After suffering six consecutive defeats at the start of her career Keisha Buchanan (Lioness Club) has finally found success by knocking out Diana Vickers and then going down a division where she demolished Myleene Klass on her flyweight debut. It's no surprise she's riding on a high ahead of her next fight against one of the prettiest girls among UK singers, the lovely but unfortunate Frankie Sandford (Double A Boxing).

Indeed Sandford's winning record has dropped below the levels of Roxanne Pallett and Keisha herself and the Essex native ranks lowest among her Saturdays bandmates despite many people thinking she's actually the best looking girl of the entire lot. But physical presence doesn't win you fights and Frankie seeks her first victory since September 2011 tonight.

Round 1:
Frankie's keen to show she's much better than her record indicates and most certainly better than Keisha as she throws a series of shots to the body early and continues to rain punches at Buchanan's jugs before Keisha can cover up and weather the storm. Sandford lands some leather around the elbows and strands her rival in the middle of the ring but Keisha finally shows some footwork and dekes to the side with Frankie not quick enough to pounce. Buchanan counters from mid-range, swings couple of shots around the head but Framkie dives underneath them and cleans out her midsection instead, scoring fine leather on the tummy and making Keisha wince in pain. Left hook catches her on the jaw and leaves stunned at the bell as Frankie struts back to her corner full of confidence.

Round 2:
Buchanan's upset about that opening round and squares up to her rival with Frankie not holding back either and they tangle in the middle of the ring with Frankie landing more shots on the tummy but getting tagged on the cheeks as Keisha finally finds some success and keeps targeting her foe's head to great extent with Sandford dropping her aggression and covering up after losing the opening exchange. Buchanan leans on her and whips on the forearms, tries to slice through the guard but despite her best efforts she can only pummel the fellow singer around for a while as Frankie's gloves stay in tact and late in the round, the Saturdays singer sends more low shots on the tummy and forces the menacing Keisha back.

Round 3:
Still no fear in Frankie's eyes as she whips another series on Keisha's tummy but eats couple of hooks on the cheeks in response and Buchanan leans on her rival, snaps her head back with more shots on the chin which make Sandford moan in pain and wobble back. Keisha unloads a piercing hook that crashes off Frankie's nose and almost sends her back to the ropes but the Saturdays singer just manages to deke under Keisha's follow up and step to the side where she counters and slams a right hook on the ear. Before Keisha can turn around, she gets nailed on the jugs and falls on the ropes herself with Frankie making the most out of this sudden change of scenery. She pummels the ex-Sugababes singer on the ribs, flicks an uppercut on the jaw herself and keeps Keisha pinned on the ropes until the bell. Buchanan is livid with herself and jumps to Frankie to have a word or two but referee pulls her back as Frankie smiles again while walking back to her corner.

Round 4:
Keisha turns her anger onto Frankie who for some reason doesn't waste much time in circling around the ring and squares up to the fellow singer and another vicious exchange ensues in the middle of the ring with Buchanan landing couple of heavy hooks on the nose to gain an advantage as Sandford's efforts skim off the forearms this time and another mammoth hook catches Frankie on the jaw and bends her forward as Keisha slams her on the ribs and pummels back to the ropes in see-saw-fashion. Sandford's in trouble as she weaves around on her feet but Keisha breaks through the gloves and lands more heavy leather on the nose with Frankie scowling in pain and Buchanan laying into her with all the might possible. Crowd really gets up from their feet in this round with Keisha pummelling poor Frankie along the ropes, head snaps back several times as the Saturdays' girl takes some pasting and sinks on her knees but Buchanan runs out of steam in the final minute and can't send the hapless rival down for the count, settles for more shots around the elbows and leaves Frankie gasping for air and checking her nose for blood marks after the bell.

Round 5:
Frankie looks affected after that previous round and refuses to step in aggressively while Keisha harrasses her around the ring and throws several shots to further wear her rival down. Sandford struggles to keep up with the pace as the round goes on and finally gets caught by a left overhand n the nose, right follow-up slams her on the mouth moments later and roots her to the spot with Keisha slamming a left hook on the navel, right on the chin and Frankie spins back to the ropes, wraps her arms around them in order to stay upright but Buchanan's right there and whips a right hook on the nose which fills Sandford's nostrils with blood and sends her sliding down on her face!!! Crowd errupts in joy as Frankie pushes herself off both arms and beats the count at seven but wipes the blood from her nose and looks in discomfort. Referee refuses to call the doctor and Keisha pounces on her wounded rival, cuts through her gloves nad gives more misery on the nose, left/right combo snaps Sandford's head back and pins against the corner post; poor Frankie doesn't even throw a punch now, just looks to avoid more punishment however Buchanan has other ideas and rains punches on the face, lumps up poor Frankie who sags back on her knees and burst into tears as Keisha cross-hooks her on the mouth, lands another left on the nose... SANDFORD GOES DOWN ON THE SPOT... tears flow down her bloody cheeks and doctor jumps in to check whether her nose hasn't been fractured.... Keisha taunts the fallen opponent and wants her to get up but it's not gonna happen... KO R5 Keisha Buchanan!!!

Post-fight:
The former bantamweight laughing stock keeps her flyweight presence in tact and scores her third victory in a row after almost breaking Frankie Sandford's nose here in Manchester tonight! Keisha rides a new-found confidence and pounds herself across the chest as Frankie is lifted off the canvas and excorted back to the locker room unable to hold back the tears.

Sandford showed some promise and landed nice punches early on but ended up with her face battered into a bloody mess and nearly having her nose broken by the rampant Keisha. However the word in BBU is that Mollie King would like to destroy Keisha and avenge the Saturdays' vulnerable looking pride. The blonde singer beat Buchanan's Lioness Club stablemate Jeanette Biedermann already this year and targets Keisha as her next victim. The fact Keisha roughed up Frankie only fuels Mollie's anger and it looks like we haven't heard the last of these gorgeous singers trying to demolish each other.
