Alesha Dixon finds herself in a new environement lately, instead of being the top draw on all BBU cards, she struggles to even keep the Beever's Babes leadership where along with Lisa Maffia she's been shafted to the back seat thanks to the emergence of Elizabeth Gillies and new signing Camilla Luddington. "I'm not fighting for scraps here in Belfast!", she tells Georgie Thompson but even the choice of her tonight's rival raises a couple of eyebrows. 

Nozomi Sasaki made a bold BBU debut last year fighting former champion Jessica Schwarz and has been targeted by the English singer to suggest another chapter of arch rivalry between Dixon and Schwarz is very much on the cards. Georgie thinks that Alesha only fights Nozomi to annoy the German actress and well, she's probably right!

Round 1:
All Dixon in the early stages, the veteran gives the newcomer no respite whatsoever and jabs at the body before swinging on the head; tags the temple and looks for more success as the Japanese girl's forced to weave around but unable to escape the striking distance. Alesha with heavy slaps on the ribs, staggers the model a bit and flicks a lightning quick hook on the cheek that snaps Nozomi's head and reels her onto the ropes. Dixon charging, buries more leather around the elbows but seeks facial damage too, swings on the temple, bends Sasaki to one side, goes for the follow up, bends Sasaki the other way and finds a good uppercut to sink the Asian on her knees before another jabbing on the midsection leaves Nozomi gasping for air at the bell.

Round 2:
Alesha's eyes glow with confidence early and she tries to intimidate the Asian model early again but misses a couple of jabs on the head and Nozomi finally gets off the mark and pummels through on the chest, gives Dixon some nice leather but fails to hurt the rack with her efforts as Dixon's seen it all in BBU and fires away over the top and nails Sasaki on the temple. Back to head-snapping blows and the Asian girl must step back as she loses the battle of sheer strenght, slaps Dixon's ribs but falls to a left/right combo on the temple again and as she moans in disappointement, Alesha slams her on the boobs, uppercuts the cleavage to send Nozomi butt-in-ropes late on and the Japanese model is forced to clinch the singer as Dixon digs more hooks on the ribs anyway to add more pain into Sasaki's facial expression.

Round 3:
Nozomi tries to stay with the pace of Alesha's attacks but the singer is just more accurate and slams the Asian's torso to force her onto the back foot before piercing her guard repeatedly through the opening minute which leaves Sasaki's face slightly swollen already and the intensity only picks up thereafter as Nozomi can't do much other than cover up and Dixon batters her towards the ropes where she digs more shots around the elbows and slices the arms aside... breast mauling follows as Dixon leans on her opponent and gives her rack no mercy, Asian girl squealing in pain but she's pushed onto the ropes and can't escape the trap; Dixon with heavy slaps around the liver, bends Nozomi to one side and cracks a left hook on the temple to finally SEND THE MODEL DOWN ON HER KNEES as the onslaught became too much to handle... Nozomi's back on her feet at six but almost wiping invisible tears from her eyes as Dixon follows up with more jabs on the cleavage; Sasaki raises her arms but gets torn apart anyway as Alesha punishes her cheeks and swings the black hair all over the model's neck and there's a nasty cut on the right cheek with Dixon pounding away to glory and leaving Nozomi on soft knees but running out of time to finish her off properly.

Round 4:
Nozomi's hurt and Alesha knows it best, teases the Belfast crowd with some confident gesture and has the Asian approaching her slowly, hands dropped to the side for the singer and there's a big smile on her face as she sets up the finish to this contest.. WRONG... a sudden leap from Nozomi beats the Dixon guard and the singer gets BELTED with a right hand on the eye to snap the head back in a flush before a left hook nails her on the jaw... Alesha trembles on the spot and the Asian warrior leans on her and buries a series of jabs on the rack to bend the singer forward, uppercut time for Sasaki who whips Dixon back again and pummels through from close range to connect with both cheeks but it's another uppercut on the jaw that follows suit and SENDS DIXON DOWN ON HER BACKSIDE... Huge upset this knockdown as Alesha had the model at her mercy but is forced to beat the count at six and still looks in utter shock as Nozomi lays into her again, pushes butt-in-ropes and pounds away at the ribcage; Dixon locks a clinch and prevents further damage but the ref refuses to separate the two women and Nozomi spikes Alesha's tummy to finally break the clinch, goes for more uppercuts on the chin but Dixon's guard withstands the onslaught and enables her to avoid more trouble in a truly shocking fourth round.

Round 5:
Sasaki's back from the dead? She leaps into another charge despite looking to be out on her feet few minutes ago but Dixon's experience is worth a pound or two as well, she ducks around the flying jabs before slamming the model's ribcage to stagger her in the middle of the ring; overhand follow up bounces off the nose and throws Nozomi off balance and even though Alesha was down in the previous round, she's still in good shape, pierces the cleavage with more close range assault and finds the uppercut on the jaw that spins Nozomi around and leaves her exposed to repeated punches on the face... DIXON POURS IN WITH FACIAL LEATHER... snaps Sasaki's head back & forth and there's no time to find the protection as Alesha hits the frenzy button and lands a heavy left/right combo on the jaw to break the Asian's resistance for good... Nozomi goes walkabout, stumbles onto the ropes and wraps her left arm around them to stay upright but on comes the singer. who nails her with a right hook on the jaw and shuts Nozomi's eyes, the knees give way first and it's a slow motion tumble for the model who's arm remains tangled into the ropes as the girl slides onto her knees before finally letting that arm go AND SASAKI HITS THE CANVAS FLAT ON HER FACE... ref starts the count but Nozomi's done for the night with all those punches to the head proving lethal... KO5 Alesha Dixon!!!

AFTER: A nice round of applause for the English girl who still looks upset though. That fourth round knockdown nearly shattered her fight plan and still, if Alesha wanted to make an impression over stablemates Gillies, Luddington or even Azaelia Banks, that wasn't the best way to do it. She still has that winning punch in her but gets caught in all kinds of bother too often and if a newcomer like Nozomi Sasaki could send her down for the count then most of the bantamweight divsion will be lining up to have a shot at Dixon and secure a valuable scalp on their records. In fact Georgie Thompson reports that Pilar Rubio has already signed up to fight Alesha next and since the Spanish vixen is Jessica Schwarz's stablemate there's every chance the German will try to crash Dixon's revival party sooner rather than later again.
