Before: Bruising brunettes lock up to determine brawling bragging rights at welter—Alt coming off a bludgeoning upset of Janet Jones—Bullock taking a lead pipe to Terry Farrell before giving Theron all she wanted—fight has Last Woman Standing written all over it. Sandra in black polo collar sport top, green and black bumblebee striped scooped bottoms, Alt in pale blue push and panties, white lace trim.

During R1: Bullock driving into Alt with that step and go right hand to the body, Carol giving ground early, but eventually wrapping up high around Sandra’s neck to twist her into the ropes. Carol getting her body on top, holding Sandra’s head close to her own and plunging right hands to the ribcage and firm belly—Sandra with no leverage wraps around Carol’s head and holds on. Ref issues a break—both girls with heaving chests and wild eyes, both step in with crashing right hands and SANDRA GOES DOWN! Alt steps back to survey the damage--Bullock on all fours, eyes suddenly vacant—Sandra pulls herself up the ropes to take a swaying 8. Easy consolidation for Alt as she piles on, wraps her left arm around Sandra’s neck and takes what she wants with right hands to the bell.

R2: Sandra hurt—not together yet—Alt charging the mound to keep up the pressure. Carol raising the high wrap to an art form--she can pull Sandra off the ropes, spin her around while lugging right hands up into the body, or she can put her full weight on Bullock, press her into the ropes and bludgeon away cheek to cheek. Sandra flailing, grimacing, always off balance and unable to get traction—she just gets ragdolled by a marauding Alt this round. Down the stretch, ref starring to issue breaks—Carol extends a left to Bullock’s chest, prompting a pushy left back from Sandra and Alt leans into a walloping right hand on the face, smashing Bullock’s head to the side and sitting her dreamily into the ropes at the bell, Sandra queered by the punch—she pushes her arms out reflexively--eyes swimming, sitting there after the bell as Alt struts away.

R3: Sandra showing the kind of heart she did against Theron—soaking up bombs and finding the will to punch back, Bullock flailing out that rangefinder, then stepping in with the sawing right hand to the ribcage, once again has Alt backpedaling, unable to lock up or even effectively counter the blitz up the middle. Carol fielding several scraping blows to her ribcage, looking a little frazzled, but down the stretch—Alt able to land wide right hands the hip, stepping around the punch to turn Bullock, relieve the pressure late.

R4: Carol sweeping wide right hands to the hip and lower left side of Sandra—Bullock dropping her elbows to block, turning to square uip so she can launch her driving attack. Cat and mouse ends at the minute mark: Alt landing a shivering straight arm right against Sandra’s body, then a blockbuster left across the chin—Bullock locking up for a moment then crumbling in stages straight down into the canvas. KO4 Carol Alt, Sandra Bullock motionless on her face as physicians pile into the ring.

After: Sandra showing the effects of countless Theron punches to the head—Bullock not handling Alt’s power nearly as well in this fight. Sandra as game as they come, but in two consecutive fights she may well have been hit with more clean powers than any other girl in the game—she’s paying the price to entertain the crows. Alt doing a harp-seal number on Sandra, sitting pretty at 130—quietly building brunette strongwoman reputation.
