BEFORE:

"Kat's cool, you know," says a smiling Tracy. "We hang out a lot. We have a lot in common. Two TV stars. Two bantam prospects. We can relate. So, this isn't personal. It's just something we need to sort out. And not for the last time, probably."

"Tracy's a friend, no question," says Kat. "She's also someone who wants the same things I do. We're in one another's way a little bit. And probably will be for a long time. So, we both understand things like this are going to be necessary. Doesn't mean we aren't going to hug when it's over. But, until then, I need to do work."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Blitzkrieg Bop' by the Ramones and here comes the star of 'Revolution', Tracy Spiridakos!"

Tess: "Cassie, you train with Tracy every day. How's she feeling coming into this one?"

Cassie: "Excited, Tess, and that's not a surprise. I can remember back when I was first breaking in...I mean, it's hard to GET FCBA fights. So, when you get the chance to get in the game, it's a big deal. But, Tracy won't let it get the best of her. She can win this fight, and she knows it."

O'Dell: "Spiridakos into the ring, helped off with the robe to reveal a white bikini that clearly shows how hard she's been working on that hill..."

Cassie: "She chases me really hard. She doesn't CATCH me. THAT'S not happening. But she chases."

O'Dell: "And that would be 'Scissor Sisters' and 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing', and here comes 'The Rack', Kat Dennings..."

McCarthy: "That's a DUMB nickname!"

Cassie: "Says Jenny 'Plastic Rack' McCarthy..."

McCarthy: "8, 432, 413. 8, 432, 414..."

Cassie: "Are you auditioning for a guest shot on 'Sesame Street'?"

McCarthy: "8, 432, 417, 8, 432, 418..."

O'Dell(sighing): "Pointy, all I'm saying is, there had better be a bottle of good stuff from your storage room on its way to my hotel room. Dennings into the ring, helped off with the robe to reveal that black number that highlights all her curves..."

McCarthy: "The only hill SHE'S been running is the one that leads to the Ho Ho factory..."

O'Dell: "Aaaand we're about ready to go. Tess on record as favoring Kat. What do you think, Mac?"

McCarthy: "I think they're both typical overrated Philly fighters who wouldn't last a DAY at Sceej, but, if I HAVE to make a pick, give me Dennings based on experience."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I think Tracy's going to win. Oh, and I think Mac's an IDIOT..."

McCarthy: "Don't MAKE me get out of this chair, you little..."

O'Dell: "And there's the bell for the first...Spiridakos quickly on the move, circling and jabbing. Dennings looking to pressure, but Tracy not having any right now..."

Cassie: "Tracy is very athletic. She moves very well, and you can see how effective she can be doing it. She's forcing Kat to chase, not allowing to close, getting that jab working, stopping, popping, and then back in motion."

O'Dell: "Dennings able to land only single shots. Tracy not hanging around long enough for any more than that..."

Tess: "Tracy not doing any damage, but she's piling up points."

O'Dell: "No question about it. Using her speed and athleticism to good effect right to the bell and it's a shutout first for Tracy..."

Cassie: "Who, by the way, has now won ten of her last eleven rounds."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Into the second now, and Spiridakos bouncing and misbehavin', circling, popping jabs. Dennings working to cut the ring now and getting it done some, going body with heavy leather when she does so, but Spiridakos willing to flurry back until she can slip away to her right and find open canvas."

McCarthy: "This is why I was always superior to Campbell. I could bang with her when I WANTED to, but I was much quicker and more athletic, so I could dance and stick, too..."

Cassie: "Which is why Neve BEAT you six out of seven. If that series was a prize fight, it would have been stopped...wait...they WERE prize fights and some of them WERE stopped..."

McCarthy: "THAT'S IT..."

O'Dell: "Now calm DOWN...aaaaannnnnddd, we're back at Asylum folks, sorry for that interruption..."

Cassie: "I'm going to have to get a copy of that movie. I hear most of the 'Jersey Shore' cast gets eaten..."

O'Dell: "Meanwhile, back in the ring, a competitive two-way round wrapping up as Dennings continues to cut the ring resulting in some nice exchanges. There's the bell. Close one, but I think Tracy got the extra touches..."

McCarthy: "Spiridakos' round. Agreed."

Tess: "Which puts Tracy up 20-18 through two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round underway, and it's the athletic Tracy Spiridakos hopping and popping, using those educated feet and that quick left hand. Dennings again working to cut the ring, but Tracy finding plenty of open ocean."

Cassie: "This is something a fighter like Dennings has to learn to control. She's going to get in there with girls who are going to look to do this against her, and she needs to be able to cut the ring down on them and bring them to battle."

O'Dell: "Kat doing it in spots, having success when she does so, but Tracy able to hold her own in the exchanges, then slip away."

McCarthy: "I'm impressed with this Spiridakos kid. She's got potential. If she had a REAL trainer like me..."

Cassie: "Are you implying that Bazz doesn't have real trainers? Maybe you'd like to take that up with ANGIE and LIS..."

McCarthy: "Your flunkies don't scare ME, Scabbo..."

O'Dell: "Let's concentrate on the ring, ladies. I really DON'T want to know what role JOHN TESH has in that movie, unless it's as Mothra food. Final seconds running off. Another nice exchange as Kat cuts the ring, and there's the bell."

Tess: "Three in a row for Spiridakos. 30-27."

