WEEKEND PPV - LAST BOUT OF "THE CRUSADE"

BEFORE: An entire year Theron has been embroiled with the women of the Crusade, rallying after setbacks, shaking off the betrayal of Cat Bell...with the tally standing 6-5 Charlize, she's got a chance to eke out final victory if she can put away Taylor Cole. "In some ways, she's the perfect woman to finish this thing with," CT smiles in prefight. "She's by far their most beautiful competitor. She's got the best record - against the best competition - and she's the youngest of the lot. After you've punched your way through a gauntlet of determined women - to see Taylor Cole standing in your way at the end...that's a thrill and a challenge!"

Cole losing her last fight against Theron, and coming up in weight to face her, but Taylor calm, confident at podium. "I love that it's coming down to me and her," Taylor grins. "There were some big names on our side, but I felt like I was the best fighter, and it's appropriate that I should have the responsibility of stopping Charlize at the gates of victory. The weights don't bother me - I've always said I'd make welter to fight Charlize, so it's not an issue. The best woman's going to win, not the biggest."

CT in cream bikini; white gloves; loose blonde hair in carefree tangly-curls. Taylor in ice-blue bikini; black hair straight; white gloves.

During R1: Theron pumping the jab from a set stance, walking Taylor in, grabbing at her arms, then working the body. CT being big - stroking Taylor healthy, rising lefts and rights breadbasket and ribs - Theron just leaning in with hands extended, pushing on brunette arms, then working lanky. Cole frowning, visibly confused...she'd trained for the dancing Theron, hadn't been expecting the hard-working, trench-warfare Theron. CT punishing Taylor bell to bell, and down the stretch - lovely brunette stricken, legs trembling as she bogs CT down in a series of desperate clinches. BELL: Theron lithe, business like striding back to her corner; Taylor blinking, clearly shook-up for break.

R2: Charlize right in on Taylor again - jabbing from a gun-platform stance; reaching in to palm-push Taylor's biceps; lashing the body tits to hips. Theron brawny here, not slapping at Taylor's torso, but digging the punches in - really twisting on hips and making each punch a thumper. Takes a couple minutes but down the stretch, Cole manages to hold her canvas and answer back. Crowd-pleasing action as tall girls lean in strong - each pushing at the other's hips or arms preparatory to a bashing, stroking assault to torso. Patient, thudding trade here...faces tight, brows furrowed, lips parted as fighters take turns strapping each other thick. Bell: Cole's dropped the round, but earned respect...smoldering eye contact sees young brunette hold and return the gaze of a determined Goddess.

R3: Similar stuff - Theron advancing behind her jab early, stepping in to strap the body...Taylor punished at the start, but gradually finding her feet, answering back hot. Gorgeous brutality as fighters pant and gasp, leaning in with left shoulders to bump and prep - pushing off with hands in between plowing work. Taylor fighting with grim determination - knuckles together at her chest, she'll twist side to side, punishing Golden torso via thudding, tightly-curled round-punches. CT shaken at times, but standing firm...she's featuring a gouging left uppercut to sternum and a straight, short, palm-down right to breasts, fitting her shots in between Taylor's clobberings. Down the stretch, both women come off the body to shellack each other up top...pasting wallops upside respective heads have both women staring/wobbly-butt at bell.

R4: More of it...long women step into strong positions - leaning in to bump chests with shoulders or push at opposing biceps - then recommitting to dreadful body-slop downstairs. Gentle counter-clockwise rotation a natural consequence of the slugging...women just in a trance, gasping and belting away with a thick, thudding cadence. Midway through, Cole swaps her hook-to-chin for CT's hook to breadbasket...blonde legs give a shimmy and THERON'S HURT! Charlize staring, torso whipsawing slightly on Oscar-winning hips...she extends hands for a little push, then chips a pesky right hand off Taylor's mouth to no effect. Cole snarling, lunging forward with a wide, sidearm right...she clouts Theron's face aside, puts her wobbly-butt, sends her reeling back into ropes. Crowd shrieking, Theron forming groggy earmuff...Taylor strides on in and LIGHTS CHARLIZE UP! Oh the humanity - Cole bearing her fangs, pushing on CT's guard to prep, then lashing away to glory. Wicked left hooks slam to a halt in behind CT's right elbow CHUP! CHUP! Chopping rights hack away at the guard, gradually beating CT's hands away from her head, leaving her stooping and staring. Right uppercuts brush Theron back upright against ropes, lashes fluttering...blonde girl loose, hurt, reaching to clinch and TAYLOR POUNDS RACK! Cole snarling, pushing Theron's hands aside, then belting away to jug - brunette keeping hands in between blonde shoulders, exposing the chest to maximum clout! POOR CHARLIZE! Blonde head lolling, Theron sagging against ropes, blubbering incoherently...Taylor just putting her back into it, hacking away with particularly vicious short rights that have Charlize vibrating in shock and THE REF STEPS IN! CT cradled to safety against ropes...that's TKO4 in stunning fashion, Taylor Cole!

AFTER: Theron sobbing in protest, but needing the ref's arms to hold her up...savage brunette assault leaves a Goddess in tatters, and knots the series at 6 wins a-piece! Cole cheeky in immediate postfight, quickly signing one of her own 8-by-11 headshots and slapping it onto groggy Theron's sweat-tacky chest...Taylor happily giving CT a bit of her own medicine with the gesture. "I knew if it came down to me, I'd stop her," Taylor breezes in postfight. "It's been a long, bruising road for her, and you can see every fight in her legs. We've aged her - you could tell she wanted to break me down, but I was eating up her best shots and just feeding everything back to her. Once she buckled, I just felt the wolf inside take over, you know? I was like, 'Yeeeah - go for her throat!' It's awesome - not just beating her, but denying her, preventing her from having something she wants? That's special."

News out of the Crusade is chaotic in days to follow, with many of the women engaged in wars of words or fists against each other; discipline breaking down as several fighters claim to speak for the Crusade side - often contradicting one another. Among these, Rebecca Romijn makes a bold challenge to fight Theron to decide the Crusade Series once and for all, a bid surprisingly endorsed by Cat Bell. Series co-organizer Catherine Zeta Jones reportedly backs Cindy Crawford for the decisive fight, and other names are bandied about as well. No word from Team Theron at press time...BLONDE! Magazine urging the Goddess to take the stalemate and go, now that they've seen how draining and dangerous the campaign was. "Fighting this alliance to a standstill is a remarkable achievement," one BLONDE! editor says, on condition of anonymity, "if Charlize is smart, she'll take it and run."
