Before: "I've beaten her before, I'll do it again," Dushku shrugs, every inch the relaxed favourite at podium. "She'll tell you she's changed - she's a totally different fighter - yadda yadda yadda, but it's all wishful thinking. Girls are who they are. She's a girl who can't handle Eliza Dushku - we know that because that's what happened. All I'm gonna do is remind her of that fact. Hard."

Johannson equally composed, anxious to compete. "Eliza beat me years ago," Scarlet admits, "but it wasn't a blow out. I felt good during that fight - never over-matched...I'm very curious to see if she's still who she was then. I KNOW I'm better - everyone sees that. But is she? The 'Alten Hassen' ('old hares' in German) who are active hall of famers are all showing signs of wear. Not saying she's diminished because that's not true, but I AM saying I've closed the gap on her. I'm not going to disrespect her just to give you guys some juicy quotes, but I'm not deferring to her either. I'm going to fight and defeat Eliza Dushku in the ring. Simple."

Scarlet in charcoal scuba-bikini cut along the lines of the Andress "Dr. No" classic; charcoal belt; small black gloves; long coppery curls ala Iron Man. Dushku in grey/blue bikini of the same cut; grey-blue belt; small grey mitts; long brown ringlets loose.

During R1: Scarlett taking it to Eliza classy, showing the hall-of-famer up-tempo skillz. Johannson in southpaw - right shoulder inclined towards Eliza's left/right foot forward; left under chin; right hand pawing and flicking jabs. Scarlett stepping in, ducking down, putting right shoulder into Eliza's body and pivoting counter-clockwise - nice little push-and-turn moves dictating terms midring. Scarlett leading with straight lefts ticketed for tits or chin: Eliza blocking most of these shots, but the trailing right hook's cuffing across brunette tummy, banking off brunette left temple. Nimble, busy in-and-out sees Scarlett turn and touch her foe: Dushku stalking patiently, giving the impression of a girl just making her reads, biding her time.

R2: Same routine from Scarlett: similar patience from Eliza, but she's now picking spots to get off. Real cagey cat-and-mouse with Scarlett attempting to place those left hands - Dushku trying to slot right hands tits-and-chin herself - both girls blocking/slipping/sidestepping to good effect. Johannson the better nibbler by a smidge - really just a couple of landed punches separating the fighters through 2.

R3: Same again - Eliza punching harder now, getting her back into the right hands, trying to hurt Scarlett. Johannson cute in her stance - chin tucked behind that right shoulder...she's so slick executing her counter-clockwise pivots, keeping her right foot outside of Eliza's left. Dushku landing the harder punches, but Scarlett answering with volume...redhead touching for more points, taking a 3-0 lead into the fourth.

R4: Eliza unruffled, maintains that patient, stalking pace...one minute in, she changes the fight. Scarlett sliding the lead left: Eliza slipping to her right, making the punch miss over her left shoulder; swinging right takes Johannson TUFF to paunch, bunching her up; clean-up left hook toggles chin, PUTS SCARLETT ON ALL FOURS! Dushku nodding smartly...Scarlett badly shaken by the sharp-punching combo. Johannson blinking, frazzled for 8, but advancing to compete: she doesn't want to be worked-over at ropes. HAMMER AND TONGS! Dushku closing to finish - doubling up straight right hands ticketed for chin; stepping in to hooks. Scarlett pivoting to her right, rolling punches with her right shoulder, narrowly evading vicious chin music. Dushku leaning into a blazing one-two: Scarlett slips underneath, answers back a wide, crashing left hand to face...DOWN GOES DUSHKU! Scarlett: chest heaving, eyes blazing...she gets the same-round answer-knockdown, leaving Eliza on buns-and-elbows. Dushku beats the count shabby - blinking rapidly, buttocks ringing...both girls advance with tingling thighs, trembling tummies. Dushku probing with her left, trying to slot the right hand to chin; Scarlett pawing with her right, left hand coiled for sudden deployment. Down the stretch, Eliza misses over Scarlett's right shoulder as Jo slips under: Scarlett answers back a shocking straight left to chin! Eliza staring, knees locking, hands suspended about waist-high out front. Scarlet rejigs, pokes an extra straight left clean to Eliza's chin - Johannson getting back, buns and legs into this shot, jamming Dushku's chin down to her chest and DROPPING DUSHKU TO HER BACK! Eliza crashing to canvas in crucifix configuration - lashes humming, brow furrowed in KO'd frown, lips parted, legs together - that right thigh spasming, hard as a rock. Eliza out cold and Scarlett's stomping the ring, bellowing in exultation - KO4 Scarlett Johannson.

AFter: Johannson overwhelmed with finisher's lust for a few moments, but she sobers up as Eliza's a long time coming around. Dushku tender, helpless as she's slowly sat up and tended to...Johannson's face showing a complex mix of fascination with her own power and concern for a respected rival. "I'm glad she's okay," Scarlett waxes classy in postfight. "That might be the hardest I've ever hit another woman in competition - there was no way she was coming back from that blast. It's a huge momentum boost for me - gotta be honest. Eliza Dushku is a feared brunette, a hall of famer...poking her out is more than a thrill for me - I think it might be me going to the next level of my potential. Guys, right now I feel like the best fighter in the division. That's a tremendous feeling!"
