This is the opening fight of the evening, with the pretty Yorkshire girl faced with the difficult task of defeating the former BBU Bantamweight champion Clara, a girl who has already beaten her once, the referee of that fight back in February 2012 stopping the contest part way through the third round, and very few of Kimberley’s fans are expecting her to win this one.

Clara climbs into the ring, the French beauty wearing a baby blue bikini with matching gloves and boots, and she milks the applause, strutting the ring – every inch the former porn star! Now Kimberley joins her, the singer looking superb in a white bikini with matching gloves and boots, emphasising her tanned skin.

Round 1

The girls meet in the centre of the ring, and Clara’s showing Kimberley no respect at all, immediately teeing off on her face, her blue gloves a blur as they pepper Kimberley’s cheeks and mouth, a straight right jolting her head back, a trickle of blood immediately oozing from her nose, and she eats two jabs in the mouth, then a right hook, and she’s down, rolling from her back to her side, then to her feet at 8, already dazed, the flow of blood from her nose increasing. Clara certainly isn’t looking for a long fight tonight, and she tucks into Kimberley again, bangs her head back, then gives her a couple to the ribs with each hand – not that she needs to soften her up, because she’s got her done for already – and Clara easily puts Kimberley back on the floor, the girl motionless on her back after being felled with Clara’s stunning right hook.

Result: Clara Morgane knocked Kimberley Walsh out in round 1.

Well that’s a great start for the Latin Union girls! Clara was expected to win – but she’s just demolished Kimberley, and her four bandmates can be seen on the monitor covering their dressing room looking most apprehensive.
