How much of a slippery slope is Lisa Maffia on at the moment? She was well beaten by Una Healy in her last fight, and is beginning to be regarded as a fairly easy opponent these days, with girls queueing up to try their luck against the former double BBU champion.

This fight is one which Liz McClarnon would not have wanted when Lisa was in her pomp – but now? Well, she’s confident, and looking forward to it.

Of course, Lisa will never admit that her powers have diminished, and she’s openly warned Liz that she intends to cut her face up before knocking her out.

Liz is first into the ring, looking good in her red bikini, gloves and boots, with Lisa as sexy as ever in her black leather corset, knickers, gloves and boots.

Once again, Andrea McLean is snuggled up next to rival manager Frankie Cocozza, taking little interest as the fight begins.

Round 1

Lisa’s come off her stool looking very aggressive, and she’s clipping Liz with punches from either hand, the blonde girl not looking good as she gets pinged backwards with a left then a right, her face already starting to show a few marks around her eyes as Lisa seems to want to finish this fight quickly. Liz clinches to stop the onslaught, but Lisa drills a good one into her midriff, and follows with an attempted uppercut, but Liz sways clear, and bats an off balance Lisa with three right hooks, the brunette shocked, fighting back, but missing with her own hook, and she eats a combo from Liz, who grins broadly, despite losing the round.

Round 2

Liz is looking good as the round opens, takes a good right jab from Lisa, but she works around her nicely, on her toes, loosing off a couple of jab, Lisa clinching, wanting to brawl. The referee parts the girls, and it’s Liz who comes back better, working on Lisa’s body, trying to sap her strength now, aware that the former champion has a good punch if she has room to use it. But Liz keeps busy, and she’s not allowing Lisa to get off the ropes as she rips into her ribs and flanks, the older girl not looking very happy now, clinching again, and Liz maybe hit her low as well there, as Lisa slumps a little, too proud to complain, but that hurt her, and Liz wins that round.

Round 3

Liz wants to give Lisa another bodybeating, but Lisa’s more mobile, and she jabs and moves well, hurts Liz with a right hook to the jaw, and she’s giving Liz a lesson as she punishes her with heavy punches to her face, and the blonde has no option but to fall into Lisa’s trap as the brunette’s forcing Liz to trade, dominating her, and starting to give her the beating she promised, getting home with a pair of heavy crosses to Liz’s face, the blonde still looking for Lisa’s body, but the brunette can’t miss at this stage with her left, and Liz is now showing some bruising to her right cheek, but she starts to tire as the round draws to a close, and in the final seconds Liz cracks home an uppercut to her jaw, and finishes the third in style as she hooks Lisa to the left and to the right - Lisa wins the round, but she looks short of breath as it ends.

Round 4

Liz again starts on Lisa’s body, and this time she’s got the speed with her glovework, and, with Lisa looking slow in the opening minute, she’s beginning to rough her up inside, possibly landing low again, Lisa letting out a low moan as she gets hit in her crotch, the referee seemingly unaware of that foul, Liz’s fans cheering her on as she lqndes a left then a right hook on Lisa’s tits, the brunette not really offering much back in this round, with Liz now pushing her backwards, and she’s catching her with some good punches to the body again, Lisa looking tired out as she tries to jab Liz, the blonde dodging those shots as the Londoner looks more and more ragged in this round, Liz winning it, and looking good, even though she may be getting some help from a co-operative referee.

Round 5

Lisa’s come off her stool looking to fight, and she’s found her quite easily, landing a left and a right hook to the blonde girl’s face. Liz retreats, takes another right hand to her cheek, but now she’s working her way back, and she thuds a left hook into Lisa’s liver – that’s hurt the older singer and sent her into retreat, Lisa now backing into the ropes, where Liz eases into action again, unloading with both hands again, and she’s hurting Lisa to the body with these punches, the brunette agin struggling to defend herself as Liz just works her over on the ropes, Lisa clinching, but Liz pushes her back, gives her some more work to her midsection, ending the round with a cruel assault on Lisa’s boobs, the once proud Beevers Babe looking a shadow of her former self as Liz wins another round.

Round 6

Lisa hasn’t really got out of her corner before Liz hits her for the first time, another savage left hook to her liver, which has the brunette struggling again. Lisa’s trying to clinch, but she seems to have been drained of her strength, and it’s not getting any easier for her as Liz whups another left into her midriff, and another, Lisa grunting and gasping, Liz now asking her, “Had enough? Or want some more?” She doesn’t wait for a response, but gives Lisa a left to the ribs, a right to the flank, and now a right and a left to the face, and she’s floored Lisa with those punches, the groaning girl on her feet at 7, but Liz smiles, licks her lips, and now she gives Lisa a hard, two fisted beating, keeping her on the ropes, banging hurtful punches into the former champion’s face, shutting her left eye as she creams three right hooks in a row on it, Lisa bravely taking her punishment as Liz wins a massive round.

Round 7

Lisa looks slow, and she’s struggling with only having one eye working properly – Liz isn’t showing any mercy either, unloads, once, twice, three times, and Lisa hits the floor, briefly on her back, sitting, then on her feet at 6. But Liz swarms over her, rips punches in to her body, Lisa squealing a little, Liz ripping in a right hook to her jaw, and that’s dropped Lisa again, the brunette sprawled on her side, pushing herself upright and onto her feet at 7 this time, the referee looking like he might stop this – but Liz wants to finish the job herself, smacks another combination of hooks and crosses on Lisa’s face, and puts her down again! Lisa gets to her knees, and she’s on her feet again – at 8 this time, but her legs have gone, and the referee calls a halt – she’s been put down three times in the round anyway.

Result: Liz McClarnon stopped Lisa Maffia in round 7

That was quite possibly the worst defeat Lisa has suffered – beaten up by a girl considered until recently to be a jobber, and Liz is collecting her from her stool, puts her over her knee, and spanks her butt, cheered on by her fans.
