Before: “I’m taking this fight because Brooke Langton is the third best fighter I this division,” says Eliza in pre-fight. “Britney’s fighting Tara Reid—what does that tell you?” Dushku’s point well taken--Langton a bad risk reward scenario for anyone—many on fact accuse Ultimate Gym of signing her up just to protect Kelly Hu from open competition. Rust could be a factor—Brooke hasn’t had a fight since brawls with Kari Wuhrer and Jamie Pressly 18 months ago—Dushku a pretty sharp customer to be making a comeback against. Eliza in red leather bikini, Brooke in navy bikini, sports bra style top.

During R1: Langton matching Dushku pivot for pivot—Eliza darting in, trying to drop her fists over Brooke’s guard—Langton in a wide stance, right hand at her cheek, left pumping out jabs, just trying to keep Dushku in front of her. Eliza making the fight for the most part, but down the stretch, Brooke bending in screeching right crosses off her stick manages to scorch Dushku between the eyes—brunette steps in a pothole and stumbles away hurt to the ropes! Langton hopping in, tapping the timing jab and ROCKING Dushku a vicious right uppercut, sitting Eliza helplessly in the ropes, HARD left hook, another right uppercut—Dushku limp and swooning at the bell as Langton is bodied back, Brooke steals an Eliza round and has her out on her feet at the bell!

R2: Dushku still shaken, skirting the perimeter, trying to get her legs back. Langton on the hunt, smoothly walking Eliza down, reeling her in with the jab, then drilling away with whistling right crosses, banging, tight left hooks. Dushku rolling with punches well, but not offering back—she’s battered pillar to post along the ropes as Brooke keeps up the heat.

R3: Dushku swelling up around the left eye—it’s a fight. Eliza gets her legs back, doesn’t panic—she’s dipping down into Brooke’s stomach with the jab, pivoting left, slipping in under the brunette’s shocking right. By the midway point, Eliza’s getting the hook in around Brooke’s right wrist—Langton discouraged from throwing rights as brazenly as she had been. Down the stretch, brisk, bang bang trade as the women take turns raking each other’s defences with sharp combinations. Eliza on the board—good work rate, pressure had Langton on the defensive for the most apart.

R4: Brooke starting fast, jabs opening up Eliza for another clanging right hand on the eye, but Dushku takes it well. Eliza starting to put’em together off her jab, beating Langton to short right hands I close, leaning onto the back foot to beat Brooke to the hook, then leaning onto the front foot to work the body with digging left hands in the ribs. Brooke backing out, hands drooping as she takes a ragged breath—Eliza’s getting to her. Final minute, Dushku mopping up—she’s hounding Langton to the ropes, showing her threat jamming Barerra straight right, then laying in the baseball bat hook to the liver.

R5: Eliza d in her zone, outjabbing Langton, backing her up with those stabbing straight rights and marauding to the body with savage hooks. Brooke to the ropes, covering up in trouble—turning her body as E beats obliques. Dushku working machine like suddenly goes into overdrive—vicious, torquing lefts and rights sail into Brooke, beat down the defence and get that head jerking back and forth! Langton caught cold, put wobbly and shredded as the fists just keep coming and the REF JUMPS IN! Eliza grinning, modding as she pumps her fists—Brooke Langton busted up, senseless at the ropes as the ref cradles her against further hurt. TKO5 Eliza Dushku.

After: Devastating performance—simple as that. Langton  able to get Eliza and hurt her badly in the first-=-Dushku shakes it off, breaks Brooke down with crunching body work and deadly combinations until the stoppage, Terrific stay-busy type fight for Eliza as she makes one of the most feared gatekeepers in the game look ordinary, not to mention punished.
