Before: Tense pre-fight as Hilary Duff - once beaten by Haylie - is clearly on "team Minka" for this contest. "I really don't care where she lines up," Haylie shrugs. "I'm better than Hilarie - always have been - and I have no qualms about picking apart the Lookout roster to prove it. Minka's a good fighter, but listen: sexier girl always wins. I'm hotter than Minka on her best day, and she knows damn-well how this has to end!"

Kelly anxious to get rounds after sobering set back to classy Scarlet J...Haylie nowhere near that category, far as finesse goes. "Haylie's a good little slugger," Minka allows at podium, "and that's what I want: a girl who will punch with me and fight. Make no mistake - Haylie was lucky against Hilarie, and picking apart the Lookout roster is easier said than done. Kelly slugged to her buns, sitting in her own corner with arms propped on lower ropes...she's hurt, stunned as snarling Halie rushes in on her knees in front of Kelly - FEEDING KELLY'S JUGS JACKHAMMER RIGHT FOREARMS! Haylie plowing Minka - blonde girl snarling, that right arm just pumping in and out, in and out, her left hand braced on Minka's right shoulder. Poor Minka in shellshocked agony, mouth open, eyes shut tight, taking it to rack until ref scoops Haylie up under her arms from behind! Fight delayed as Duff is given a good talking to...Minka able to get off her glutes, give her head a shake, get herself together. Ref finally administers 8 count, signals green light to Haylie...blonde girl comes romping on in all seething anger/jumpin' jugs and GIRLS BELT AWAY TO GLORY! Fans in hysterics - blonde girl pressing her brunette for the finish...fighters just squared up and whirling in the mitts. Minka getting CLOBBERED but she's scoring to rack and face herself...blonde girl finally goes wobbly butt, but not before bloodying Kelly's nose in a blistering first round brawl!

R2: Minka gets herself together, punching in straight, compact lines - her right hand at chin, left in front of the right as she goes about her methodical business. Pumping left jab from Kelly knocking back Halie's face...blonde girl getting pre-empted, her right hand flailing awkward receipts that miss. Off the jab, Kelly's bending her knees, shoveling a sturdy right hand to pit of Halie's gut; straightening up to hook Halie's chin. Blonde girl taking a great shot, but she's outclassed here, showing her inexperience against Kelly's disciplined front through 2.

R3: Haley more effective - pawing her jab to Minka's breasts; bouncing robust right hands off Minka's brows. Kelly with the same compact front, pumping jabs but also leading straight right hands - both straight shots finding Halie's face with impunity. Duff taking Minka's power without visible effect, but brunette dictating terms, coming forward for the most part while eating the odd walloping right in exchanges.

R4: Classic Minka early on - stepping strong onto that lead left plant-leg; placing a firm lead right onto Halie's chin, knocking back blonde head; turning over a swift hook across chin - DUFF'S ON HER BUNS! Blonde girl sitting in a puddle of shock, blinking up at Minka as Kelly glares down in satisfaction...brunette striding all angry-buns to neutral corner as Halie takes her 8. Duff wanting to come back strong, but thighs're wobbling, eyes're cloudy...Minka starts to beat her girl down in earnest. Ropes: Duff cringing in earmuff, suffering as Minka loads up/belts away hamhanded lefts and rights. Brunette snarling, bouncing her mitts off Halie's brawny shoulders/raised guard, clobbering blonde-girl as Duff slides to her left along ropes. Down the stretch, Methodical Minka pushing Halie's shoulders to prep, then beatin' her body left/right; Halie cramps forward "UH-H!"; Minka triggers the hesitation left uppercut, picking up Duff's chin/dropping blonde girl to knees and elbows at the bell.

Camera pans to a conflicted Hilarie Duff who's reserved, but looking a little shaken at the beating Haley took that round.

R5: "Hay-Ley's Jub-blies! (clap clap clapclapclap)" erupts when an early Minka hook scolds Duff's jugs, sending blonde girl into ropes. Minka sees her girl swoon, steps in strong with a chopping overhand right to jaw...Halie sags into ropes, suddenly rocked! Hook to the jugs, hook to the jugs - Minka standing in there close, just twitching her shoulder, clubbing puppies via short, thumbside-up delivery, then fitting right uppercut to chin to put Halie all but out! Blonde girl's hands drop, torso slopping forward slightly...curvy legs holding her up, but she's groggy, helpless...MINKA'S PUNISHING THAT RACK! Minka in there SNUG - swishing her mitts back and forth across Halie's tasty rack with thumbside-up ferocity, scrubbing the twist-tied top-knot apart! Haley's jugs still covered by her cashmere bikini top, but crowd roaring nonetheless...Minka pours in finishing touches, beating Halie into stupor until ref finally wedges his way in there. TKO5 Minka Kelly in heartless veteran fashion.

After: Camera catches Hilarie at ringside clapping for the righteous beat, but also wiping briskly at the odd tear...that was her sister in there getting reduced to rubble. Minka focused, not going overboard with her celebration...she wanted to get back on track after Scarlett and it's mission accomplished. "After what she did in the first round, I couldn't let Halie finish the fight," Minka says all cute, serious and determined. "She scored a great knockdown - I was hurt - that should have been enough for her, but you guys saw what she did. I'm sorry, but if you go at a girl like that you better finish her, you know what I'm saying? I'm bigger and stronger so I knew once I'd taken her best shots that it was just a matter of time, but I admit it - I didn't have to go rack on her, but I did. Halie can think about that tonight and hopefully she'll be a better girl for it in future!"
