BEFORE: "People compare me to Nadia Bjorlin," Bianca says in prefight, "which is right in the sense that I'm hotter and I hit harder...but Bjorlin's a good starting point for comparison I guess. Regan, I don't know too much about, but I kinda like it that way. I don't believe in watching a lot of tape on girls and worrying about what they're going to do. She's either going to be able to take my punch or she's not. End of strategy-session!"

Regan looking to broaden her resume...Bianca a strong-bodied seat-seller with some in-ring experience, but generally considered to be a beauty-in-training. "She's a free-swinger," Bridget assesses at podium, "that usually means a girl's dangerous early, but as that energy fades, I expect to impose my will. Girls who live by the punch usually can't take one, so I'll be offensive-minded, looking to check her chin and see how she handles push-back...she looks and sounds like a bully, so I know what my approach needs to be!"

During R1: Regan stepping in the jab, hooking the gut, keeping her right hand at cheek during opening negotiations. Kajlich showing dukes-up front - dropping the right hand down and behind her hip to deliver walloping roundhouses to Regan's left flank - the left hand more of a measuring-prod than true jab. Regan in control for 90% of the round...dying moments, a huge right hand takes Bridgy thick above left hip, shaking her up; brawny left uppercut splits the loosened guard, punching Regan's face back and SITTING HER DOWN! Dropped to her glutes, Bridgy has the round stolen right out from under her - Kajlich batting mitts together and doing a little bare-foot shimmy-step en-route to her corner for break!

R2: Similar stuff - hearty, full-commitment on Kajlich's slamming bombs: better defence, more measured approach from disciplined Regan. Bridgy able to gradually get to Kajlich with hooks - crouching inside the arc of Bianca's wallops - Regan with mitts at her mouth as punches wrap around her shoulders - then she's digging back body/head, touching Bianca short-n'-thumping. Kajlich unhinged late, sent sputtering, wide eyed into ropes: Bianca gets her first taste of Bridget's workmanlike power - Regan's eyes all blazing at bell, Bianca blinking in wonder.

R3: Regan covers up to receive a swinging right to head, but it catches enough ear/jaw to get her sputtering to her right. Kajlich snarling, re-chambering her right hand, belting Regan upside the head...she's got Bridget stumbling, hurting early. Gets worse: Bianca bodying up, ragdolling Bridgy into ropes: tough left shoulder-bump in the jaw disorganizes Bridgy; shellacking left/right spanks across waistline, buckling Bridgy's knees. Bianca setting up brawny shove-and-slug routine - pushing Regan's shoulders back, clapping away to breadbasket, cleaning up jug when Bridgy pitches forward, beating the exposed lower back crude right hands. Regan: face-pinched; breaking down...she's trying to keep dukes up, trying to bob in the pocket, but Bianca so destructive - huge punches crashing into Bridgy's flanks; muscular body-ups ragdolling Bridgy in upright stupor...things progress from "worse" to "critical". Down the stretch it's just a constant press of Kajlich bodying Bridgy upright, then slugging away until Regan's stooping forward in shock...muscular right uppercut finally ejects Regan's mouthpiece, draping her blinking and stunned against ropes, her hands dropping...she's helpless! Bianca snarling, crouching with knuckles pressed together at her chest: she twists into a brutal left hook to wide open chin; switches torso-left to crack Bridgy the walloping right to chin; extra left hand to chin rolls Bridgy's eyes back into her head, leaving her legs on auto-pilot and THE REF STEP IN before Kajlich's right hand can apply finishing polish. TKO3 in appalling fashion, Bianca Kajlich!

AFter: Violence reigns - Bianca just overpowering Bridgy Regs in a furious display of elemental savagery. "I love to punch 'em sleepy," Kajlich grins in postfight - a lock of hair curling across her left eye. "Like I said, it doesn't matter what they do, what their 'plans' are: I slug, they sleep, or they don't. Bridgy did, so I'm off to party - YAH!"
