The up & down nature of Alesha Dixon's BBU career faces a new test of strenght; after a terrible defeat to Charlotte Church she's fallen into Emma Glover's sights which could only result in an epic clash between two of the most glamorous members of the bantamweight division.
However while Alesha simply tries to return to winning ways, Emma vows to beat her up and emerge as a leading contender for the divisional title. Indeed Denise van Outen thinks that if Emma can destroy Dixon tonight there will be no way for the winner of the title bout later on the card to avoid her challenge: "I think both Lisa and Charlotte would like Alesha to beat Emma but it's a tall order and Emma realizes that if she loses, her nemesis Rosie Jones might pick up the pieces and secure the shot at the title without even having to fight her and just pick somebody else. Gotta love those politics!"

But right now it's all about Glover and Dixon, the glamour model wearing a red basque top, black knickers and red gloves. Alesha Dixon wearing a bright yellow basque top, black knickers and blue gloves. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Alesha leaps after the model straight away, tries to indicate the Church loss was a one-off and jabs at the cleavage, drills Emma's biggest asset from both hands but eats overhand response and both girls engage in a vicious exchange much to the crowd's delight. Glover snaps Dixon's head back and pierces the defence, wants to mark her foe's face as early as possible but a big thump on the rack wobbles her back and Alesha keeps raining punches on the chest, pushes Emma to the ropes and looks for an uppercut on the jaw, misses and gets nailed on the eye as Glover fights from behind the guard and steps the the side, moves away from the singer's striking zone and keeps throwing leather over the top as Alesha charges at her again but gets caught with another shot on the eye before finally moving away from good.

Round 2:
Both girls tangle in the middle of the ring and while Alesha's cleavage assault rocks Emma's top, the response finds more success and snaps the singer's head around as Glover bounces off the cheeks, slices the guard with ease and makes Alesha moan in pain before a switch downstairs follows and Emma pounds away at the ribcage, wobbles Alesha back and cracks a left uppercut on the jaw which sends the singer tumbling on the ropes; Glover leaps after her foe, beats her for an overhand hook on the mouth and pins her back on the ropes as more shots follow and Emma pours into Alesha's face, spins the girl on the turnbuckle but meets little resistance and leaves extended bruises as Dixon squeals in pain and jumps to the side, finds a cross-hook on the face herself and slams leather against the model's mouth... black hair flies back as Alesha rips into Emma's jaw and lands a left hand on target... Glover sags on her knees and retreats but Alesha needs to catch her breath as well and allows her opponent to escape; both girls leave nothing in reserve and indicate they want to settle this one way inside the distance.

Round 3:
Another furious charge from both corners and it's Emma landing the first strikes as she bounces off Alesha's chin and keeps drilling her guard, connects with the cheeks again and snaps the head back as Dixon throws wayward hooks, clips the temple but gets slammed on the mouth and wobbles her on knees... Emma pours in with more punches over the top, leaves another set of bruises on the singer's face and Dixon must seek cover; tries to clinch the glamour model but Emma pushes her away with her breasts, bumps Alesha on the back foot and cross-hooks her high guard, lands repeated strikes on the mouth and bursts Dixon's lower lip which begins to bleed... Alesha backs away again, gets slammed around the elbows and send towards the topes as Glover outworks her in close range and uppercuts the chest, leaves the singer gasping for air at the bell and sends a late blow on the chin to further stamp her authority... Alesha slumps onto her stool and needs stitches to her wounded lip as the referee warns Emma in the opposite corner about that last punch.

Round 4:
No surprise as both girls lash out at each other in the middle of the ring and Emma's facial assault once again brings her more success; she clatters Alesha on the chin and wobbles her on the spot as the otherwise proud singer drops her arms and bends to the side, she tries to raise them but not before Glover slams her on the jaw and bangs a left hook on the temple... Dixon's rocked and stumbles to the side... big left hook skims off the top of her head but a right hand nails her on the ear moments later and ALESHA GOES DOWN ON HER SIDE.. rolls onto her back and can only push herself off the ground at seven as Emma makes obscene gestures in the neutral corner... she leaps after the singer and beats her for overhand left hook, tags the chin and follows up on the chest, grazes the arm though and wobbles forward, loses her footing and falls into Alesha's response... left hook on the nose, right hand on the chin AND EMMA TUMBLES HARD ON HER BACKSIDE... massive roar from the stunned crowd as the singer looked to be taking a serious beating before sending the glamour model for the count... Glover is livid with this, jumps to her feet at five and shoves the ref away, spikes Alesha's midriff in close range but the singer responds over the top and leaves some bruising herself, clips Emma's jaw and nails her on the eye, staggers the P3 girl in the middle of the ring before throwing a barrage of shots on the body and making the raven-haired foe moan in pain; left hook right at the bell tears the skin under Emma's eye and sends her spinning towards her stool and Dixon's back into this one as the fight shapes up to be a classic already.

