BEFORE:

"Graham is a minor league fighter from a minor league show on a minor league network," says a hard-eyed Sarah. "And she's going around talking trash on ME? Well, tonight I'm going to trash HER right in front of all three of her fans!"

"Sarah Hyland," says Kat with a smile and a shake of the head. "She couldn't even cut it on ABC Family, let ALONE the CW! She wouldn't last 30 seconds on the 'Vampire Diaries' set! But. She MIGHT last longer than that tonight. If I decide to carry her that long. We'll see how I feel when I get in the ring."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'You're The Only One' by Maria Mena and that can only mean the lovely Sarah Hyland is making her way to the ring..."

McCarthy: "Typical Dancing Hooker opponent! No FCBA wins!"

O'Dell: "Sarah into the ring. Helped off with the robe to reveal the black bikini she favors..."

McCarthy: "What's THAT noise?"

O'Dell: "That would be 'Wanna Say', by the lovely lady coming down to the ring right now, 'The Liberian Lynx', Kat Graham!"

McCarthy: "It SOUNDS like a cat. With it's tail on fire!"

Tess: "In case you haven't noticed, Mac doesn't particularly like Ms. Graham..."

McCarthy: "This kid has a resume that's thinner than Twiggy and all she does is talk about how great she is!"

Tess: "Who's Twiggy? Is she from back in YOUR day?"

McCarthy: "Shut it, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys! Graham into the ring. Helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal a yellow number the audience appreciates. And, the ladies are about ready. Tess on record as favoring Kat. What do you think, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Well, Graham is WAAAAY overrated, of course, being a Dancing Hooker, but she HAS won a fight, so I have to go with her..."

O'Dell: "Our ladies agree. Let's see if they're right. There's the bell and Graham quickly circling. Sarah working forward, wants to exchange but Kat bobbing and weaving, hands low, sticking out the chin, daring Hyland to hit it. Sarah swings and misses as Kat pulls the head back..."

McCarthy: "See why I love this girl so much? Showboating and trying to humiliate her opponent!"

O'Dell: "Hyland continuing her pursuit. Graham bobbing the head, hands down around her hips. Slipping punches, making Sarah miss...AND HYLAND ROCKS HER! CAUGHT HER FLUSH ON THE CHIN WITH A RIGHT HAND AND GRAHAM IS HURT!"

McCarthy: "Serves her right! KNOCK HER OUT, SARAH!"

O'Dell: "Hyland is all in, buzzsawing with both hands, banging away..."

Tess: "Graham is CUT!"

O'Dell: "Indeed she is! Above the right eye! And she's also backed into the ropes where Hyland is zeroing in, pounding away as Kat tries to cover up...AND DOWN SHE GOES! Hyland with a right hand puts Graham down!"

Tess: "Short right hook and a good one, but it may have been more the accumulation of punches than one punch."

O'Dell: "Referee's count at four. Five. Six. Graham up at seven. Ref going to give her the mandatory and take a good look at that cut. Going to let it continue, and on comes Sarah! Hyland winging away, going all in to finish this thing. Graham in a tight guard along the ropes, just wants to make it to the bell..."

McCarthy: "Giving up the body, but Sarah's all about trying to finish this thing and I like the strategy."

O'Dell: "Graham holding on grimly, doing just enough to keep the referee at bay. Sarah hammering away at Kat's guard, bouncing punches off her gloves, getting off with both hands right to the bell!"

Tess: "What a round for that kid!"

O'Dell: "And Hyland loving it! Raising the hands and running back to her corner where she gets a glove slap from her handlers before they settle her down and remind her there are nine rounds to go!"

Tess: "Graham's corner not nearly as happy. Clearly both stunned and concerned as they work on that cut."

McCarthy: "They OUGHT to be concerned. Their prize prospect is down 10-8 after one."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "The corner has that cut in pretty good shape as the second round gets underway. Hyland has the engines set for full ahead, closing and whacking away."

McCarthy: "Graham does have her legs back and Sarah knows it. Gonna pour shell into her and try to take her out of there."

O'Dell: "Hyland turning the heat up, very busy with both hands. Kat now slipping away left and beginning to circle. Seems to have the legs back now. Snapping out a snake-like left that's catching Hyland as she tries to close. Kat with a lightning right hand that got Hyland's attention!"

