BBU Fight Night in Cardiff

(Latin Union vs Double A Boxing)

Mikie is undefeated in the BBU, but Mollie King looked good when outpointing Jeanette Biedermann recently. Even so, she isn’t representing much of a step up for Mikie, who seems to be finding it difficult to get fights with contenders for the BBU title, and the beating she gave Heidi Range put the blonde in hospital for a few days.

Mollie looks good, as usual, the blonde girl wearing a black bikini, but Mikie just a gorgeous in her scarlet bikini.

Round 1

This is an even start to the fight, with both girls very mobile, both showing good skills, flicking jabs into the other’s face, neither girl establishing any dominance yet. Mollie’s working hard, being kept on the outside by Mikie, who commands the centre of the ring, and she’s gradually closing Mollie down, pushes her to the ropes, and she can work on her there, fetching some good punches to her body, with her right, keeping her from escaping with crisp jabs to the face with her left, and Mollie’s unable to get much momentum at this stage, beginning to get the wrong end of this fight, with Mikie hurting her before the bell as she gives her a good right hook in the mouth, Mollie sagging a little as she returns to her corner.

Round 2

Mollie’s already blowing hard, the punches to her body having taken their toll on her already, and she’s taking more as Mikie starts the round aggressively, slamming a couple of left hook, and a couple more rights into her ribs, and she’s loosening Mollie up downstairs, the pretty blonde starting to wince. Here comes Mikie’s jab, smack in Mollie’s face, followed by another, then a third, each one popping the singer’s head backwards, and she’s struggling to combat the model now – a lovely right hook from Mikie, and she’s sat Mollie down on the canvas with that one. Mollie looks sheepish, and she’s up at 5 – she could have taken a little longer, and perhaps she should have, because Mikie’s beginning to smack her around, Molie’s gloves doing little to protect her – she’s down again! Mollie’s face is looking quite bruised as she gets up at 8, and a few more cuffing punches from Mikie before the bell do her no good at all, her nose bleeding as she returns to her corner.

Round 3

Bravely, Mollie comes out of her corner throwing leather, but it all looks a little desperate, her punches not really finding their mark against the mobile Mikie, who is soon back into the attack, and her punches are landing! Mollie’s left cheek really is bruising quite noticeably, and now Mikie rips a solid pair of hooks into her face – and cuts her! Poor Mollie – that’s a nasty one on her cheekbone, and Mikie catches her with a good right hook to the mouth, sending the blonde back and into the ropes, and she hits her again, both sides of the face, worsening that cut, blood spraying from that and Mollie’s nostrils each time she’s hit. Mikie clearly wants to end this fight as soon as possible, but it won’t be this round, as the bell has sounded.

Round 4

Mollie really isn’t too steady on her feet now, and two hard thumps to her ribs don’t exactly help, setting her up for another swift left and right combination, and this time when she goes down, she stays down, out cold.

Result: Mikie Hara knocked Mollie King out in round 4.

Mollie King just didn’t have anything to trouble Mikie Hara, and gorgeous Japanese girl is clearly a contender for the BBU flyweight belt – a matchup between her and Amelia Lily Oliver is being mooted, and the winner of that will surely get a chance at Emily Atack’s title.
