CHAMPION: RACHEL NICHOLS (FOXFIRE BOXING)

1. Erica Durance…is seven for eight after huge win over Biel last time out.

2. Yvonne Strahovski…win over Yustman was her third straight.

3. Jennifer Lawrence…is 10-3-1 in her last fourteen.

4. Adrianne Palicki…Chin Checker is three for four at this weight after win over Lima.

5. Taylor Cole…has won three straight. Peregrym. Theron. Regan. Yeah. That'll put you in the Top Five.

6. Missy Peregrym…can't drop her much for losing the belt to Nichols.

7. Mary Elizabeth Winstead…is now eight of eleven after beating then red-hot Cuoco.

8. Maria Menounos…couldn't hold the belts against Peregrym. Then again, there's a lot of losing to Missy going around.

9. Kaley Cuoco…has dropped two straight, but is still 9 out of 12.

10. Gemma Arterton…is fifteen of seventeen with the only losses being Lima and Wagner. Has a win over Adriana in there as well.

11. Tricia Helfer…has won five seven, and one of the losses was by a single point.

12. Anna Torv…has won ten of twelve, the last three against Wagner, Larter, and Kelly. But. The upset loss to another Kelly, Rowland, the last time out knocked her out of the Top Ten.

13. Jill Wagner…upset of Arterton was her fourth win in six.

14. Adriana Lima…has lost two straight. But, they were Nichols and Palicki. So, you know.

15. Brooklyn Decker…is 14 for 17.

16. Charlize Theron…offset loss to Cole with big win over Freeman.

17. Serinda Swan…win over Pike was her fourth in a row and eleventh in thirteen outings.

18. Kate Upton…beat Landry, then lost to Righetti. Moved up. Because losses to Righetti don't hurt. At all.

19. Odette Yustman…rallied from loss to Straho with big win over de la Garza. If she'd won both, she'd be Top Ten for sure.

20. Joanne Kelly…is 5-2 career, with losses only to higher-ranked Torv and Winstead.

21. Daniela Ruah…is 12 for 15 with two victories in the interregnum.

22. Jessica Biel…has lost four of five. Is 3-6 at this weight since winning the title the last time, over Peregrym, in late 2011.

23. A.J. Cook…has won five of six, some at bantam, but a win over Wagner proves she can do it at this weight, too.

24. Ali Larter…has fought only twice the past two years, and lost both, to Peregrym and Torv.

25. Rhona Mitra…powerful Rhona is 6-2 career and would be top ten after a big win over Palicki had she not run into Kelly.

26. Holly Valance…is now 10 of 13 after beating Knowles and losing to Yustman between rankings.

27. Blake Lively….followed win over Winstead with one over Vandervoort. What the heck is in the water in Iowa?

28. Kelly Rowland…let's see. 4-4 in eight fights, but, check those wins. Rohm. Valance. Torv. Michalka. We're starting to believe there's no one in this division she can't beat.

29. Olga Kurylenko…has gotten on track and won three of four. Win over Strahovski was responsible for her jumping nearly 20 spots.

30. Alana de la Garza…lost to Yustman last time out, but is still four of seven.

31. Jeri Ryan…Win over Bell was her fourth in her last five fights.

32. Emmanuelle Vaugier-has won four of five after impressive outing against Dormer.

33. Cameron Diaz…has lost three straight.

34. Charisma Carpenter…has wins over Ryan, Biel, and, most recently, Garner in her last five. Can clearly still do this. Prefers to pick her spots, but, if she wants another title run, she's got it in her.

35. Phoebe Tonkin…The Gulf(yep, we’re doing it) has lost two straight. But. They were Durance and Winstead.

36. Eva La Rue…recent loss to Jeri Ryan dropped her out of the Top 20.

37. Rosario Dawson…has won three in a row.

38. Laura Vandervoort…has been fighting mostly at bantam. Has lost three straight after a long winning streak.

39. Cobie Smulders…is three of four at this weight, and you have to respect a win over Cuoco. We do. That's why she's up 16.

40. Brittany Daniel…is six for nine with a quality win over Cuoco. Has been kicked upstairs by management, however, and will almost certainly fall from here.

41. Brooke Burke…is three for her last four, but, like Carpenter, picks her spots at this point.

42. Paula Patton…has lost four straight…but they WERE to Freeman, Righetti, Law, and Upton. Not a powder puff puncher in THAT bunch…

43. Melissa George…hot Aussie is two for her last three with wins over Cruz and Church and a loss to Glau.

44. Kelly Brook…showed she could still bring it with a win against Perry.

45. Katy Perry…hard hitting brunette has won eight of eleven, but drops on loss to Brook last time out.

46. Candice Swanepoel…win over Refaeli may have lovely Candice back on track.

47. Bar Refaeli…loss to Swanepoel last time out means she has to be here.

48. Christina Hendricks…power punching redhead is 2-2 lifetime, with KO wins over Jeri Ryan and Zeta Jones and losses to Cat and Kelly Brook. Is managing a stable now and promising to fight. We hope so.

49. Jennifer Morrison…pair of big wins at bantam proves J-Mo is for real.

50. Jennifer Ellison…couldn't follow up on big win over Britney, falling to Mitchell and Winstead in her next two.

51. Jennifer Carpenter…is 2-3-1 since '09, with wins over Schilling and Scott and a draw with Park. Losses are all to Strahovski. Can we make a suggestion to Carpenter's management????