Cassie: "Twelve of her last 13."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth round begins with Dennings turning up the heat...AND GETTING CAUGHT AND DROPPED WITH A RIGHT HOOK!"

Cassie: "Kat got a little sloppy right there and walked right into it."

O'Dell: "Spiridakos to a neutral corner. Referee's count to four. Five. Six. And Dennings up at seven. Takes the mandatory, and here comes Tracy. Spiridakos wants to engage now and Kat more than willing to fire back! Good right hand Dennings...AND SPIRIDAKOS DROPS HER AGAIN!"

Cassie: "Same punch. Kat a little careless right there and it cost her."

O'Dell: "Another count for Dennings. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Back on her feet at eight. Again the mandatory from the referee and he waives Tracy forward. Spiridakos right to work, backing Kat up. Dennings MISSED A WILD RIGHT AND GETS DROPPED AGAIN!"

Cassie: "Kat needs to get under control here. This is wild, sloppy stuff and she's giving Tracy big openings."

O'Dell: "Count at four. Five. Six. Seven. Kat to her feet at eight. Referee going to give her the mandatory. And he's going to let it continue. Tracy quickly moving forward looking for the finisher. Kat clearly rocked now, tying her up, not exchanging, running clock. Tracy trying to punch free, but time is Dennings' ally and it runs out. The bell rings ending the fourth, and a HUGE round for Spiridakos."

Tess: "10-6, Mac?"

McCarthy: "That's how I'm scoring it."

Cassie: "Which makes it 40-33. And that's 13 of her last 14 for Tracy."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Back to action in the fifth, and Spiridakos right to the offensive, coming at Kat, but Dennings backs her up with a good left-right. Tracy fires back, but Kat responds again, backing Spiridakos up with heavy shot."

McCarthy: "Dennings has the legs back, and Spiridakos realizing it now, showing movement again."

Cassie: "Smart play by Tracy. Wanted to see if Kat was ready to go, but she's not."

O'Dell: "Dennings moving to cut the ring now, pressuring Tracy. Spiridakos on her bicycle, sticking and moving. Kat having success bringing her to battle, though. This has been Dennings best round of the night."

McCarthy: "Definitely has, but Spiridakos has built a huge lead here. All she needs to do is fight smart. Make Kat come to her."

O'Dell: "Dennings pressing...AND GETS DROPPED AGAIN! GOOD RIGHT HAND TRACY!"

Cassie: "Again, Kat a little reckless, and Tracy made her pay."

O'Dell: "Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Six. Dennings up at seven. Takes the mandatory. And Tracy not looking to clean up here. Back to sticking and moving..."

McCarthy: "Kid's fighting like a veteran. Knows she's got the big lead. No sense taking chances."

O'Dell: "And it's Tracy circling and popping to the bell."

Tess: "Scorecards are becoming moot now. 50-41. If Tracy's standing when this is over, she's got it won."

Cassie: "I hate to keep repeating this, but she's now won 14 of her last 15 rounds. Pretty impressive."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Sixth round begins with Kat again in pursuit and Tracy continuing to stick and move. Spiridakos still has plenty in the legs as we move into the second half of the fight..."

Cassie: "Wiz always says Front Street girls train to go 15 so they're still fresh in the late rounds. Well, there's a reason Bazz girls train on The Hill. Tracy's legs will go 10, 15, or 20 if they need to."

O'Dell: "Dennings dogged in pursuit. Managing to cut Tracy off on occasion, but mostly Spiridakos is able to remain on open canvas, stick and move, drop the odd right hand. Kat closes, lands to the body, but Tracy quickly away and scoring with the left hand."

McCarthy: "I like the way this kid is fighting. Very savvy for a fighter without a lot of experience."

O'Dell: "Working very hard despite the big lead. Clearly wants this. Dennings, of course, working very hard as well. Continuing to pursue, cut the ring off, land to the body. Little exchange in the final seconds, and there's the bell. And Spiridakos continues tossing the shutout."

Tess: "60-50 now. And, before Cassie mentions it, 15 of her last 16 for Tracy."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Seventh round begins and Dennings looking to get some work done. In hot pursuit of Spiridakos...AND TRACY NAILS HER WITH A RIGHT HAND!"

Cassie: "Nothing sloppy from Kat that time! Just a great punch from Tracy!"

O'Dell: "Dennings wobbled and Spiridakos going all in. Banging away, sending Dennings back into the ropes in a high guard. Tracy looking to finish now. NICE RIGHT HAND WOBBLES KAT AGAIN...AND IT'S OVER! REFEREE GOING TO STOP IT!"

Cassie: "Kat not happy about it, but the ref waiving it off!"

O'Dell: "And Dennings shoves him away and there's yet another one of those hugs Mac hates!"

Cassie: "No hard feelings between these two. Not a great night for Kat, but, like the girls said before the fight, I have a feeling these two will meet again."

O'Dell: "But the first meeting goes to your winner by TKO7, Tracy Spiridakos!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I've got Tracy Spiridakos, and, Tracy, great fight for you..."

Tracy: "Thanks, Tess. I landed a couple of lucky ones and got her behind, and that was the key. I could make her chase me, so I was able to fight my fight."

Tess: "I don't think there was anything lucky about it. You looked great in there tonight."

Tracy: "Well, everything WAS working pretty well. It was just my night, I guess. But, she's a better fighter than she showed tonight. When we fight again, it will be a lot closer than tonight. But, don't get me wrong, I still plan to WIN!"
