Before: This will definitely be a high-contrast fight between two fighters – both of whom have come from the Disney discipline of fighting but that's part of the theme of the evening in a roster full of different styles of fighting. Both fighters appear to be heading in different trajectories at the moment, with Duff dealing with a poor record in 2012 with some high profile setbacks at the hands of her own sister, Haylie and Kelly Clarkson. Brenda Song, on the other hand, has been extremely successful after wins over rival Cassie Scerbo and most notably, a KO1 over Lacey Chabert to start off the year. Song, as a result, very confident in pre-fight, “I knew it after she lost her fight with Haylie that Duff really isn't tuff at all. I mean, it all goes back to how you handle pressure and as much as she talks about being a pressure fighter, she can't deal with it! When you're a Disney fighter, the expectations go up and she hasn't had to come through like I have. I've been dealing with the best Disney can offer right now like Tizzy and Scerbo. But, when she was on the network, who did she have to fend off over at Lizzie McGuire? My point exactly!” Duff clearly not pleased with Song's succinct dismissal of her record, “I don't think Song wants to get into a discussion of who accomplished more with Disney. My movie was number two in America (holds up two fingers like a peace sign) and her claim to fame is playing a ditz over the years, which may or may not have been acting. As far as whether I'm tuff or not, I think everybody here knows I am. Maybe everybody except for Song, but I'm going to show her tonight! I'm so sick of Song!”

Song bubbly in a bright yellow bikini with tiny matching gloves, apparently to match her mood - dark hair in a ponytail; Duff wearing a green bikini with white gloves, blonde hair around her shoulders.

R1: Duff coming forward hard and fast, pouncing across the ring to catch Song before she can even get out of her corner. Song trying to twist away from the ropes, sending out quick little jabs towards Hilary's chest and face. But, Duff moving with surprising speed, sending her gloves down with precision into Song's ribs and tummy, doubling her opponent over. Smothering Song against the ropes, she keeps stuffing right hands into Song's tummy to put her butt in ropes and give Duff the lead after the first.

R2: Brenda determined to come out with speed, pushing out of her corner at the bell and launching herself towards Hilary, hammering at her face and shoulders. Duff bobbing and weaving, showing good footwork, then shoving in leather to Song's tummy and ribs. Just digging in her shots with rapid rights and lefts, burying into Brenda's breadbasket. Brenda definitely manages to get in her spots of offense, but this one is all Duff from bell to bell as she works over Song to the body. Hilary beaming as she heads back to her corner, in control of this one through two.

R3: Two rounds of a hard-punching Duff punishing Song to the body have definitely taken their toll, as Bren comes out looking shocked. Song tries to use some speed to her advantage, trying to circle around Duff and maneuvering around the ring to catch Hilary off guard with some sneaky right hands and popping off a jab towards Duff's face. But, Duff adjusting quickly, tracking Song down and bumping right up against her. Chesting up confidently against Song, just flicking out her gloves in fierce fashion towards Song's body again, battering her ribs with repeated hooks. Making her fight according to Duff's terms, Brenda can't seem to use her speed to her advantage and halfway through the round, she doubles over after a particularly hard shot to her tummy. Defense drops for a moment as Bren is hurt, finding herself covering up as Hilary goes to town, clouting her across her head and shoulders. Song is wobbly-butt, getting systematically beat, as Duff sends her staggering back to her corner at the bell.

R4: Duff really dictating the terms of engagement yet again as it's more Duff on Song violence through four. Bren using good footwork and speed to demonstrate her fighting skills, pivoting around her foe for some good jabs at Hilary's face and tummy. But, Duff steps right up to Brenda, forcing Song to fight in close quarters, toe to toe and chest to chest. Duff sends out her gloves over and over, spanking leather off of brunette jug and tummy, just making Brenda fight Hilary's fight. Judging by the look on Brenda's face, she doesn't like it one bit. Hilary, on the other hand, is positively enthused by the success she has had so far, driving in another clubbing forearm to Bren's abs at the bell.

R5: Brenda is not about to go down quite so easily, with her competitive edge honed by years from Disney Fight Prep. Eyes flashing and teeth bared, she seeks to renegotiate the terms of their competitive contest thus far as she bounces around the ring, acrobatic and nimble. Coming at Hilary from different angles, she mounts surprising and slashing attacks against Hilary. It's Song who is pouncing forward, clubbing Hilary across her jugs, sneaking in jabs across her face, slamming in leather across her tummy and just generally showing off midring. Duff appears to be one confused beauty this round, keeping up her defense to keep Brenda from dishing out too much punishment but it's a clear shutout for Song this round with a frenzied offensive flurry to keep Hilary off guard this time around.

R6: Duff is forced to regroup after the determined showing by Song last round and Hilary immediately works to body Bren backwards as the aggressor once again. Just plowing away at tummy and ribs, Duff resumes working the body, with powerful shots to tummy and jug. Bren trying to pivot around Duff, but Hilary moves forward, slamming her mitts in towards Song's abs. Absolutely paralyzing Bren with repeated pumping shots from her hip, Bren tries to clinch her way to freedom but Hilary keeps stuffing shots into Song's tummy and pounding at her ribs. In the second minute, Song is DROPPED from the body blows. Song drops to the canvas, clutching her arms around her tummy, gulping in air and kneels against the canvas. Duff grins, calling down - “What's the matter? Duff too tuff for you?” but Song manages to rise back to her feet, albeit a little unsteady. Song recovers like a little champ though as Duff swarms her to clean up, fighting with surprising spunk off of the ropes, counter-punching and delivering a few clipping uppercuts to Duff's face and body to prevent another knockdown. Success for Song unfortunately short-lived as Duff recovers in a big way this round with the knockdown.

