Before: Both of them very determined and aggressive from the outset, chesting up to one another as they get up to the podium, both of them shoving and bodying up – trying to get to speak first. Tensions more heated than normal, even considering their hateful rivalry, with Elisha's recent Maxim spread – which declared her the “Sexiest Woman on Television.”, which had not made things any easier around the stable.

After security is forced to intervene between the two when an extended slap-fight occurs, it's Elisha who steps up to the podium first, declaring: “Minka has been jealous of me since the moment she joined our stable and immediately realized she was in second place around here! Now that I'm the sexiest woman on television, Minka is starting to pick up on the fact that I'm truly better than her. Minka really should just acknowledge that if she knows what's good for her, you know? If not, she'll just be apologizing when I beat down her overrated ass!” Minka rolling her eyes, bumping by Elisha on her way to the podium, “The only thing I felt when I got to this stable and realized Elisha was on it was sadness and pity that Lookout! Boxing had to have Elisha on it! Seriously, there is absolutely nothing to be jealous of when it comes to Cuthbert! The only reason that Elisha is the sexiest woman on television is because I'm not on it anymore and let's not forget that I was named the “World's Sexiest, so THERE! I'm the tuffest of the cute, cutest of the tuff and I'm SO much better than Elisha!”

Security moving quickly this time after earlier feuds up on the stage this event, intercepting Elisha as she lunges at Minka, shouting, “The whole reason you're not on television is because CHARLIE'S ANGELS got canceled, fat-ass!” and sends a slap out towards Minka's face. Minka snarling back, “You are the absolute WORST thing about HAPPY ENDINGS and I'm going to make sure you don't end up with one tonight!”

Once things calm down, the two of them are brought together but absolutely refuse to touch gloves. Elisha wearing a green bikini, the same shade as her Maxim cover and matching gloves, blonde hair loose around her face; Minka clad in a white twist-top and matching bikini bottoms with white mitts and hair in a fighting ponytail.

R1: It doesn't take long at all for the two of them to meet mid-ring to exchange bruising 2 way punishment. Early in the contest, Elisha with the advantage as she advances forward with a slugging offense, rambunctious and just bullying her brunette rival back towards the ropes with ripping hooks to pound away at Kelly's chest and tummy. Minka showing off good resistance, however, covering up and then delivering clouting shots in response, tagging across Elisha's tits and abs. The two of them pounding away in a phone booth, recklessly punching at each other, mitts flying and teeth bared in determination, but it's Lishy who blinks first under a determined Minka onslaught. Minka pushing and punching Elisha backwards, rolling her back towards the ropes as Minka takes brutal, close points in the first.

R2: Elisha is undeterred, however, pouncing from her corner as she swarms across the ring and deploying those left and right haymakers, trying to rock Kelly back to the ropes. Cuthbert clouting Minka across the head and shoulders, forcing Minka to pivot away from the pressure, trying to weather the storm. Minka keeping her guard up, determined, in a vicious two way trade that has Minka holding her own, bashing her mitts into Lishy's tits and stuffing shots down low into her tummy. Minka trying to maintain some discipline in the face of wild shots being delivered from Cuthbert and it seems to pay off down the stretch. Minka, once again, manages to push back against Lishy's frantic style to deliver leather, digging down into Elisha's tummy – mining for quit but finding none from Elisha. It's another close round, but ends like the first – with Minka on top, which does not sit well with Lishy.

R3: One of the things that has always served Elisha well throughout her career is to adjust when things aren't working well for her and in that sense, Elisha does so here. Elisha picks up the pace and increases the tempo in a fast-paced and sloppy first minute that puts Minka on the defensive. Cuthbert off to a very aggressive start as she bullies and bangs her brunette foe backwards with wild right hands up top and digging lefts to torso. Arms swinging in a brawny blonde whirlwind, Elisha tightens up and increases her accuracy throughout the round as she keeps clubbing at Minka with short, compact shots. Elisha digging down into Minka's tummy, scooping at it with swift hooks and then switching up top with some shots towards her head. Jamming in her glove into exposed sideboob, ribs, temple and wherever she can hit as Elisha's brand of slugging pays off big this time and wins her dominant points. Minka is left slumping in the ropes on the wrong end of Elisha's power surge.

R4: Elisha pounces forward, gloves slamming forward and bullying Minka right up to the middle, tuning up Minka's torso with hard-hitting right straight shots, using her belly-button as a target. Elisha picking up where she left last round, whacking away with accurate and punishing blows across Minka's body. Minka backing up in retreat initially, but rallies, using her legs to pivot around Elisha and seeks to fight her fight, punching down into Lishy's flank and torso. Elisha groaning out, but when she tries to keep bodying Kelly backwards, Minka isn't having it! Minka punching forward off of her planted leg, eager to showcase her own brand of power, tapping down into Cuthbert's torso and then ripping away with her right up top with some well-timed uppercuts that push Lishy back to the ropes. Blonde back hits ropes as Minka leads with her right, scuffing across blonde features and then using her left to conduct an assault on blonde rack. Lishy protesting and pushing backwards at the bell, finding herself on the wrong end of a confident Minka this round.

