-curvy blonde veteran noted for her determination. "You know, blonde girls have been competing with me and coming up short my whole life," Michelle explains. "AJ's cute - built strong - but she knows just looking at me that I'm used to getting what I want. She can't say that about herself, and as this fight wears on, you're going to see me impose my will on her!"

Borth groaning, backing into ropes...AJ just chopping in those hooks, paralyzing her foe. Cook pressing in with left shoulder/chickenwinged left elbow, then pounding the gut right/left - thick and methodical work from hard-nosed blonde girl. Michelle grumpy, frazzled - listless against ropes in tight earmuff, sponging it up to the body, then clinching for ref's breaks. Bell: Cook pushes up off Michelle all "I'm big"...Borth wincing en-route to stool.

R2: Borth electing to trade-with midring: mistake as blonde lands blockbuster rights upside the head, complemented via that batting left hook to waist/ribs. Borth's back (right) foot slides forward, causing her to step in fence-post-holes...brunette's hurt, showing earmuff as blonde takes over. Cook business-like - pushing Michelle to ropes, squaring up on her, going to work: Borth grimacing as she digs in to fight blonde-girl's fight. AJ very active - bobbing on the spot; positioning head on either Borth shoulders; bumping the left shoulder/elbow and bouncing either mitt snappy off classy brunette chassis. Borth sponging it up, but answering back in spots: feisty little right uppercuts picking up blonde chin inside; tasty left hooks seeking out blonde jugs as girls chop-and-swat for points through 2.

R3: Bell to bell AJ, having her way with Michelle. Borth laying in shoulder to shoulder, rubbing ears with AJ as Cook bobs on the spot, gets her work done. Blonde pushing brunette to ropes early on - stabilizing Borth with tuff shoulder bumps and elbow-props...Cook fighting off brunette chest, bouncing short, thumping blows off toned Borth arms/torso/waistline. Michelle grumpy and whiny, tying up behind blonde elbows, not answering back as blonde girl dictates terms through 3.

R4: Michelle showing livelier legs midring - hopping then stepping; pivoting to her right; nipping in and out behind a darting jab. Movement has AJ hesitant, keeping weight on back (right) foot...Borth able to get into a nimble punch-n'-scoot rhythm. Michelle bouncing her dukes off AJ's hair-line as blonde's crouching forward; brunette jab dictating distance, setting up the patterns. Midway through, frustrated blonde girl attempts to rush the front door: Michelle bobs-with, straightens up into a short left uppercut to chin, sidesteps-right as blonde girl SPILLS TO ALL FOURS! Happy smile Michelle B: she proves she can get into AJ's curvy legs - Borth back in the fight with a 10-8 fourth!

R5: Bitter fighting as AJ's desperate to reclaim the initiative, but Borth's confidence is back: Michelle's legs working their magic, turning blonde girl midring. Borth relaxed, whippy with torso and arms - lashing the overhand right up top; licking the wide, limber left to bat at flank/waistline. 'Chelle issuing check-jabs as she's hopping in retreat, forcing AJ to fight her way forward: when she does, Cook's getting off, but also catching as Borth flurries and hops away. Bell: Borth sweaty and grinning...feeling her oats enough to wink brazenly at a frowning Laura Vandervoort ringside!

R6: Michelle Borth tears it up on AJ Cook. Borth's aspect hardens, eyes pitiless as a Cobra's as she goes to work. In and out on AJ; sidestepping and feinting, keeping blonde girl turning midring. Jabs punishing pretty face, then stiff-arming down into jug, keeping blonde off balance. Power in flurries; criss-cross right/lefts skidding off AJ's pate as she crouches forward; batting left hooks downstairs syncopated with slap-chop rights up top, punching AJ out of orbit. Left uppercuts picking blonde girl up out of her crouch, leaving her spellbound; pasting double-right hands showcasing Michelle's quickness while chippin' at the pretty. Cook increasingly ragged - curvy legs holding her up, but it's a sustained beating as classy as it is thorough. Bell: Cook swaying on the spot - judges give Michelle 10-8 without the knockdown as she lathers AJ into stupor through 6!

R7: AJ firms. Stubby jabs from Cook locating Borth's chest - blonde girl keeping right tight to cheek as she steps-in. As Cook closes distance, she chips away short left uppercuts and digging body-shot hooks, working the Borth torso as per fightplan. Michelle sticking in her jab and stepping left, trying to keep her distance, but Cook encroaching, getting her left shoulder into Borth's tits, making her rub and grind more in exchanges. Michelle slugs it out, but it's not to her taste: pretty brunette frowning, pursing lips en route to her corner, obviously chiding herself inside.

R8: Much better stuff from Michelle as she shows a springy-leg/peppy fists in fending off brute-force blonde attacks. Jab ranging-in, then Borth dropping tasty right/lefts off pate...she's touching AJ up, then hopping around either flank. Cook turning, trying to press...leads to her eating the odd short, vicious left uppercut lead as Michelle times blonde-girl coming in. Cook put wobbly butt by such a punch midway through: Borth more than proving she can hurt the ostensibly stronger girl tonight. Final minute suspenseful as staring Cook looks like she might go down...she's walking on her heels, pawing her left at Michelle then taking harsh right/left face-spank flush in receipt. Cook stumbling away after punishment, looking a little bleak and shaky as Borth's walking her down at bell.

R9: Michelle grimly stalking AJ, looking for the finish. Wide, lapping hook strokes blonde jaw, staggering stiff-legged Cook...she wanders to her right in confusion as Michelle hops her down. Slap-chop right to mouth ejects AJ's gumshield...she staggers back into ropes glassy-eyed, trembly-thighed. Michelle swooping in, rising from crouch with a wide, batting left up top, then trading rights...Cook hurt, punching back desperately from ropes as Borth's going for jugular. Spanking right/left caroms off Cook's face...she blunders to her right, chopping a short right on autopilot as Borth's coming in and MICHELLE GOES DOWN! 'Chelle chin-chipped on approach - she stumbles to right knee - her right arm through the ropes for support...Michelle hurt and staring; AJ hurt and staring...it's the shaky-8 before the storm, then HERE COMES AJ! Cook moving in on shabby Michelle - hooking her gut; propping her upright into ropes via that left elbow. Borth in stupor, torso lolling on locked legs - she's got hands up limp, pushing out weak leather. Cook swings right uppercut from the hip, catching Michelle's forehead, rocking her upright against ropes in astonishment...blonde girl reloads righty while pushing left hand into brunette tits to stabilize...swinging right cross from the hip crashes directly into point of Borth's chin, spasming her legs, knocking her out cold on her feet. Michelle drifting off to her right to stretch out parallel to ropes, rolling to her back in KO'd splendor: KO9 for touched up AJ Cook!

After: Cook buzzed and scuffed, but wearily upbeat in postfight. "Credit to Michelle," AJ admits, standing with taped hands on boxy hips. "She's a boxer-first, but you put baby in a corner and she'll fight you tooth and nail. I was pretty hurt, but you know - that's kinda when I'm at my most dangerous. When it's just my body versus yours, 'cause we're both too hurt to think? I will take those odds every time!"
