Everything riding on this fight. For both fighters, a chance to challenge Miranda Kerr for her elusive ACB Bantamweight Title, and perhaps a chance to position themselves as real BBU title contenders.

“I’ve got nothing to lose really. People have been writing me off every time I get into the ring. I’m not going to shy away from the fact that I lost 5 fights in poor fashion and struggled in my only win over a jobber who was on debut. But since then, the record speaks for itself. McCutcheon KO....Dowding KO....Ace Ventoura UD10....but how many times did I knock her down again?” as NatBass asks for some answers. “10....no....11. I put the former AWUBA legend and title holder on her back 11 times. So just keep on discarding me, I’m the underdog again tonight, won’t last 4 rounds they say....just keep on writing me off”.

Emily on the other hand remains tight lipped in her corner. We know the BBU rate her and the Imogen Thomas match up looks most likely. She has been touted as the only real chance to trouble Kerr and if she is on her game tonight then this is likely to end early. She has a record of breaking bones so NatBass had better watch out.

Round 1

Scott circling, almost circles the entire ring, pouty lips, breasts on show. One tight package, slightly side on, left ready to fire. NatBass circles with her, mirror like. Crowd waiting patiently. NatBass jabbing first to the breasts, crowd cheers, Emily jabs in time, grazing the ear and taking the hard boob shot. Close contact, quick exchanges, both timing shots to the cheers of the crowd. Title challengers in a mid ring battle. Elusiveness from NatBass, as she skirts away. Scott attacking, tracking her with the jab to the forehead as NatBass plants her feet and twists into tight left and right body shots. A couple of well timed jabs get through for Scott but it’s a very close round at the bell.

Round 2

Scott the aggressor, coming over the top of NatBass body shots, straight left and rights to the openings. It’s more of the same as the two battle it out, all about the timing. Scott’s body holding up, NatBass showing solid chin. If anything, Scott slowing a tad, NatBass onto it, hard right uppercut out of the crouch, finds jaw right under the ear, Scott skittles backwards, guard high. Slides back some more to ropes and NatBass skips in, ripping hooks at the ribcage, Scott fires jabs off the temples. Uppercuts to the breast from NatBass and the swimsuit model hates it. Big frown Scott, scrunches the nose and almost mouths “how could you”. Left right uppercut to Emily’s chin as she leans on NatBass, arms wrapped around her waist. They wrestle but Scott gets to midring as they separate. Scott sucking in the big ones, backing away, all high guard. Nothing but mid section for NatBass to go after and she damages that much photographed body to the bell.

Round 3

NatBass staying cautious, working that jab at the chest. Emily frustrated but answers back, doesn’t score, NatBass blocking well. Scott working hard behind a high guard, placing the jab out there, following NatBass around as she circles away from Scott. Great work NatBass, content to just hit the body hard, sometimes clipping the uppercut to great success. Scott showing plenty of leather to NatBass but she’s blocking well, her reddened forearms tell the story. Clever round from NatBass, takes it easily.

Round 4

NatBass changing it up a little now, coming forward more, much harder punches to the sternum and chest, tidy uppercut into the breast, catching the chin. Scott struggling with some of the power, sucking in air and less likely to time the return jabs. The power is still there though but she’s wasting it on forearms. NatBass blocking well and bashing the abs, really bruising and reddening Scott’s torso. Here’s another change up now, leaning away and popping the jab on the chin and nose. That’s got Emily backing away, real change in the fight, Scott to ropes, NatBass working hard at the chest, left right, oh HARD RIGHT HOOK to the cheek bone has Scott stomping in potholes to her corner! Left and right hooks to the body as Emily just hangs on at the bell.

Round 5

NatBass all in Emily’s face, powerful shots from strong legs as she steps in and drives left and rights through the wilting gloves. Scott can’t block it, still trying to counter the jabs but it isn’t working. NatBass just blocking and spanking the chest with one twos. Scott backing away, stuck in the corner now, taking leather to the abs and chest. NatBass just lights her up, left and right to the torso, CLIPS THE UPPERCUT to the chin and DOWN GOES EMILY SCOTT! Title challenger lifted off her feet slightly then sags on buckled legs into the corner. Big breathe in as she lies on her side. NatBass all starry eyed in the corner, smiles over towards Elle and Nikki, little fist pump by her side, slaps the thigh Sharapova like. She’s fresh as a daisy in comparison to Emily who is slowly up at 8. Dying seconds, NatBass has Emily stranded at the ropes, a torrent of punches raining down on the helpless blue eyed blonde, head bobbing about at the bell.

