Veronica Mars Premiere Event

Before: Today's fight taking place after the eventful and exciting red carpet premiere at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California but before the Paley Fest 2014 Reunion Panel, which will sure to draw questions about this match-up. Of course, the questions will mainly be about the return of Veronica Mars, approximately seven years after the show was canceled, far too early in the eyes of many. It's been a whirlwind year for Kristen Bell after a wildly successful campaign on the fund raising site Kickstarter raised over $5.7 million dollars by fans of the show to bring the show back for the big screen, some closure and more time with the characters they love.

Many of those same fans are out here today at this event which is heavily pro Kristen Bell, but certainly plenty of fans for Ashley Tisdale as well. Fans are also here to see some of the stars of the show such as Jason Dohring, Percy Daggs III, Francis Capra, Ryan Hansen, Tina Majorino, Amanda Norret, Krysten Ritter and of course, the one and only Veronica Mars herself – Kristen Bell.

“Of course it's been an amazing years thanks to all these Marshmallows out there!” Kristen says with a smile, drawing a large cheer from those, “I was so focused on this movie rather than the ring last year, but now that I'm back in the spotlight, it's time for me to get back into the ring and get back to what I do best – terrorizing girls here at 110! Mishy, Nat and girls like Kirsten Dunst got a lot of us A-List celebrities together in the latter half of last year and said that we needed to clamp down on girls like Tisdale, Hudgens and the rest of these 'Disney Divas.' Today, I'm going to do just that and allow legit celebs to take center stage once more! It'll be a great night for Veronica Mars to solve that mystery, right?”

Ashley flashes her smile as she shakes her head a bit at Bell's words, “Of course, I'm not here to take the spotlight away from Kristen or take away from such a huge accomplishment from the fans at bringing back their beloved heroine back, but what I'm also not here to take is any crap from any of these allegedly “A-list” actresses. We all know there is a little coalition out there determined to keep us down, but we are going to break through. One way or another, these so-called 'serious' actresses are going to have to take us seriously. If it takes a beating during one of the biggest movie premieres of the year to do it, then so be it. We are far more than just Disney and that is going to be a lesson they'll learn one loss at a time!”

Both girls polite towards one another despite the heated rhetoric, smiling and nodding towards one another – touching gloves and stepping back as the fans cheer with excitement here on the beach. Kristen in bright pink bikini with small matching gloves and a fighting ponytail; Ashley looking bubbly in a baby blue bikini – with small matching gloves and a tight ponytail as well.

During R1: KBell bopping to her left outside - darting in and out: Ashley showing dukes-up sturdy blocking guard. Bell really stepping in the jab - pounding in between Ashley's mitts; stooping to spank tummy...good stiff scoring blows rattle Tisdale, though Ashley's taking it well.

R2: Both girls employing hopping footwork, darting in to exchange flurries, then separating. Leads to dizzying, hard-to-score encounters - mitts caroming off foreheads or shoulders as each clouts the other in turns. All even for two minutes, but down the stretch - KBell bob-slips under a Tisdale right, answers back the hot left hook to chin: head-swivel Tizzie, mouthpiece ejected and down she goes, knees corkscrewing into canvas! Blinking 8 count, Ashley T, then KBell pounces the pocket at ropes - ram-stamping the straight lead right to tummy; straightening up to hook at Tizzie's chin. Ashley sputtering on the spot, arms oustretched as Kristen belts away...downstairs/upstairs pummeling unhinges Tisdale's knees, putting her on all fours for the second knockdown just before bell!

R3: Ashley lumping up nicely, but composing herself - competing in hotly contested in-and-out exchanges as girls tidy one another up tic-tac-toe. Both women looking to stoop, touch the other to body, then double-tap her up top, varying the lead hands and combination patterns. Leads to spicy pasting-sessions all around the ring - bouncy little blondes circling, pouncing, withdrawing. Down the stretch, Kristen separates herself with that pumping jab - stepping in with it and really bouncing it off Tisdale's eye or pate with authority.

R4: Ashley T unpacks her own stiff jab, treating Krissy to an over-dose of her own medicine. Tisdale stepping in with poke off the shoulder, pounding left hands off Kristen's face - frequently buckling Bell's knees and causing her to withdraw before answering. Ashley aggressively pursuing any retreat - stooping to pound the straight right lead to Kristen's tummy before straightening up into a left/right head attack. Bell wilting before the fury of Ashley Unleashed: former champ reeling on her heels, hands up, palms out in almost panicky look, trying to ward off punches. Bell hurt again and again - curvy little legs hold her up, but she's cut in the mouth, blinking in wonder at a round that goes 10-8 Tizzie without a knockdown.

