Fight billed as the Futility Bowl by rivals Lima and Refaeli. Many see her knockout loss to Bar Refaeli as the turning point for Marissa's free fall from the top of the model boxing throne. Subsequent knockout losses bringing serious questions about her heart. The same can be said for Carrie Prejean, who hadn't been the same since her slugfest with rising star Adrianna Lima. Ring set up on the sand at Santa Monica. Marissa Miller in crimson bikini, matching gloves, hair loose. Prejean in white bikini, matching gloves, blonde hair flowing behind her. Intense staredown as the ref reads the instructions, both girls know their careers may be at stake.

R1: Marissa working behind the jab, peppering Carrie's guard with flurries before dis-engaging, Prejean trying to side-step the Miller jab, rebuffed with a digging right uppercut to the sternum followed by a series of hooks to the body. Carrie crying out, forming earmuff at the ropes. Marissa storming forward, pelting Prejean's guard before unloading lefts to the body, winning sobs of pain from Carrie as she desperately tries to pull Miller's head down, Marissa wraps a right around Carrie's back, freezing her... CARRIE'S HURT! Prejean sagging in the ropes as Marissa stacks her up and chugs away at her crippled body. Prejean wilting, weeping as Miller heartlessly batters her body.... IT's OVER! Carrie crying out "stohp mahrissa, no mohre" ref bodies Marissa back and Prejean sinks to her haunches, clutching her battered body. KO1 via submission
