BBU: "LAST GODDESS STANDING" PPV

Before: This will be the first match for Karen Gillan at welterweight for her new stable, Lookout! Atlantic as she takes on the host of “So You Think You Can Dance”, Cat Deeley. Karen Gillan known to American audiences for her performance on the BBU hit “Doctor Who.” and will soon be seen in the upcoming Marvel Comics film “Guardians of the Galaxy.”. Neither fighter has a significant rivalry in the past and things are polite between them leading up to the contest, the ref not needing to prod either of them to shake hands. It's a positive vibe heading into the contest between two tall and proud fighters, with both fighters looking to break multi-match losing streaks here tonight!

Karen wearing a baby blue bikini and matching gloves; Cat wearing a maroon bikini with matching gloves, both of them looking confident. Both fighters have hair loose around their face.

R1: Cat definitely showing her experience, coming on strong out of the gate as she uses some wild but powerful right hands towards Karen's head to daze the Scottish beauty earlier, backing Gillan up out of her initial stance. Karen using her long legs to move around the ring, maneuvering quickly out of trouble as she sponges up the early punishment, then retaliates with swift jabs that scrub across Deeley's face and delivering rangy hooks to her ribs to back Cat up. Deeley not about to be denied as she keeps coming forward, trying to preempt Gillan's offense as she sends looping rights and lefts that send the redhead staggering backwards, out of sync and that allows Cat to take round one with her aggressive style on full display.

R2: Cat moving across the ring in a counterclockwise motion as she stalks Karen, moving swiftly to try to keep up the pressure on her redheaded rival. As Cat moves forward with more left and rights sailing towards her head, Karen slips in underneath, driving in with leather spanking in to powerful effect on Cat's ribcage. Cat shuffling to the side, but Gillan driving forward after her on her own sturd thighs to moves to dictate terms behind her jab, doubling up on the jab as she in turn forces Deeley to double over. Deeley still firing back, but Karen slamming in some right and lefts across Cat's cheeks that seem to stun her foe. Karen takes round two behind some aggression of her own, swiveling Deeley's head with a cross at the bell as Cat staggers to her corner.

R3: It's clear that Cat clearly can dance as she uses her legs to pursue Karen along the ropes before Gillan can even come out, jabs shooting up towards the redhead's face, trying to push her backwards. Karen leans back against the ropes for support as Cat keeps trying to clout across her face with some rangy hooks but Gillan's own legs hold her up, absorbing the steady stream of leather coming her way before she manages to pivot away from the ropes. Moving around Cat as she gets away from the ropes, looking to twist Deeley towards the ropes and get on top, sending a series of hard crosses slamming in across her foe's tummy, dazing Deeley. Cat keeps sending out that jab to try to hammer Karen's body as the two bump and shove along the ropes, with Karen still pounding out with that long jab to keep Deeley from getting in too close. As Cat tries to turn again to escape from under the pressure of being pinned along the ropes, she's caught with a left hook over her shoulder that slams in flush along her chin and sends her spilling down to the canvas. Cat twists as she falls, landing on her side and hitting the canvas awkwardly perpendicular to the ropes, stretched out as Karen steps backwards to prepare for more. But, shockingly, the count passes Cat by as she tries to rise, but can't as Karen raises her hands to the air to celebrate a sudden but well-deserved KO3!

After: Gracious display by Karen to help Deeley up as Cat is still stunned by that hook that floored her out of nowhere but is equally gracious in praising Karen's skills in the ring. The two exchange hugs as it appears there will be no lasting ill-will between them, even if it does meet Cat's current losing streak is extended for a brief period longer but will hopefully turn things around soon. This win, however, hopefully signals that Karen is ready to start turning things around now and rack up some wins here in the BBU moving forward