R5: FURIOUS flyweight tic-tac-toe as Tisdale strains to consolidate her brilliant fourth; Bell stives to cut the rally off at the knees. In and out, body/head - both girls just battering combinations against the other in a desperate bid for dominance. Hard to score or even see each individual shot, but down the stretch, Kristen appears to be getting the extra touch - frequently departing with a forget-me-not hook on Tisdale's stubborn chin as girls separate.

R6: TISDALE UNLEASHED! Ashley showing a furious puncher's pout...she hurls herself at Kristen's front, overwhelming the classy D and battering Bell into stumbling retreat. Kristen tempest-tossed, backpedaling, sputtering from face-spank; gasping from hard-poking straight rights to tummy or follow-on hooks to ribs. Tisdale pressing Bell all around the ring - Kristen organized enough to turn off ropes, but she can't muster offence...there's too much Ashley! Down the stretch, Tisdale's cascading combinations get to Krissy's knees, threatening knockdowns: Bell forced to clinch, hanging off Ashley's neck while Tisdale pumps extra right hands to tummy or hip until ref's break!

R7: Kristen gunshy - hurt last round, not wanting to trade anymore...she bounces round the ring, showing curvy leg as Tisdale rushes to chase her down. Bell extremely non-combative - just throwing the points away in order to get herself together. Ashley unable to bring guns to bear for any length of time, but she's the uncontested aggressor, racing after her blonde, trying to engage throughout.

R8: Bell attempts to renegotiate - leads to the same energetic in-and-out hop-and-pounce rhythm of earlier rounds. Zesty, pasting stuff - not a lot of firm contact as girls are just racing to put mitts on meat, but it's near constant activity. Little to choose until late when a trailing-hook from Tisdale carves across Krissy's ribs, buckling Bell's knees...Tizzie sees the stumble-step, immediately lashing a sidearm buggywhip right wide to flank; hooking Krissy's tits; trades stubby right hands to chin inside and KRISTEN SITS DOWN! Bell on her backside, looking up all tender and forlorn...Tisdale stomps angry-butt to neutral corner, bellowing like a little conqueror.

R9: Hot-tossing two way as Bell senses the fight slipping away...she engages toe-to-toe, increasing her already high output! Girls lay in cheek to cheek, lapping each other's guts hup-hup-hup! They bump-and-hook each other's breasts, then lean back in close with tidy-chopping rights to jaw. Girls scrub right uppercuts inside while laying in mouth-on-shoulder - each taking turns picking the other up stout. Brutal stuff reduces both girls to rags by the bell, but Krissy's done just a bit more for the points.

R10: Krissy pounces Tizzie at the outset - slap-chopping a right off Ashley's face; slap-chopping a left off pate; driving Ashley pell-mell to ropes. Tisdale sputtering, hands up palms-out to block...KRISSY'S POURING THROUGH THE DEFENCE! Bell hard-eyed, weight forward...she's pounding straight, palm-down right/lefts up the middle, pelting away on Tisdale's face...BUCKLING ASHLEY'S KNEES! Tisdale desperate to clinch, but she can't wrap up in the face of Kristen's jackhammer punching! Ashley sits in ropes, then stoops, reaching to tie up around Kristen's hips/thighs: Bell gets palms down onto Tizzie's shoulders, keeping butt-back to avoid the clinch, then BATTING wide, sidearm rights against Tisdale's exposed left flank. Sob of pain, Ashley T...she cringes back into ropes, drawing elbows in, showing face-in-gloves. KRISTEN'S ALL IN! Bell sensing her moment - weight on left (front) leg as she just WHIRLS the mitts to a helpless Ashley Tisdale! Ref can't let the pasting go on and on...he wedges-in to hug Tizzie to safety as Kristen Bell bounds away the TKO10 victrix!

After: Kristen pumps her fist into the air victoriously, beaming that megawatt smile of hers as she bounces around the ring, sliding outside to exchange high fives, handshakes and even fist bumps with the fans that she gives credit to her for her success. In a classy display, she also manages to deliver a hug to Ashley once she recovers, whispering her a few words of encouragement into her ear. Bell just firing on all cylinders in the final round tonight to pull out to the win as she takes a moment from socializing with fellow cast members and fans to address the press, “I mean, say what you will about her acting, but in the ring, Tizzy's legit – took me all I had to get her out of there in the tenth. Have a feeling it won't be easy as we might hope to get rid of those Disney girls...” as Veronica takes a moment to bestow a few kind words about her opponent, though that doesn't last much longer - “But, that's what makes me great, you know? I don't give up and I'm going to get back to the top! Do you know why? It's all about something Rob (Thomas) said the other day. It's that Veronica Mars has a superpower, which is something that I have in common with her – we don't care what anybody else thinks about us. And if anybody out there thinks they are going to stop me – guess what? They're wrong!” Looking at the cheering fans roaring their approval on the beach of Kristen Bell flexing her muscles, literally and figuratively, it appears that Veronica Mars might not be the only one with a successful (crime) fighting career resurrected here in 2014!
