CELEBRITY BOXING AFTER DARK

(Beever's Babes USA vs Pretty Little Punchers, Inc.)

Lizzie Gillies looked good beating Eloise Mumford, but Shay Mitchell is a better fighter and a harder puncher than Eloise, and will start as a warm favourite tonight, despite her recent dreadful record.

Shay looks ready for this fight, the 27 year old Canadian girl in a baby blue bikini and gloves, with navy blue boots, Lizzie’s nubile 21 year old body clad in a black bikini, and she’s wearing matching gloves and boots, the kid looking venomous tonight.

Round 1

Lizzie’s come out of her corner looking for Shay, and the kid’s a swift mover, quick on her feet, swaying away from Shay’s punches, and smacking in her own shots, lighting Shay up with a sharp right hook really early in the opening round, and she’s shocking the older girl at the moment, her gloves are fast, and she’s outpacing and outpunching Shay, gives her a smart little one-two, the Canadian girl wheeling backwards, and Lizzie cuffs her jaw with a right hook, and as the round draws to a close, Shay looks poor, maybe a little underprepared for the rookie, as Lizzie gives her some more good shots, landing a sweet left in her mouth, plus a right hook over the top to her cheekbone, the younger girl taking control of this fight already, sneering at Shay, and promising her, “There’s more of that to come, Mitch – plenty more!”.

Round 2

Lizzie’s piling the pressure onto Shay right from the start, getting on top of the older girl early again, and she hits her with a good right hook, sending her backwards already. With fire in her eyes, Lizzie gives Shay some more, but Shay’s hitting back this time, and the girls blast at each other in the centre of the ring, a swift and savage trade, both girls landing, both girls taking, their heads must be ringing after the shots they took, but Lizzie’s won that little battle, giving Shay more verbal abuse, “You’re nothing! Just a stepping stone for me to squash!” with Shay having to retreat and cover, the youngster coming after her, whipping in a couple of uppercuts, to try to really sort Shay out, but she gets tagged as Shay fights back, the older girl backed to the ropes and dangerous, her right and left gloves smacking into Lizzie’s face as the kid stays too close at the end of the round, a round she’s won, but Shay’s success in the latter stages will be encouraging her, and she’s looking cool as she goes back to her corner.

Round 3

Buoyed by her success at the close of the second round, Shay’s looking a better fighter now, and she uses her experience to move Lizzie about the ring, not really trying to give the rookie a beating content to land her jab in the kid’s face, getting g in close enough to whisper, “Let’s see if you can take your medicine like a good girl, shall we?” as she hits her to the body. Lizzie can’t find her rhythm in this round as Shay starts getting her jab home some more, beginning to redden Lizzie’s features, but she stands her ground, and the girls swap punches, Lizzie cracking home her right hook, Shay smacking the younger girl with a good combination, but Lizzie wins that little trade, her punches also starting to leave their mark on Shay’s face, but as she starts to pursue Shay across the ring she looks less assured, and Shay whips a left hook to Lizzie’s ribs, which hurts her, and she grins, “Not running your mouth now, eh”

Round 4

Having tested each other out, the girls are standing off a little more now, Lizzie goading, “C’mon, Mitchell, let’s fight!” but Shay’s still jabbing away, and although Lizzie can take those jabs, she needs to take better care, the kid still rushing in, looking for big punches, and she gets past Shay’s defence twice with her right hook, the older girl’s head snapping backwards, and she clinches, Lizzie mouthing off again, “Gotcha again, loser!” but as the referee parts the girls, Shay bangs Lizzie in the mouth with a right and a left, and now Lizzie has to step back, looks less certain as Shay bangs her to the ribs, her jab again finding Lizzie’s face. Shay’s starting to try for a more telling punch, but Lizzie fights back, and again she has Shay retreating, backing into the ropes, but this time when Lizzie gets in closer, they trade punches again, and this time Shay comes off better, her left cross drilling through Lizzie’s defence, the older girl looking pleased with herself.

Round 5

Lizzie comes out bristling aggression again, and she’s working her way towards Shay’s body with some good punches, the older girl not backing off, though, beginning to look like she believes she can beat this rookie, stands and trades punches with her, Lizzie having to concede ringspace, Shay’s left hook whipping into her face twice in quick succession, sending her backwards to the ropes, Lizzie looking confused as Shay wears her down, hurting her with some hard, accurate punches to her body, and, with the rookie’s arms tiring, gloves dropping, Shay switches her attack up a couple of feet, and now she’s batting Lizzie’s face about, the girl staggering sideways, Shay barking at her, “Now you’re mine!” as she smacks Lizzie hard with a right hook this time, the youngster quiet now, ending the round staggering, her nose bloodied by Shay’s accurate hitting.

