This looks like being Amelia’s hardest fight so far, against a girl who gave Gemma Merna a real beating in her only BBU fight.

Here come the girl, Amelia first in black leather hot pants and white leather bustier, as usual looking like a girl who means business, and here’s Aya, the lovely model in scarlet bra and panties with matching gloves and boots, and she looks like a girl who fancies her chances against the teenage starlet.

Round 1

Amelia’s making a good, solid start to this fight, jabbing at the Japanese girl’s face, and making her take a couple of backward steps really early, keen to dominate the older girl. Aya cedes a little ground, but she’s fighting back, and her punches are really crisp, the leather smacking hard into Amelia’s face, and she’s more mobile than Amelia now, giving the singer a hard time, and she’s whipping in quick combinations, inviting Amelia to trade, then stepping aside, mocking the kid’s slower movement, then she raps her face again with a solid one-two, and her cheeks are as pink as her hair at the bell.

Round 2

Aya’s standing off as the girls resume, snapping off a couple of jabs, but not keeping up the workrate that won her the opening round. This is letting Amelia into the fight, and the singer batters into her, smacking some good punches right into the model’s body, making her clinch, but then the girls trade, and this time it’s Amelia landing the better shots, her punishing right hook sending Aya backwards, and now she’s pushing the model back further, Aya wincing slightly as the teenager lands shots to her body, the round ending with Amelia giving Aya plenty of punishment, squaring the fight off.

Round 3

The girls trade jabs immediately, Aya landing three quick ones before Amelia gets back with her first, but the singer follows hers up with a stinging hook, and she’s got Aya backing off again. Amelia looks good, smacks another pair of good shots in at Aya’s face, and that’s got the model looking a little wobbly, again clinching and holding , leaning on Amelia until the referee parts them. In comes Amelia again, sending out her left jab, but Aya’s changed her tactics, and instead of trading, she digs into the singer’s body, upping the tempo and taking the wind out of Amelia as she rips those punches in, the singer gasping, dropping her gloves for protection, and this earns her a great little flurry of punches to the face, and now Aya’s got her girl in trouble, hurts her again to the body, gets her again with a one-two, now a straight right – she’s split Amelia’s lip there, the teenager rubbing her mouth as she moves to her corner.

Round 4

Aya’s getting really stuck into Amelia now, upping her workrate again – and she’s landing plenty of punches to the singer’s body, which makes her clinch and hold. But Amelia’s not used to this, and she can’t quite clinch tightly enough, so Aya whups her in the belly, and again, then she’s free again and gives to the teenager’s ribcage, left, right, left – Amelia’s hurt and looking for somewhere to hide, gets rammed with a right to the belly, and flops back to the ropes. Aya seizes her chance, smacks Amelia’s head back good and hard, wipes her across the face with a left hook, then a right, and another – and Amelia’s down, dazed and shabby on all fours, still shay on her feet at 7, with Aya ripping into her body again, Amelia nursing a lump on her left cheekbone at the bell.

Round 5

Again it’s Aya making all the moves, and she’s smacking some lovely punches into Amelia’s face, the teenager looking out of depth here as she takes a beating from the model, getting moved around the ring as she tries to avoid those sharp punches. Now Amelia’s backed into a corner, and Aya gets in front of her, throws a big right, but misses, and Amelia finds Aya’s jaw with a left hand, then pops her head back with a right, so the model’s retreating, suddenly getting hit and hurt by the teenager, who pursues her, defending her head well, taking Amelia’s shots on her arms and gloves, and she stands and fights again, smacking Amelia’s head left and right, testing her resolve as she tries to put her down again, but both girls are standing at the bell.

Round 6

The girls trade in the middle of the ring, with Amelia again seeking Aya’s head, but the model’s after her body again, and she’s whipping the punches in there, now she jabs Amelia to the face, the teenager leaking a little blood from her nostrils, but in no way cowed by the Japanese girl, and she tags her with a great left hook, sending Aya skittering backwards. Now Amelia’s unloading to Aya’s body for a change, and the model isn’t happy about this, and she fights back again! In go the hooks again, Amelia pegged back, then turned as the skilful model lays into her on the ropes, the fight fading from her now as Aya beats her again, and Amelia really does look shabby as she stumbles to her stool.

Round 7

This could be where Aya puts Amelia away – and she knows it! The model whips a good punch into Amelia’s face, setting the singer back against the ropes, but this teenager isn’t giving up! She’s ripping punches into Aya’s lovely body, and the confidence is draining from her face as the pink haired teenager gives it to her, then slams a double right hook to her face, and a left, so that suddenly Aya’s clinching and gripping on hard, so that the referee breaks them. Aya quickly responds, landing a couple of good shots on Amlia, drawing a little more blood from her nose, but the singer’s unflustered, and she’s beginning to weaken a tiring Ayawho has to start again if she’s to win this fight.

Round 8

The girls clash again in the centre of the ring, Aya popping Amelia’s head sideways with a left hook, but the singer gives her three good ones to the belly, and there’s the uppercut! Aya’s just eaten a great punch from Amelia, and she’s just about staying upright, her eyes a little glassy – and here’s Amelia again! The teenager knows she’s got the model wounded, but she isn’t able to get into her in time to take full advantage, and Aya gets back at her once more, smacks her with a couple of solid jabs, can’t give any more though, because Amelia hits her with a left hook, then a right, gives her another uppercut, and sits Aya down hard. A groggy Aya gets up at 8, but she’s n rubber legs, and Amelia puts her back down again with a left hook to the cheek, the model just beating the count, the bell sounding, and she staggers to her stool with her right eye closing.

Round 9

Now it’s Amelia in charge of the fight, and she’s all over Aya, whacking punches into the model’s swelling face, and looking for the big one to finish her off. Aya’s not letting the teenager have it all her own way, though – she maybe isn’t punching back yet, but she’s canny enough to be clinching and holding, leaning into the singer to stop her from landing any decent punches, frustrating her at the same time, trying to make her slip up. Amelia’s not wavering, though, giving a mature performance, thumping Aya’s ribs so that the older girl’s arms drop and she can now go in with head punches, smacking the model’s face to and fro, leaving her with a nasty looking black eye at the end of the round.

Round 10

Both girls are really very tired, but Amelia’s got the momentum, and she’s using everything she’s got on Aya now, smacking three left jabs into her face, nailing her to the midriff with a right hook, and there’s a solid left hook to the jaw – that sends Ms Ueto sprawling across the ropes, then gently to the canvas. Will she get up? Just about! Aya’s on her feet at 8, but can hardly see out of her right eye, and Amelia may well finish her off now. But she hasn’t got any more energy than Aya now, and the girls have nothing left to give. Into the closing seconds they go, Amelia striving for a big punch, but not landing one, and this will go to the judges.

Result: Amelia Lily Oliver beat Aya Ueto on points.

The girls embrace at the bell, and it’s good to see them take the ovation from the fans together. After that win, Amelia must be getting close to a title shot.