Round 6

NatBass in total control, fighting out of her skin at the moment against quality opponents. Scott slow out of her corner, wearing the gloved helmet, elbows tight over her breasts. NatBass shaking arms by her side, a little jog on the spot and then skips across the ring, one two stiff arms jabs straight at the protected face, Emily on planted feet, takes the hard shots on the gloves. And again from NatBass, Scott strong, defiant. NatBass shoulders twitching, swaying at the hips, stiff arms her again, one on the glove, the other grazing the ear. Scott leans away and takes a one two on the abs, then two solid uppercuts into the sternum. SHE’S HURT, backing away she finds the ropes and twists sideways, striding backward toward the corner. NatBass steps left to ropes, then switches right into a CLUBBING RIGHT HOOK across the ear. Emily gloved into the ropes, bounces back but finds NatBass waiting with a stiff right arm through the gloves, right on the mouth, head snaps back as her back slaps the corner, two hard body shots from NatBass, the second taking the wind out of her opponent, and she slides to her butt, DOWN GOES SCOTT! Bruising shot to the gut, Emily heaving, onto hands and knees and then up at 7. NatBass waiting midring as the ref calls them in. She slides in low and tight, Scott not sure what to protect, left to temple, right to ribs. Takes a hard left hook to the cheek, glove comes up, NatBass in close, swinging wildly at the exposed ribs and as the bell sounds Emily goes sliding down in the corner again.

Round 7

She’s becoming the knockdown queen, NatBass just toying with the favoured boxer. She coaxes Emily forward, younger girl looks afraid. Right eye swelling, split lip, cautiously circling wide around the ropes. NatBass precise with the jab, smacking that hard left onto her gloves. Emily is a shambles, swinging wildly at her evasive opponent. NatBass making her look silly. NatBass the ultimate fighter, tight guard, leaning and slipping wild blows, blocking everything. Slings a hard jab at the swelling eye, CUT! Emily reeling to the ropes, NatBass springing in, crouches low, crunching body shots, just taking what she pleases. Emily’s knees bending in under the barrage, another hard blow from NatBass as Emily’s arms cross over her abs and she drops to her knees. NatBass arms out to her side “OH COME ON!” she yells as tears roll down Emily’s eyes, cradling her beaten body. She’s sobbing! Crowd booing the fallen blonde, it gives her pride a kick and she gets to her feet. NatBass flashing in at the offer to fight, LEFT RIGHT LEFT across the cheeks and DOWN GOES EMILY for the 5th time in the fight. NatBass shaking her head in disgust as her opponent is slow to her knees. The ref starts the count but the bell sounds at 6 and she is allowed back to her corner.

Round 8

Wildetime corner alert to another towel incident, have it at the ready. NatBass not looking to end it quickly, shadow boxing in the corner while she waits for Emily to come out of hers. Scott screeching “just get this over with!”. Brutal blonde bouncing in, crashing haymakers into the swimsuit models flanks. Each blow sending shockwaves through the crowd, cracking shots! AND DOWN GOES EMILY! OH THIS IS INSANE! To her knees again but bounces straight back up, pure power putting her down. NatBass pacing the ring as she waits, ref calls her in. She’s in there banging Emily’s head back and forth as the younger girl covers up and slides back to her corner, Wildetime towel at the ready. NatBass just popping feathery jabs into her abs, tidy uppercuts to breast and chin. Scott finally slinging a jab which catches NatBass on the mouth but a well time HARD RIGHT HOOK takes her cheekbone and sends her spinning and catching herself on the top rope, solid kidney and rib shots from NatBass as she bashes away but the ref wrestles her out of there. That’s opened the cut and put a new one under the eye. Scott’s allowed to continue, practically running out of the corner and backward circling away from NatBass. She tracks her with the jab, Scott slipping and stumbling to her butt and DOWN SHE GOES AGAIN! The ref letting that one go as she slips on some of her own blood and tears! Calls for a towel to wipe it up, but the bell ends the round anyway. The Wildetime towel perhaps the only one that should be in the ring.