R7: Song reportedly seething in her corner after the “Duff too tuff” taunt from Hilary last round and comes out fighting. Song jumping out to a big advantage in round seven, trying to catch Hilary off guard, ripping hooks from her waist and using her legs. Bending down low to present a smaller target, she fights hard, just slamming in from different angles, looping around Duff and in constant motion. Duff seemingly surprised by the flurry of offensive prowess from Song at this point of the contest, as Song keeps drilling in towards Hilary's tummy or stroking a shot across her face. It's all Song for the first two minutes, but Duff keeps up her defense, trying to pick her moments for offense and she certainly picks the right moment. In the final minute, Duff rocks Song with a hard right hand to her ribs and follows up with a hard left right across her cheek as Song is DROPPED late. Song manages to rise to her feet as Duff pressures her back to the ropes, leaving Song furious as Duff stole a clear round away from Brenda with the knockdown.

R8: Song knows she needs to score a knockdown to get back into this contest, but Duff isn't giving her many opportunities to compete as she crowds her along the ropes. Bren digs in with her legs, mounting some good strafing runs along the ropes, trying to mix in some jabs and uppercuts to push off of the ropes to that she can use her speed around the ring. But, Duff keeps grinding away, bumping with her shoulder to keep Song out of position and bullying Brenda backwards. Legs planted and buns shaking, Hilary keeps whacking away at Song's ribs and tummy. Dazing Song as Brenda is butt-in-ropes again, trying to catch her breathe and covering up as Hilary hammers confidently to make Brenda fight Duff's way for yet another round.

R9: Duff is showing off in dominant fashion as she storms across the ring, with Song coming off of the ropes and Hilary just pushing Song back into her corner. Song circles around a bit, trying to bounce off, but Hilary hounds her and ragdolls her back into the ropes. Hilary all big-girl against her opponent, smothering her and belting her against the tummy. Stuffing shot after shot towards Song's ribs, tummy and torso, occasionally sneaking in a stiff uppercut as well. Song is fighting back in spots when the opportunities present themselves, but Hilary makes sure those are far and few between. Song slams in some right hooks to Hilary's abs and trying to pound at Hilary's flank, but Hilary keeps her momentum going as late in the round, she catches Song with a clean jab right to Brenda's face. Song is clearly rocked, dazed as she slumps back into the corner. Arms falling down to the side a bit, trying to keep her guard up, but Hilary pours through the break in her defenses and buffets her around the head and shoulders. Song is sleepy as Hilary delivers a right uppercut to her chin, but is saved by the bell as Song staggers to her corner and Hilary struts back, confidently, to her respective corner.

R10: Brenda knows there is only way for her to come back to win this match. The crowd knows it and unfortunately for Song, so does Hilary. Hilary gets off to a rolling start, just bullying Song back against the ropes and crowding her opponent back to her corner. Hilary keeps spanking leather down into Bren's tummy, folding her opponent over as she keeps the pressure on for points. Song is smothered against the ropes as Hilary is walking her down along them in a one sided exchange by this point. Song clutching her tummy, trying to fight back with some jabs to Hilary's tummy, but Hilary retaliates with some short but effective shots to Bren's body. Song doubling over again, slumping back against the ropes as Hilary slugs away, forcing Bren to cover up earmuff. Hilary hammers high, battering around her head and shoulders, as Song is clearly dazed. Hilary keeps pounding away with powerful and punishing hooks to Brenda's abs, working over her body. Song rocked again, knees trembling and blinking, face red and unable to get any air, forearms sliding down to try to protect her throbbing torso. Hilary takes the opportunity to slam in a hard right across her cheek as Song is nearly out at the bell. Hilary is pounding away as the bell rings and the ref is forced to come in to pull Duff backwards off of a beaten Brenda Song. Duff takes the round and the match itself wide via UD10!

AFTER: The crowd appears impressed with the match as this was a fight plan, clearly the right one, perfectly executed by Hilary here tonight. Reports from various sources report that Hilary and her training staff watched hours of video to prepare for this match and judging by the result, there's no question that it paid off. Brenda was unable to get on track or get the fight on her terms as Duff took away Song's advantages by repeatedly working over her body. Song is sitting down in her corner, unable to get up, clutching her tummy and coughing, apparently gutshot, groaning in pain. Hilary walks by with a grin, blowing a kiss down to Brenda and offering a saucy “Better luck next time, Wendy Wu.”, teasing her but all Song can offer is a frustrated moan in response.

Duff showing off after she removes her gloves - as she is handed a tanktop that reads “Duff was too tuff for me.”. Then, Duff walks over to Brenda, jamming it onto a protesting Brenda's body. Hilary grinning as she snaps a quick picture with her cell phone, capturing the furious look on Song's face as she works to remove the tanktop. Duff orders her to keep it on as Brenda is forced to endure wearing the embarrassing tanktop for a brief series of pictures and then, she does manage to yank off the offending piece of clothing moments after the picture is taken. Duff savoring the win as she holds up her cell phone and pumping her other fist into the air, grinning, “That says it all, doesn't it? Duff was just too tuff for Brenda Song! I'm too tuff! , putting on a “Duff is Tuff.” tanktop. Flexing one forearm, “Forget freaking Kelly Clarkson, I'm the one who is stronger here, right?” Making her point at the expense of her stablemate, which is not something that Song appears likely to forget or forgive anytime soon. But, Hilary too excited over her big win on this anniversary card to notice as she bounces around the ring, flexing and high fiving her corner, “When I get inside, there is nobody and I mean nobody that is tuffer than Hilary Duff! I can't wait!!”, apparently very excited tonight and deservedly so
