BBU FIGHT NIGHT IN CARDIFF

(Lioness Club vs Fight Club UK)

This pair are not going to be friendly towards each other tonight! They have been rivals for too long, and the only shock is that they’ve not fought each other before. Alex lost to Andrea McLean in her only fight to date, a girl Christine has beaten easily, and she will start as favourite tonight.

Alex is first into the ring, the Welsh girl in a patriotic red onepiece, white gloves and white boots. Christine joins her, proudly Irish in green bikini and boots, with white gloves.

Round 1

The girls are swapping jabs straight away – Christine gets the better of that first early trade, and Alex seems to be backing off already, looking ate her corner, which is foolish, and she gets taught to concentrate as Christine hits her again, this time it’s a three shot combination, which has the Welsh girl staggering backwards into a neutral corner. She covers up well when Christine gets in close, and she’s clinching well, stopping the Irish girl from handing her any punishment – the referee pulls her away, and she clips Christine with a left hook before the Irish girl is ready – and this angers her bigtime! Christine fires in at Alex, but gets a mouthful of leather as the Welsh girl slams her with a couple of left hook, and a right, the round ending badly for Christine as Alex hits her with a nice straight left to her mouth, leaving her spitting blood.

Round 2

Alex is fighting well, now, and she takes the action to Christine, landing a pair of good shots to the Irish girl’s face, Bleakley swaying backwards – but she responds well, giving Alex a short uppercut to the chin to have her standing off, following that with two heavy blows to her body, and now it’s Jones stepping away with Bleakley after her, snapping her head either way with some hefty punches. Alex is on the ropes, and she’s getting some punishment from Christine to her body – but comes back hard now, snaking a nice right jab into Christine’s wide mouth, following that with a solid left, and she makes Christine back away, ending the round on top a little as she gives the Irish girl a couple of punches to the tits as she makes her retreat.

Round 3

Again it’s Alex starting the round well, and she’s working Christine backwards by jabbing her squarely in the face, the Irish girl again looking a little surprised. Bleakley doesn’t get backed up to the ropes, though – she swipes Jones with a left hook to the mouth, then rips at her body, thudding her right glove hard into the Welsh girl’s ribcage, the grunt Alex gives telling Christine all she needs by way of encouragement, and now she hits the older girl to the body again, her guard coming down so easily, and it’s a simple job for Christine to snap Alex’s head back with a crushing left hook, and the Welsh girl hits the canvas hard on her back, rolls over gently, and hauls herself upright at 8, gets picked off neatly by Bleakley’s right, left combination, but responds as the round ends with some tasty glovework of her own, her jabbing punches again making the younger girl retreat.

Round 4

Christine shows her intent immediately as she hits Alex hard with a right, then with a left, the Welsh girl’s head bobbing side to side as those blows land in her face – but she seems to be taking the shots well, and she’s firing back, ignoring the blood which is beginning to seep from her right nostril, and she makes Christine go backwards again as she lands to her body with her right hooks. Covering well, keeping her elbows in tight, Christine backs off right to the ropes this time, her corner screaming at her, but she seems content to let Alex hit her around the ribs and arms, maybe believing she’ll punch herself out – certainly Alex’s face is looking very red as the round draws to a close, and gets even redder when Christine clubs an overarm left down onto her nose, the blood flowing more freely as she returns to her corner.

Round 5

Alex is clearly troubled by her nasal injury, and Christine has her rolling from side to side again as she cracks three left hooks into her face in quick succession, and now she’s after her body again, thudding a left into her ribs, and now she gives Alex the treatment with her right, and the Welsh girl’s down, on her knees and scrambling to the ropes to get up again at 7. Christine’s not in the mood to hold back, and she’s got Alex in trouble again now, blood smeared over her face form her nose – and she gives her body a working over in her own corner, lets her come out half a stride, and now crunches her with a left to the jaw, and down goes Alex again, the girl really struggling now, but she gets up – she’s brave – she’s up at 8, and there isn’t any time left for Christine to hit her any more in this round.

Round 6

The word from Alex Jones’ corner is that her nose is broken, but the girl fights on despite the injury – and Christine shows no mercy, just bats her in the face with both gloves, and sits her down again with a left hook for another 8 count. Still Alex wants more, her face an absolute mask of blood now – but the referee won’t listen this time, and he’s called a halt.

Result: Christine Bleakley stopped Alex Jones in round 6.

Christine just overwhelmed Alex tonight – and now she wants the Welsh girl to come out for more punishment, she’s demanding that the girl kisses her butt! But there are doctors in Alex’s corner, and they aren’t letting that happen, which is angering Christine, who spies Alex’s stable mate Myleene Klass at the ringside, and she’s hauling the lovely singer into the ring to take Alex’s place. Slapping Myleene sharply across the face, Christine almost screams at the girl, “Kiss my feckin ass, biitch!” Dropping immediately to the floor, her eyes wide with fear, Myleene dutifully starts kissing Bleakley’s proffered buttcheeks for all she’s worth.