R5: Both strategies are on display in a frantic fifth round between the two as fans raucously cheer Elisha's free-swinging mayhem and equally crowd pleasing is Minka's heavy handed, but more methodical approach. Both of them finding themselves in a war of whirling and grinding attrition, battling mid-ring in a phone booth once again. Minka punching back off of that right leg and just pasting Elisha across her face repeatedly and ripping her with uppercuts that clip across her chin and underneath her tits. Elisha sponging up the punishment, however, absorbing it to get inside and pounding away at offending jug, tummy and ribs with clouting right hands. Neither of them able to get any separation, just pounding away at each other in a hateful exchange, with each style definitely providing highlights for each of them but they can't seem to gain an advantage. Thumping against each other to tummy, boobs, body or head, it's a competitive and close round that ends in a draw. It also ends with the ref forced to intervene, with both Elisha and Minka ripping at each other, either not hearing the bell or more than likely, just not caring about anything else but hurting each other.

R6: It's a wild start to the round as Elisha barrels across the ring, trying to trap Minka back against the corner, slugging wildly to smother her foe against the apron. Gloves flying and leather spanking against her rival's face, jolting Minka's face backwards as she follows up with a brutal looking right hand that puts Minka DOWN TO THE CANVAS HARD! Minka spilling down to all fours, groaning out, dazed and shaking her head, with a look of shock on her face. Minka seemed to assume her legs were good enough to stand up to any Cuthbert hit, but here she is facedown into the canvas along the ropes. Minka refuses to go down like that, however, rising to her feet just in time to absorb a vicious shellacking from Elisha. Cuthbert is a very busy blonde as she aggressively bounces forward, bullying Minka back to the ropes and whacking away up top, looking to clean up as she hammers away around the brunette's head and shoulders. Elisha encounters bitter resistance, though as Minka keeps up her guard and puts on a brilliant display of counter-punching to fight her way off the ropes. Minka holding up well, clocking Elisha across the face and breasts, eyes flicking with determination. Elisha takes the round, however with the knockdown and is on top as the round ends, making Minka take her weight as Kelly hates the feeling of being pinned against the ropes by her blonde rival and shoving her backwards in disgust.

R7: The wild up-tempo pace continues in this round as well, starting off fast and furious. Both of them charging from their respective corners as they slug at each other, battering at one another's torso and ripping at one another's abs. Glaring at one another as they dig into one another, forehead to forehead, bumping shoulders but Elisha gets off to another strong start as Minka is ROCKED badly! Minka staggers back, covering up across her temples and going earmuff as Elisha has her staggering backwards, wobbly-butt. Minka slumping back into the ropes as she looks ready to go, but Minka absorbing the haymakers effectively as Cuthbert keeps coming forward, but her slugging style of offense seems to slow down in the second minute. Minka sees an opportunity, rallying off of the ropes and fighting forward, sending a series of right hands towards tummy and tits to batter Lishy backwards. Slipping her hands in underneath Lishy's armpits, she chests Elisha backwards, cleavage compressing together and spins her around against the ropes. Elisha is blurting in surprise as she finds herself under attack from Minka who keeps jamming in lefts against blonde breadbasket and her right hand crashing across her rack. The ref watches as Minka keeps chesting her foe upright, spanking out leather across her face and snapping up uppercuts through her guard, sending Elisha slumping down into the ropes. Lishy woozy, trying to push Minka backwards or trying to clinch, but Minka isn't stopping! Minka's nostrils are flaring, teeth bared and eyes lighting up as she keeps battering across Lishy's breasts and hammering hooks down into her tummy, with Cuthbert just groaning under the opponent. As the ref see Minka stack up Elisha again to continue this dreadful pasting at the ropes, the ref finally steps in to give Minka the TKO7 stoppage! Minka delivering one last hard combination – a left across her foe's tits and a right sweeping across Cuthbert's face as she hops away, victorious, gloves in the air as she defeats her blonde rival!

AFTER: Rivalry matches always don't live up to the hype – but this one was a great back and forth tilt between the two! Few fighters dislike each other as much as these two do and it definitely showed in the ring, as well as the post-fight here as well. Minka crowing in triumph as she declares loudly, “Who is the sexiest, huh? Who is the tuffest? Who is the cutest of the tuff and tuffest of the cute, huh? Huh? I FREAKING USED HER UP!”, pointing to an enraged Elisha, who sits recovering on her stool in a daze. Elisha sitting in her corner, groaning out “no” and shaking her head, as if she can convince the ref to keep the match to keep going. It's a rough sight as Elisha's eyes finally seem to focus in recognition on an approaching Minka – gloves still on and looking fierce.

The ref watching in apprehension and rightfully so as Minka shouts down into Elisha's face: “I MADE YOU QUIT! YOU ARE A QUITTING LITTLE b###h!” and Elisha dazed but defiant, trying to rise from her stool but an angry Minka just shoves her back to her butt with authority, snarling - “STAY DOWN! You have NOTHING left and just get used to the fact that I am ALPHA now, understand?” Minka doesn't wait for an answer though, just placing both gloves in Cuthbert's cleavage, pushing against it spitefully and shoving off of her confidently. Spinning away from Elisha, she looks at the assembled press corps with a smirk, pointing to Elisha and saying loudly the word 'LOSER' and then pointing to herself between her chest, 'WINNER'. Feeling as if she has made her point, Minka leaves the ring as Elisha is furious, having to be held back by the ref and other ringside officials, complaining bitterly about the outcome in BLONDE MAGAZINE and other outlets in the days to follow. Minka is more than willing to do a rematch, but tells FIGHTING INGENUE magazine, “Alphas don't operate on anybody's timetable but theirs. Elisha will just have to wait her time, because my time is now! I am the best and nobody is going to stop me! Everybody else better watch out! ”
