The lovely Roxanne returns to ring action for the first time since her ill-advised challenge to Michelle Keegan in March, and she’s matched against Louisa Lytton, a girl with five straight defeats from five fight to her name, and no action since Boxing Day 2012.

Louisa enters the ring first, the girl in a red bikini, gloves and boots, soon joined by Roxy in white bustier, knickers, gloves and boots, all edged with black silk and tassels.

Round 1

The girls circle briefly, and now they trade – early signs are that Louisa can get to Roxanne, because she forced the older girl back with a neat little combo, and she’s trying to push Roxy to the ropes now, but she gets tagged by a left hook, and she’s forced to back off. Now Roxanne gives Louisa some good licks to the mouth – Louisa whimpers, backs off, and takes some punishment, with Roxy snapping her head left and right. Louisa can’t defend against this, so she goes for Roxanne’s body, ripping at her ribs, but Roxy resists, smacks Louisa to the mouth again, and she’s messing her up, the younger girl ending the round with a swollen lip.

Round 2

This is a good start from Louisa in this round, and she’s again bodyhunting, lands a couple of good ones, then looks to hop back before Roxanne can hit back - but she’s too slow, and Roxy’s picking her off, ratattatting her face with accurate punches, Louisa eating them, clinching, getting pushed back, looking like a startled rabbit. She seems out of ideas here, looking at her corner instead of Roxy, who can’t believe her luck, fighting a girl who just stands off and lets her dictate a fight, allowing her to assume total control again in this round.

Round 3

Louisa has a bruise forming under her left eye, and Roxanne wastes no time, and shows no mercy as she whips punches onto it, the lump beginning to bruise up. Poor Louisa’s half turning away, not looking like she wants too much more of this. Getting her girl on the ropes, Roxanne works to her body, makes sure she isn’t shamming, and now right hooks her face. Louisa again looks at corner, who urge her on. Roxy’s sensing victory, and she jabs and hooks at Louisa who goes down, and stays down.

Result: Roxanne Pallett knocked Louisa Lytton out in round 3.

The Kears Kats stable will welcome a win over Girls Friday, given their recent rivalry, but how new and improved is the returning Roxy? This wasn’t much of a test, but she’s lining up Rebecca Ryan for her next fight.
