There’s no doubt about it – Azealia destroyed Lisa Maffia on her debut, working the former double champion over and really hurting her before polishing her off, the whole fight lasting barely five minutes. Now Tulisa has decided to rile the American, and if she loses, she will almost certainly face the same post-fight punishment as Lisa, because Azealia does not tolerate being disrespected – Lisa learned that to her cost, and the word is that she was brutally gang raped by the American’s five man backroom posse after leaving hospital, and quite possibly again last night. Tulisa was well beaten in her last fight by Leah Dizon, but she’s a girl with BBU bantamweight title ambitions, whereas maybe Lisa Maffia is in decline, and the result Azealia had may have flattered her.

Azealia is first into the ring, and she’s wearing a red bkini top and gloves tonight, with black microskirt and boots. Tuilsa is in a baby blue bikini with matching gloves and boots.

Round 1

Azealia is not holding back here – she’s right at Tulisa, firing a couple of hard punches into the Brit’s face straight away, and Tulisa backs off, already hurt, but now she fights back, swaps hooks with the younger girl, earns her respect with a good left to the mouth, but gets nailed with that right hook the American likes to use, and she wobbles, but stays upright, clinching as Azealia closes in. The referee parts the girls, and Tulisa hits Azealia to the body, swings her left to her face – and gets the treatment from Azealia to her body, the American unloading with her right and her left, but Tulisa manages to clinch and frustrate her, Azealia snapping, “Stand and fight ya chickenshit! Or have you had enough?” Tulisa just snarls and expletive into Azealia’s ear, and the girls are parted, the more experienced Tulisa snapping Azealia’s head back on the break with a pair of solid jabs, although she does find Tulisa in the closing seconds with a right hook to the face, and the Brit is on shaky legs as she gets to her corner, her left cheek beginning to bruise.

Round 2

The girls trade! They meet right in the centre of the ring, and neither of them is bothered about defence – this is a sheer test of punching power, Tulisa giving Azealia all she has, lands a good left jab, and and even betterright hook, shaking the younger girl. But Azealia isn’t taking a backward step, laces Tulisa with her right hook to the jaw, another to her cheek, a left to her jaw – Tulisa hits Azealia again with her own right hook – Azealia gives Tulisa a left to the body, and another, now a right hook to the cheek, and Tulisa hits the floor! That punch has really dazed her, but she’s on her feet again at 7, tries to show she’s OK by throwing her left hook, but she misses her target by a long way, Azealia sensing she has her victim wounded, easily able to give her another right hook, and a left, and down goes Tulisa again, blood trailing from her nose, but still she gets up at 8, and she’s doing what she can to protect herself, but this is tough, because now Azealia’s whipping short uppercuts into her face, ripping the punches between her gloves, Tulisa probably unable to hear the bell which ends the round.

Round 3

Tulisa’s corner must be tempted to throw in the towel here, but that simply isn’t an option, given the animosity and bragging that has gone before, so out she comes again, and she’s immediately being beaten up in her own corner, the sweat, snot and blood flying off her face as Azealia just batters her senseless, the referee administering the 10 count with Tulisa face down on the canvas.

Result: Azealia Banks knocked Tulisa Cotostavlos out in round 3.

That’s a second demonstration of the power of this young American. Who can live with her? She says she wants one of the Japanese girls next, with Reon Kadena already being talked about as her opponent.

Tulisa is eventually brought round, and Azealia is in her face, “You won’t get it tonight, biitch – but you will be visited by my boys, geddit?” Tulisa manages to mumble, “Uh-huh!” before she is helped from the ring by the medics.
