COVER: Amanda Righetti thumps Kate Upton along the ropes. Headline in red: DISCUSSION OVER!

COVER STORY: Our panel says the FCBA's pound-for-pound discussion is over, at least for now, and the title belongs to The Big Rig herself, Amanda Righetti!

NEXT! (Picture: Regan on her face, arms hugging her body.) Taylor Cole makes her case for being next in line for The Big Rig aftger her sixth-round stoppage of Bridget Regan!

GOAT IN OT! (Picture: Theron and Freeman exchange right hands.) Charlize Theron follows up The Crusade as only she can, with a 12th round decision over top welter Cassidy Freeman!

SHE'S BAAACK! (Picture: Biel face down at Erica's feet.) Erica Durance has heard the criticism about inactivity and competition level. And she answered those critics with a 7th round stoppage of Hall Of Famer Jessica Biel!

SARAH'S IRON FIST! (Picture: Shahi pounds Scerbo along the ropes.) Sarah Shahi doesn't just have the flyweight gold, she has control of the division, as her latest title defense, a second round TKO of Cassie Scerbo, demonstrates!

HAYDEN SLUMPING! (Picture: Panettiere face down as Liu turns to a neutral corner.) Our panel believes Shahi's rule is made even more secure by the recent struggles of the division's former queen, Hayden Panettiere, who followed a decision loss to Nina Dobrev with a KO defeat at the hands of Lucy Liu!

LACEY STILL JMD QUEEN! (Picture: Chabert digs a right to the rack of Lowndes.) Lacey Chabert withstands a determined effort from Jessica Lowndes to retain the JMD title!

EMILY PROBLEM! (Picture: Van Camp lands a hard right to Kelly's head.) Minka Kelly loses back-to-back decisions to stable mate Emily Van Camp and Emily Blunt, and our panel says that's not good news for Ms. Kelly, especially in Lookout!'s ultra-competitive bantamweight division!

COBIE SHOCKS KALEY! (Picture: Cuoco on her face as Smulders raises her arms in victory.) Cobie Smulders gets a signature win with a second round KO of former champ Kaley Cuoco!

CHIN? CHECKED! (Picture: Palicki rocks Lima with a right hand.) Adrianne Palicki makes her case for a shot at Rachel Nichols with a ninth-round stoppage of lovely Adriana Lima!

WAR! PART II! (Picture: Torv and Rowland exchange in the middle of the ring.) Kelly Rowland and Anna Torv follow up their 16-round classic with a brutal 10-round sequel, and Kelly evens the score!

RACHEL ROCKS LIZZIE! (Picture: Olsen on her back, hugging her body, knees up.) Rachel McAdams turns back Elizabeth Olsen with a fifth round stoppage and takes aim at Olivia Munn!

DUNST STUNS PORTMAN! (Picture: Kirsten rocks Natalie with a right hand.) Kirsten Dunst's career revival hits another gear after the blonde beauty decisions former flyweight champion Natalie Portman!

I THINK NOT, NATALIE! (Picture: Vaugier nails Dormer with a right to the head.) Emmanuelle Vaugier stops Natalie Dormer's romp cold with a unanimous decision victory!

MEGHAN MAKES STATEMENT! (Picture: Bellisario on her face and knees, hugging her tummy.) Meghan Markle gets her first FCBA win in style, with a first round pound out of Troi Bellisario!

TIZZIE READY FOR SARAH! (Picture: Tisdale rocks Hemmens with a right hand as the referee moves in.) Former flyweight champion Ashley Tisdale has her eyes on reclaiming the belt after a seventh round TKO of Heather Hemmens!

STONED! (Picture: Seydoux lands a hard right to the head of Emma.) Tough Lea Seydoux pounds out a unanimous decision victory over Emma Stone!

ODETTE WINS BRUNETTE BATTLE! (Picture: Yustman hammers de la Garza along the ropes.) Odette Yustman wins one of the hottest fights of the year, pounding out Alana de la Garza in five!

THE SECRET SOURCE: IT'S ELIZA STUPID! (Picture: The familiar green question mark on a black background.) HISC is in turmoil, and our Secret Source says the missing ingredient in what's coming off The Consortium's cracker extrusion line is Eliza Dushku! "Think about the state of HISC right now," says The Source. "Portman just lost to Dunst. Watson's lost four out of five, Kunis and Kreuk are taking turns being on Double Secret Probation, Williams, the face of the stable, has been benched, and Lively's Lively, meaning, she sucks. Oh, sure, Danes is doing fine, but Danes always does fine. She's all about Claire and always has been. But, the rest of this group is completely rudderless, and it all goes back to HISC's decision to dump Dushku. See, those guys think they can replace anyone, because they've dumped lots of fighters and just kept chugging along. But, they messed up with Eliza. She'd been there 12 years, and she was the glue holding that group together, the buffer between management, which is absolutely ruthless, and the fighters, the leader in the locker room. With Eliza gone, there's a gaping leadership hole. Danes could fill it, but she won't, because she doesn't care. She'll let the rest of the stable collapse around her, all the better to make her the new face of HISC. And that's exactly what's happening."

POINTY'S CORNER: Jingle bells. Jingle bells. Pointy's getting ready for Christmas. He has some advice for you. On everything from trees to dinner!

ALSO: SCARLETT JOHANSSON! The former flyweight champion, who pounded out Eliza Dushku in four, sat down with our panel to discuss that fight and her future FCBA plans...and whether they include campaigning at bantam a bit more! BLAST FROM THE PAST: JANE SEYMOUR! The former Bond Girl talks about her ring career and her long rivalry with fellow flyweight Cheryl Ladd! AND: PARIS HILTON! The blonde leader of Lookout! Boxing talks about her fighters, her future plans, and how she's built one of the FCBA's most successful stables!