52. Joanna Krupa…is 2-1 this year after beating Miller and Swanepoel. The lone loss isn't bad, either. Strahovski.

53. Elisabeth Rohm…cool blonde is 7-5-1 in her last thirteen. Looks to be mostly training now, though.

54. Elizabeth Hurley…showed everyone how dangerous she still is by destroying Katy Perry.

55. Abbie Cornish…2-2 of recent vintage with wins over Prepon and Lawrence. This girl needs work. There's promise there.

56. Erica Cerra…2-1 recently with wins over Perabo and de Pablo.

57. Amber Heard…looked good against Borth. Has talent. Let's see where it takes her.

58. Bridget Moynahan…has won three of seven and that schedule isn't filled with cupcakes.

59. Molly Sims…punchout of Patton proves Molly still has it.

60. Ashley Scott…followed a loss to Ruah with a win over Patton. Both helped her standing.

61. Elizabeth Mitchell…shook the cobwebs and beat Pare her last time out.

62. Marisa Miller…has lost four of five an the win was Prejean.

63. Katie Holmes…beaten by Kurylenko last time out. Has still won three of five.

64. Gwyneth Paltrow…has won four of six with wins over Kesha, Zeta-Jones, Perry and Holmes. The losses were a rematch with Kesha and a beatdown against Swan.

65. Sarah Jones…sexy Sarah now 3-1 after two wins against Ke$ha.

66. Ke$ha…big blonde beat Newbrough, then got stopped by Rihanna between rankings.

67. Jessica Pare…now 2-1 career after beating Sullivan last time out.

68. Rosamund Pike…how do you rise 25 spots off a loss? Check out the video of her fight with Swan and she'll demonstrate.

69. Jennifer Finnigan…leggy Canadian doesn't get a lot of work, as her 2-3 career record attests. Check out her effort against Gemma Arterton, and you'll see why.

70. Camilla Belle…she's young, talented, and 2-2 career.

71. Krista Allen…has fought three times in the last two years and lost them all. McCarthy. Winstead. Ryan.

72. Gabrielle Union…There was retirement talk after Torv dominated her. After she battered Durance in a losing effort, such talk is pretty muted.

73. Jennifer Englund…4-5 career after J-Lo came out of retirement to kick her butt.

74. Sarah Wayne Callies…2-1 career, splitting with Bridgy Mo and beating Ashley Scott.

75. Beyonce Knowles…may be working welter in the near future. She's young enough and has the size and talent. Let's see if she has the drive to get in the ring.

76. Taylor Schilling…1-1 lifetime.

77. Anne Hathaway…has lost six of seven and may be too underpowered for the weight.

78. Beau Garrett…hard luck beauty's fought top comp. Has won a few, but not as many as she might have.

79. Martine McCutcheon…showed she could fight with a KO win over Ke$ha and a good effort against Arterton.

80. Angelica Bridges…1-2 since '08 with a win over Jeri Ryan and losses to Swan and Nichols.

81. Alicia Witt…3-3 career.

82. Shannon Elizabeth…2-4 since '07, but those two wins came against Palicki.

83. Milla Jovovich…2-5 since '07, but has wins over Cornish and Wagner. The losses are Pressly, Kurylenko, Mendes, Winstead, and Allen.

84. Carla Guigino…2-5 since '08.

85. Rachel Skarsten…broke her maiden against O'Keefe, but couldn't follow up against Tonkin.

88. Jennifer Esposito…two for her last three, but no fights since '05.

90. Shelly Hennig…debuted with a win over Sarah Jones.

91. Jill Hennessy…3-0-1 lifetime, but hasn't fought since '05.

92. Maggie Gyllenhaal…undefeated in the FCBA. Won her only fight against Paltrow in '05. Promoters don't want to book her because it's a pain in the rear spelling her name.

93. Padma Lakshmi…could have a similar problem, except she's so hot people will LEARN to spell it. 0-3 career, but her fights have been against Helfer, Palicki, and Theron.

94. Amber Valetta…is 1-2 career.

95. Katharine McPhee…big, physical beauty is dangerous. Came up short against Ke$ha in her debut, but if she gets work, she'll get wins.

96. Sofia Vergara…has lost five straight. Hasn't won since '07.

97. Karen Cliché…1-4 since '08, but she has a win over Winstead, and the losses are Casta, Decker, Righetti, and Palicki.

98. Lucy Pinder…1-7 career. Tough. Hits hard. Hot. Fun to watch.

99. Navi Rawat…has lost five straight and six of seven. Never recovered from that first round KO at the hands of Hathaway.

100. Ashley Judd…last win was in '07. Climbed back in recently and was beaten by Lawrence and Garner.

101. Lake Bell…1-8 career, with the lone win being over Cat Bell. Started her career with a "Junkyard Fight". Kids, let this be a lesson to you….

110. Michelle Monaghan…0-1 career.

111. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley…British beauty started her career falling to Arterton, then lost to Refaeli. Has potential, though.

112. Connie Britton…Is probably past the time when she's going to make any title runs, but she still looks good and can still fight as she proved against Ke$ha.

113. Morena Baccarin…0-9-1 in her last ten.

114. Angie Harmon 0-3 since '08, falling to Helfer, Swanepoel and Palicki.

115. Charlotte Sullivan…lost her debut against Peregrym, then fell to Pare.

116. Marion Cotillard…is both slick and smart in the ring. That could be enough to beat a lot of folks on this list.

117. Maggie Grace…0-5 lifetime. Has shown some ability to box, though.

118. Yamila Diaz…1-2 lifetime. Hasn't fought since '99.

119. Saffron Burrows...0-2 career.

120. Paulina Gretzky…has great genes. Didn't help in her debut against Swan or Decker, though.

121. Gal Gadot…0-2 career. And, still, no one's ever heard of her.

122. Kelly Rutherford…has lost three in a row and hasn't fought since '08.
