Ann Curry and Christina Applegate are the contestants following the Samia Ghadie/Eva Longoria bout in which Ghadie triumphed in a big way. This is the same site which is the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.

Prebout- Ann and Christina happen to meet on the flight from New York to Cleveland. It turns out they are 'seatmates'. Each immediately begins sizing the other up since they have not previously met. Ann, as she tends to be, is somewhat reserved whereas Christina is quite effusive in her own self praise. 'Say Ann I reserved the pool for a half hour for a solo swim at the Cleveland Marriott where we're both staying.' 'How about some skinny dipping and then dinner?' Ann likes this idea as it will give her a chance to get to know this gal better. 'Sure' is her reply. 'Can't wait'. After landing the two get settled into their respective rooms and then meet at the pool. Each is in a white hotel robe. Ann lets hers slip first revealing a gorgeous body with beautifully sculpted legs which are her trademark. Christina then disrobes and shows Ann a solid and voluptuous physique. 'How about a two lap race Ann?' is Christina's challenge. Curry accepts. The two naked ladies are flailing hard in the water and Christina gains a good lead and builds on it after the first lap as Ann Curry is beaten by a good 15-20 feet. 'See what it's like to be young and fast?' chirps Applegate as she smiles into Curry's somewhat dismayed face. 'Welcome to second place Ann' boasts Christina. Her blue eyes are sparkling as she revels in this victory. They make contact as Ann lightly kisses Christina's lips and then wraps her legs around her swimming pool conquerer in a token of defeat. 'I like your style lady' says a smiling Christina. 'You take defeat well'. They adjourn to dinner and, from time to time, rub knees at the table. 'We'll have plenty of time for fun tomorrow night after I knock you out Ann' says a totally confident Christina Applegate.

Fight Night: The ref is old timer Elke Sommer the one time German hottie. She gives the gals instructions as Ann is bedecked in her sensational g-string while Christina has a black string bikini on. The touch gloves and share a brief 'good luck' peck on the lips.

Round One- Christina is coached by Courtney Cox who had lost a bout to Ann Curry sometime back. Applegate has been told to use the entire ring and her speed to frustrate the very hard hitting Curry. Ann delivers the opening blow to Christina's midsection which brings a show of pain from the blonde. It's a wicked right hook which connects spot on. Ann fires a follow up left cross as she is a southpaw fighter but it misses as Applegate easily slips that shot. Christina wades in with a scoring volley to the head. It's a left/right/left combo which drills Curry's head back. Ann's legs buckle slightly. They are at midring swapping shots with both giving as good as she is getting. Ann's blows carry a heavier payload though. Christina senses this won't be a winning strategy for her. Still, she is eager to show this crowd that her style is power along with speed. Ann nails Christina with a left cross that sends the starlet down hard on her ass. Sommer counts to eight with Christina finally regaining her feet on wobbly legs. The bell rings and Curry has taken the round.

Between rounds- Christina has been abandoning the game plan and Cox is tear ass mad. 'She will destroy you Chrissie is you try slugging it out with her' is her admonishment. 'I told you to stick and move now let's go'.

Round two- Ann can see that Cox is upset which heartens her. Curry is flashing a sinister grin at Christina Applegate as they begin the round. Christina connects with a flurry of combinations to Ann's face. Then she slams Ann Curry down to the canvas with a brutal right cross. Ann's legs shoot up and her heels are facing the ceiling of the building. She has been rocked hard. Katie Couric is exhorting Ann to 'get up and mix it up with this babe'. Curry is up at nine and is hurt. Applegate is looking for a great finish here and decides to slug it out with the hot cougar newsbabe. Mistake. Ann Curry has wanted and shot for shot exchange from the start as she knows in her heart she is stronger. They are slamming each other mercilessly with Ann's blows again proving more deadly. Suddenly she jackhammers Christina Applegate with a right hook to the jaw and the blonde staggers out to midring. Curry is right on her with unanswered punches coming thick and fast to the younger gal's head. Left/right/left, thud, thud , thud as Christina Applegate's arms droop to her side as Ann Curry gleefully targets her and has her gal well beaten. Christina is now somewhat panic stricken and suddenly surrenders to Ann Curry. 'No more Ann, please no more' is her plea but Ann Curry is nonplussed. 'See what it's like to be older and stronger there hotshot?' Ann asks of the younger and helpless opponent. This is the last thing Christina will hear for a little while as Ann Curry delivers a great left cross to Christina Applegate's jaw as she watches the babe in the black bikini fall to that blow. Christina slides along the ropes and then spins 180 degrees onto her face as she drops to the canvas with the right side of her badly swollen face still exposed. Both arms rest at her sides. Ann Curry is doing her victory leap with those sexy bouncing glutes and jiggling breasts both going. Guys of all ages are getting serious woodies looking at her. She has won the fight going away along with the admiration of this Cleveland crowd. Tomorrow night it will be Halle Berry vs. Kelly O'Donnell for the 'Queen of Cleveland Crown'. Applegate's body is loaded on a stretcher as she is taken down to the dressing room. She is still out cold. Ann struts out of the ring with her gloves up high amidst the wildly cheering throng.

Post Fight- 'Ann is a killer fighter' says a disconsolate Christina Applegate. 'She was way too much for me for sure'. Applegate is sliding her hand along Ann's sexy thigh as they again share a light kiss. 'Let's have dinner and a movie in my digs o.k.?' offers Christina. 'That and then some real fun' replies the victorious Ann Curry who awaits a return bout with Gabrielle Anwar.