Round 9

It’s Ventoura all over again, 7 knockdowns in the fight and something tells us there is more to come. NatBass absolutely demolishing another accomplished fighter with her skill and power. Emily takes a hard left, knees gone already, she covers up again as the ref urges her to fight. NatBass all tall and bold, gloves at her chest, stiff arm jabs to the chest, working the cuts with crafty uppercuts and Emily’s eye is all but shut. Crunching left on the eye again, Scott’s knees bending in, left hook sends the head snapping sideways, ANOTHER LEFT JAB and DOWN GOES EMILY SCOTT! It would be a brave and stupid woman who gets up for more of this. Kerr/Bassingthwaighte pencilled in after the 5th and now the writings on the wall. Emily stupidly to her feet, eye closed up, fat lip. NatBass sliding in, just working the body again, treating Scott like a punching bag, getting plenty of training in this fight, practicing her jabs, uppercuts and hooks. Walking through reckless wild swinging from a beaten Emily Scott. The poor girl just bludgeoned from pillar to post as the body blows are too much and she is once again sitting in the corner, DOWN GOES SCOTT! At the bell.

Round 10

No question NatBass could finish her but she is making a huge statement, “finish me or else”. Nasty brutal beat down by the xFactor judge, tracking her battered foe with that sledgehammer jab to the face. Those tidy right hooks collected the closed eye, smashing shots into her body, squashing those ample breasts with swift uppercuts. Emily back on the ropes again, almost sitting there, OH LIFTED OFF HER FEET by a THUNDEROUS RIGHT UPPERCUT to the sternum, NatBass leans back into a SWIPING RIGHT HOOK across the closed eye and DOWN GOES EMILY SCOTT! “Stay down you silly girl” she says as she offers the crowd her signature runway walk and flexes her biceps at the ropes. Blonde on her feet at 6! All swaying and jelly like, face a battered mess. Cannot believe Wildetime are letting this happen, cannot believe the ref is letting this happen. NatBass in disbelief that the ref is calling her in. Ugly belting continues as the younger girl just stands there, leaning on the ropes, shoulders shrugged, forearms over her head, feet slapping on the canvas as NatBass just rains in. Training drill NatBass, sending her punching bag this way and that, before stepping away! Emily leaning off the ropes, stumbling forward, blood dripping down her front, mouth agape, head titled whilst trying to find Natalie with the good eye. Creeping forward, NatBass circling, waiting until she is mid ring. JAW SHATTERING UPPERCUT SENDS THE MOUTHGUARD FLYING, Emily lifted 4 inches off the canvas leaning backwards and twisting sideways before crashing to the mat, DOWN GOES EMILY SCOTT! “That magic number 11 again!” shouts NatBass to the crowd as the bell sounds and prevents an inevitable round 10 KO. WINNER BY UD10 and newly crowned 10 round stayer NATALIE BASSINGTHWAIGHTE!

HOLY HELL! Who is this woman? She needed the rest after her 10 round demolition of Zoe “Ace” Ventoura and the punters had called this one early, with no one expecting her to last 5 rounds. But she has two knockout wins and now two 10 round scintillating staying performances to her name. All of a sudden she is the challenger to Miranda Kerr when at the end of her 2012 campaign she was the BBU jobber! Emily Scott is no easy beat but she has been made to look that way tonight.

Sadly for Emily, she will join Zoe for an extended lay off after this one, with the medical report listing another broken jaw amongst a range of injuries sustained at the gloves of NatBass.

The jubilation in the corner of Downunder has not been seen since Danni knocked out Cheryl Cole at the inaugural Ashes.

“I think I have every right to say.......lookout Miranda Kerr”, she holds up the victory sign, “no that’s not for victory, I just haven’t got 11 fingers. 11 knockdowns!! That’s the magic number, 11 for Zoe, 11 for Emily. You should be running scared Supermum because 11 is the magic number. You will want to knock me down early because if it goes 10 rounds then I can assure the crowd you are going to hit the canvas over and over again!!”

Big threats from this rejuvenated ACB Bantamweight Title contender. Kerr sits in the Downunder box and looks on with her usual sweet smiling face but there would have to be worry behind those eyes.

All the worry is with Emily Scott who has been carted away in similar fashion to Naomi Watts and Penny Higgs. Wildetime must be regretting that they let that go on and one can only assume they underestimated Natalie’s ability to go 10 rounds and perhaps they thought Emily could put one on her

In the aftermath, Natalie quickly showered and changed and was back out in the crowd signing autographs, some fans saying she looked so fresh she could go another 10.