Round 6

Shay’s strutting and strolling, wanting Lizzie to come in and mix it up with her, but Lizzie’s less aggressive at this stage, needing to calm herself down after the hammering she took in the 5th, but she can’t help herself, swings and misses, and now she takes a couple of good shots, Shay dominating her in the opening part of this round now, thudding a heavy blow into Lizzie’s belly, Getting in close, telling her, “Now it’s showtime!” but as Shay steps off to find the room to hit Lizzie with a bigger punch, the kid fights back, lands a solid right hook, and follows up, hitting and hurting Shay with two punches to her face, pushing her back, Shay backed into the ropes, with Lizzie standing off, Shay defending hard, but taking shots, Lizzie mouthing back, “Sure – it’s showtime!”

Round 7

Lizzie’s back in her routine of slamming sweeping punches into Shay, the girl seeming to have found a second wind here, and Shay isn’t making any progress, tries her right jab, but she gets tagged as Lizzie whizzes a left into her midsection, and follows that with her right hook to Shay’s cheek, putting the older girl backwards and onto those ropes again, hitting Shay first to the body, then the head, landing another great right hook, a punch which is lumping up Shay’s cheek, Lizzie grinning, “This is where I put you away, loser!” as she staggers her with a good combination to the head, three more right hand punches smashing onto Shay’s bruised cheek, the older girl again punching back, before getting nailed with a left to the midsection, Shay flustered, again taking shots as the bell rings, Lizzie sneering, “Show some fight, tramp!”

Round 8

Ever confident to the point of arrogance, Lizzie’s taking the fight to Shay again, pushing her back, trying to knock the older girl’s head off straight away as she banks over a right hook, but Shay sways away from that shot, fights her way off the ropes as she lands a good right to her ribs, and a left to her cheek, and that’s hurt Lizzie, as does the next punch, a jarring right uppercut, Lizzie’s legs shuddering as Shay pushes her to a neutral corner with solid bodypunching, and, muttering under her breath, “I just so wanna hurt you!” she works Lizzie over, the kid unable to stop the punches from tearing into her as Shay weakens her with some clubbing punches to her body, Lizzie trying to cover, keeping her arms in tight, Shay punishing her by giving her a couple of tasty uppercuts to close out the round, Lizzie bleeding from her nose again, her right eye beginning to close, and her cornermen will need to work on her between rounds to sort that out.

Round 9

Despite the fact that she must be exhausted, Lizzie comes out strong again, and she lands a cracking little combination to Shay’s jaw, twisting the older girl’s head sideways, panting, “I’ve got you!” as Shay clinches, Lizzie smacking home a good left cross to her mouth, but that’s looking like a last desperate effort, Shay ripping her to the midsection, left, right, left again, turning Lizzie round, her guard dropping, and Shay floors her, her left hook crashing into the kid’s face, knocking her to the floor for the first time. The proud Lizzie gets up again, takes her 8 count, but Shay’s got her where she wants her now, sends her backwards with that cuffing uppercut of hers, and finishes her off clinically, knocking Lizzie down and out with another left hook, the kid’s eyes glazed as she lays motionless on the canvas.

Result: Shay Mitchell knocked out Elizabeth Gillies in round 9.

Maybe Shay put Lizzie in her place in the end, but the kid put up a great fight, and was ahead on the scorecards after 7 rounds. She’ll recover from this defeat and come back a better fighter – but for now, Shay’s standing in her corner, with Troian Bellisario and Sasha Pieterse telling her, “You gotta do it, Shay! She needs to learn!”

Shay strides across the ring, Lizzie’s entourage separating, and Shay glares at Lizzie, “Time to take a little walk, biitch!” She hauls Lizzie off her stool, wraps an arm around her, then grabs her wrist and turns it up her back in a hammerlock, before starting her on a nice, slow walk of shame around the ring, giving fightfans plenty of photo opportunities, before releasing her arm for the last stretch, slapping the palm of her hand across Lizzie’s butt to leave her with a couple of fine handprints, and she turns Lizzie around, glares into her face from a couple of inches, and tells her, “You ever diss me or any of my friends, and I’ll work you over so bad, you’ll wish you’d never been born, biitch!” before pushing the youngster to the canvas and strutting out of the ring.