Tess: "Those are some fast hands, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "And Graham is using them to impose order. Touching up Hyland as Sarah tries to move in and bring her to battle. Kat bouncing on the balls of her feet, moving with that dancer's grace. Her head's never where it was when Hyland threw the punch. Her glove is out and back before Sarah can react. Hyland game but being rocked by Graham's slick power."

Tess: "Kat finding the range with that right. Sending sweat flying as she makes Sarah eat it."

O'Dell: "And a NASTY combination wobbles Hyland. Graham landed all three of those punches flush. Sarah covers up and there's the bell. No question that round to Graham."

Tess: "Hyland still up 19-18, but that round has to have switched the concern from Front Street's corner to Sarah's."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Into the third now and Graham circling. Sarah looking to cut the ring and JUST CHARGES KAT AND TACKLES HER BACK INTO THE ROPES! HYLAND GOING ALL IN AGAIN...NAILS GRAHAM WITH A SHORT RIGHT!"

Tess: "She's opened that cut back up with a left hook!"

O'Dell: "And she's also opening up a can of WHOOPASS! Graham again covering up as Sarah buzzsaws her! Hyland dealing out more leather than the Wilson's at Franklin Mills..."

Tess: "Graham is wobbly and more than a little confused, Jenny!"

McCarthy: "A butt whipping will DO that to you!"

O'Dell: "And Sarah Hyland is handing one of those out right now! Hyland POUNDING Graham, keeping her trapped on the ropes, even doing some body work with Graham in that high guard..."

McCarthy: "You've got to love what this Hyland kid is doing. Nobody gave her a chance coming in, and she's proving them all wrong!"

O'Dell: "Referee keeping a close eye on things as Graham again tries to survive a round..."

McCarthy: "That cut might be what has most of his attention..."

O'Dell: "And Hyland isn't shy about working on it, busy with the left hook upstairs, working body some with the right. Final seconds winding down in the third, and there's the bell and a HUGE round for Hyland..."

Tess: "10-8."

McCarthy: "Well, you know I rarely score a 10-8 without the knockdown, but I'm with Walmart on that one. 29-26 for Hyland, but, if the corner can't deal with that cut, it's not going to matter. Then again, the way that round went, it might not matter anyway."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Corner spent the time between rounds working on that cut. Look to have it in shape again, but who knows for how long. And Hyland wasting no time trying to test their work! Charging forward again. Graham giving ground, backs to the ropes and goes into the pocket!"

McCarthy: "Doesn't have the legs back. Can't use movement, so she's got to change strategy, but this isn't how Graham fights. She's not Britney. She's in trouble doing this!"

O'Dell: "Hyland winging away and Graham looking to counter. Kat landing a good right hand and another. Sarah aggressive, letting the hands go, but Graham looking good in the pocket, picking off Hyland's punches, catching them on gloves and shoulders, dodging, ducking, and countering...GOOD RIGHT HAND, KAT!"

Tess: "She got Sarah's attention with that one!"

O'Dell: "And she rings her up AGAIN!"

Tess: "Graham hitting the gaps perfectly with those counters!"

O'Dell: "Hyland lets go a flurry...and GRAHAM BLASTS HER WITH A RIGHT HAND COUNTER! SARAH STAGGERS BACKWARD...AND KAT SENDS HER FLOPPING TO THE MAT WITH A NASTY FOUR-PUNCH COMBINATION!"

McCarthy: "Hyland was out on the second punch! Last two caught her going down!"

O'Dell: "Sarah on her back, hands above her head as the referee chases Kat to a neutral corner. He picks up the count at three..."

McCarthy: "He can time this with a sundial..."

O'Dell: "Five. Six. Hyland not moving. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's over! And your winner by KO4, in comeback fashion, 'The Liberian Lynx', Kat Graham!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I've got our winner, Kat Graham, and, Kat, you got in some trouble early..."

Kat: "She caught me with a lucky one and cut me, but I wasn't worried. I knew I could settle her down and sort her out. And that's just what I did..."

Tess: "Your corner didn't look happy about some of the stuff you did in the first..."

Kat(smiling): "Oh, they were all over me about playing around in there, but, what they don't understand is, I'm good enough to do that and still beat these girls. They forget where I come from, Tess. The CW. Where we have the most vicious, backbiting, competitive group of ingenues in the world. If you can survive there, the rest of these girls aren't anything to sweat."