Round 5:
Free-for-all punchfest in the middle of the ring, neither girl wants to yield an inch but Emma keeps punishing Alesha's face and snaps her head back, opens the wounded lip again and drills her on the nose, ignores the singer trying to turn her chest into jelly and leans on her, finds an uppercut between the arms and sags Dixon on her knees, whacks her on the temple with a follow up and Alesha makes couple of steps back, moans in pain as Emma bashes her mitts apart and nails on the jaw... DIXON ON HER BUNS... goes down for the second time as the glamour model leaps around her and indicates she wants her to stay down.. not gonna happen yet as the singer climbs back upright at six, wipes the blood off her lip and gives Emma a long look as the ref wraps his arms around the PageThree girl waist and tries to prevent a premature attack, a good break for Alesha though who leaps towards the ropes and circles away in mid-range; Glover can't control herself anymore and walks her down but fails to reach for her and grazes the forearms, almost loses her balance as her jugs swing around from side to side but Dixon works the single hand from behind the guard and peppers the high defence, both girls settle into exchanging jabbing combos but Alesha's footwork enables her to escape from her rival's reach; Emma breaths very hard, shows first signs of fatigue but keeps the upperhand as she has Dixon on the back foot and just avoiding more punishment.

Round 6:
More work on Dixon's lip during the interval and she's urged to make amends for the second knockdown, squares up to the model despite the completely different end to the previous round and Emma just slices her mitts again, bounces off the jaw and keeps throwing leather on the face as Alesha uppercuts her rack and almost wants to punch Glover topless but endures more head-snapping combos and breaks down, wobbles forward and eats an uppercut on the jaw herself; Emma pours in between the mitts... crashes off the nose and lands a right hook on the eye, lumps Dixon up even more in the proccess and has the singer moaning before a jabbing combo on the chest staggers her in the middle of the ring... overhand follow up against the cheeks... Alesha's head keeps bouncing around back & forth as she tries to clinch but eats another uppercut on the chin and the knees simply give way under the onslaught.... all-in approach backfires and ALESHA GOES DOWN ON HER KNEES, unable to live with Glover's wrath... She bends her head against the canvas and this time it's more serious as a slow looking count still reaches eight before the singer can regain her position... Glover's cheeks are reddened withj exhaustion and couple of nasty shiners under the eye indicate she's taken some abuse tonight but it's nothing compared to Dixon... and Emma gives her more after the command, rips between her mitts and reels back to the ropes, keeps sending venom from both hands and buries the singer on the ropes ducking and weaving but another jabbing combo whacks her on the jaw and clips the nose... left hook on the temple and Alesha turns her back, drops the arms and as she tries to jump forward gets caught on the ear and GOES DOWN ON HER KNEES... she tried to wrap her left arm around the ropes but couldn't and slipped down on the canvas.. ref starts the count, refuses to accept the seemingly accidental slip and everyone but the Beevers' camp is convinced that it wasn't a slip as Emma nailed her on the ear proper... Alesha takes her time and gets up at eight again but only nods back to the ref and doesn't raise her arms... still a full minute left on the clock and ref doesn't like it... he waves it off on the spot as Alesha's too dizzy to accept the stoppage and just walks back to her stool. One must wonder if she realizes what's going on and the doctor is quick to check up on her and shakes his head as Dixon's eyes are suspiciously hollow... TKO6 Emma Glover!!!

AFTER: The statement was made, Emma wants a shot at the bantamweight title even without knowing who's gonna hold the crown at the end of the night. Still, the demons of Rosie Jones hang over the model's head and she's keen to point out she doesn't need another fight with the hated rival in order to secure the title shot: "It's me or nobody else. Imogen Thomas I hear? That chubby slut is having a terrible year! Rosie Jones a valid contender? For what? The most saggy tits in Britain? I didn't sign any papers to give her another rematch just yet! Nobody's gonna spoil my chances; you don't beat Alesha Dixon silly and still have to wait for some fake chested bimbos..."

Even Denise van Outen questions Emma's remarks and thinks that Rosie might be chosen over Emma if the cards fall the right way. "We all know Rosie beat Emma more times than she has lost. And let's be honest, that's as good rivalry as it gets. Besides I don't think Emma can handle either Lisa Maffia or Charlotte Church anyway."

While all this is going on, Alesha Dixon needs assistance in her way to the locker room and there are suspicions of a mild concussion for the veteran singer as she took heavy punishment on the head tonight and quite frankly she doesn't look all that good. This leaves van Outen worried as The Ashes are just around the corner and Alesha was supposed to be one of the BBU's flagship competitors": "I still think she will make it for the Ashes but in what state of mind I have no idea. That's two in a row and those were bad losses even against elite opposition. But if anyone's gonna recover from that, it's Alesha, the most experienced fighter in BBU!"
