BEFORE:

"Feels good to get back into the ring," says a smiling Lis. "And to get back here to Asylum. Now, all that's left is to leave the same way I did last time, with a win."

"Rohm is very good," says Daniela with a nod. "She's strong, quick, tough, and very smart. Beating her isn't going to be an easy job, but it's a job I'm going to get done."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Ride of the Valkyrie' booming through the arena, and that can only herald the arrival of the FCBA's own Valkyrie, blonde German beauty Lis Rohm of the Bazz Fight Club..."

McCarthy: "This Bazz stable is going to start growing on me a little if it keeps whipping Weirdo and his Dancing Hookers. Bazz has now won four in a row here at Asylum..."

Cassie: "Correction. THREE in a row. As I said last month, there WAS no Bazz fighter atAsylum despite the claims of Brenda Song, whose breath smells like the hold of a trawler on a hundred degree day..."

McCarthy: "Correction. SOME members of the Bazz stable may start to grow on me..."

O'Dell: "Rohm into the ring and helped off with the robe by the Bazz corner to reveal a sea foam green bikini that shows off a body that makes it hard to believe she celebrated her 41st birthday back in April..."

Cassie: "But, she did. I was at the party. It was great. Neve did her ventriloquism act...the one where she uses the blow up doll to stand in for Mac..."

McCarthy: "She WHAT? I sent a seed and desist order! I'LL SUE..."

Tess: "A SEED and..."

O'Dell: "Now, calm down, Mac, and listen to 'Nothing Else Matters' by Metallica, which can only mean that 'The Portuguese Princess', Daniela Ruah, is headed to the ring!"

McCarthy: "If she does as well as the Portuguese team did at the World Cup, this fight will be over in NO time..."

O'Dell: "Ruah down the aisle and into the ring. Helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that baby blue two-piece she likes, and we're about ready. Let's get some picks. Tess favors Daniela. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Like I said, this Bazz stable has Weirdo's number. I like Rohm to make it five in a row!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "It will be FOUR in a row when Rohmmy wins. It won't be easy, but Lis will get it done."

O'Dell: "We have a split panel. Let's see who's right. First round begins with Daniela immediately to the left hand. Ruah BANGING out that heavy left..."

Tess: "The 'Front Street Jab'..."

McCarthy: "Again. It's a JAB. Almost every fighter HAS one..."

O'Dell(sighing): "Ruah keeping Rohm at bay with the left hand. Landing it consistently. Lis may be a little rusty here, Cassie..."

Cassie: "It's been awhile since she's been in the ring, and, you can train all you want, there's no substitute for live, competitive action. Rust may be a factor, but, if I know Lis, it won't be for long."

O'Dell: "Ruah not pushing the pace, just controlling with the left, dropping in follow up rights. Rohm doing some countering, but she's a beat late and a step off, again, almost certainly due to rust."

McCarthy: "Ruah kind of feeling Rohm out here, and I think that's a mistake. When you have a girl who hasn't been in the ring since 2012, get ON her and try to take her out of there before the rust flakes off."

O'Dell: "That doesn't appear to be the game plan, however, as Daniela continues to box at range, scoring points with both hands right to the bell for a shutout first."

McCarthy: "So Ruah has a 10-9 lead, but she should have tried for something bigger, and she's going to regret not doing that."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second round begins with Ruah again working behind the jab. Rohm, however, moving better now, side stepping and countering, swinging over to the offensive with a nice combination."

Cassie: "THAT'S Rohmmy. All that smooth movement. Head moving, feet moving, hands snapping out and back before you can counter."

O'Dell: "Ruah missing more this round as Rohm slips and picks off the jab, fouling the sights. Daniela now moving more herself, looking to match footwork, get the left back on line."

Tess: "Little bit of a chess game going on in there, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Rohm a very slick, smart fighter. It didn't take her long to adjust to what Ruah was doing."

O'Dell: "And Daniela adjusting herself, getting square and getting off in the second half of this round. Ruah back to the offensive, forcing Rohm back to the counter. Ruah landing some solid right hands in these exchanges, slowly taking control back from Lis, and, as we come down the stretch, Daniela backing Rohm up with a good combination. Lis a nice left-hand counter and there's the bell. Closer round, but Ruah rallied to take it."

Tess: "And she's got a 20-18 lead. But, there's a long way to go."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round begins with Ruah again pushing the pace, but Rohm a lot harder to square up this stanza. Lis slipping and dipping, angling, becoming awfully hard to find."

Cassie: "This is vintage Rohmmy! Jab steps, slide steps, drop steps, head moving, hands moving, all angles. Ruah missing. Not by much, but missing, and opening herself up for counters."

O'Dell: "And Rohm taking full advantage of those openings to the point that she's forcing Ruah onto the defensive. Lis putting punches together well now, landing in twos and threes, and it's now Dani who's forced to counter."

McCarthy: "This is good stuff from Rohm. The rust is off and she's getting into rhythm now, every punch and every move flowing from the last. This is why I said Ruah should have jumped all over her early. Too late now."

O'Dell: "Rohm snapping that left home, ducking a right-hand counter, sliding, hooking body, picking off a left, then banging home a nice combination. Ruah answers with a good right, but Rohm flurries again, landing a solid left in there. Lis in control as we head down the stretch, scoring with both hands to the bell."

Tess: "Rohm wins her first round and cuts Ruah's lead in half. 29-28 now for Daniela."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth round starts with more slickness from Rohm. Lis showing excellent footwork and hand movement, frustrating Ruah's offense, but Dani responding by turning up the heat. Ruah firing away from range, willing to eat counters in response, backing Rohm up now with a big flurry! Good right hand in response from Rohm AND DOWN SHE GOES! Ruah an overhand right and Rohm dropped to hands and knees!"

McCarthy: "Caught her pretty good with it, Jenny! Don't know if Rohm's getting up..."

Cassie: "She'll get up!"

O'Dell: "Count at three. Four. Five. Six. And Rohm to her feet at seven. Referee going to give her the mandatory and he waives Ruah forward. Daniela's all in now, Mac, backing the blonde into the ropes with a barrage of leather. Rohm covering up, trying to run some clock here while she gets her legs back..."

Tess: "Lot of clock to run. Still about 90 seconds to go..."

O'Dell: "Rohm showing good head and shoulder movement, keeping the guard high and tight, countering in spots as Ruah looks for the off button AND FINDS IT! DOWN GOES ROHM!"

McCarthy: "Right hook off the straight left. Snuck that in behind the glove."

O'Dell: "Rohm slides down the ropes and ends up on her back, left arm hooked over the bottom rope. Ruah to a neutral corner. Count at four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's over! And your winner by KO4 is 'The Portuguese Princess', Daniela Ruah!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I've got our winner, Daniela Ruah, and Dani, big win for you..."

Daniela: "Absolutely, Tess. She's very good, and you saw that. She's very slick. She can hit. And she's in great shape. She's going to beat most lightweights most nights. But, I'm not most lightweights."

Tess: "What's next for you? More fights at light or some more work at welter?"

Daniela: "Up to the front office. Doesn't matter to me. I'm quick and physical enough for either weight. Just tell me if I need to make 130 and ring the bell."
