Elizabeth Gillies (Beevers Babes USA) v Caity Lotz (Lookout! Boxing)

Before: These two young girls, Lizzie (21) and Caity (28) are both ambitious, and both keen to score a victory in this match, which could well begin a long rivalry.

Lizzie’s first into the ring in a black corset and scarlet microskirt, with black gloves and boots, Caity possibly shading the ‘beauty contest’ in her tight baby blue bikini, gloves and boots.

Round 1

Both girls have started this fight quickly, with Lizzie landing a pair of crisp jabs on Caity, knocking the blonde girl backwards, showing what she can do in the opening minute, but now Caity hits back, and she’s got really quick hands, landing some sharp punches on Lizzie’s face now, and making the younger girl cover up, the brunette not looking too cocky as she tries to stop this onslaught, Caity looking like she’s ready to take the kid apart really quickly tonight, lifting Lizzie’s head up from her crouching guard with a left uppercut, and she gives the girl some rough punishment to the body as she has her trapped in a neutral corner, Caity really unloading on a gasping Lizzie gillies, to win that opening round by a wide margin.

Round 2

Lizzie needs to up her workrate to get into this fight, but Caity’s giving her a little lesson again now, following some smart left jabs in with solid right hooks, Lizzie again covering, but having to take punishment to her body, clinching this time around though, and cheekily whipping a right hook over the top of Caity’s guard as soon as the referee gets the girls reset, that punch making the blonde retreat – but not for long, Caity getting her jab past Lizzie’s defensive gloves again, finding her face and sending the younger girl backwards, Lizzie again picking up some punishment around her ribs and midsection, Caity bringing another solid round to a close by batting Lizzie’s head left then right, leaving her in no doubt who’s in charge in this fight.

Round 3

It’s Caity who starts out landing punches, looking to build on her early superiority, and she’s beginning to hurt Lizzie with her left hook, the brunette beginning to mark around her right eye, but she’s fighting back hard, and sends Caity back to the ropes with a clubbing pair of head punches, the blonde girl’s eyes a little glassy as she gets hit again, but she clinches and holds, keeping Lizzie in check for long enough to clear her head, the referee a little slow to pry the girls apart. Once he does, though, Caity’s back and boxing well, snapping jabs into Lizzie’s face, her cheeks pink with frustration and the constant friction from Caity’s gloves, with the blonde girl racking up a lead in this fight now.

Round 4

Caity’s beginning to embarrass Lizzie now, outpacing her with her sharp punches, and skipping around her, Lizzie missing with an intended left hook to the head, then eating a pair of jabs, Caity coming in closer to rap punches to the younger girl’s body, but that’s her first mistake of the fight, because Lizzie expected her to do just that, and she’s landing punches at last, good ones, too, snapping the blonde’s head backwards, then to the left as she gets a hard right hook home on her cheek, Caity staggering backwards, covering up well, though, frustrating the brunette, but she’s looking calm, taking her time to get some neat shots landing around Caity’s face where she can, taking a round back off the older girl.

Round 5

Now Lizzie’s looking like she’s getting into the fight, pressing Caity backwards from the opening bell, and she sweeps a left hook across the blonde girl’s lips, which has her in trouble straight away, although she again fights back at Lizzie, clubbing a good left hook into her body, keeping her quiet in close, but once the referee has the girls separated again, it’s Lizzie who lands her punches first, hitting Caity flush on the jaw with a right hook, staggering her, but not quite enough to put her down, which seems to shock Lizzie, the brunette clearly expecting the blonde to go down from that shot, and she’s not ready when Caity fires back at her, clipping her with a swift one-two before she gets back on top, landing a clubbing right again, Caity looking shaken up at the bell.

Round 6

Caity’s looking like she’s ready to get back into Lizzie, but the brunette’s moving better than she is now, and she gives the blonde a pair of hefty hooks to her face, switches down to punish her body, and finishes a good spell with a left hook to Caity’s ear, the older girl in trouble, backing away, and getting picked off by a confident, snarling Lizzie Gillies, who now starts looking for a finishing punch, ripping a couple of uppercuts towards Caity’s chin, the canny blonde partly blocking them, but enough leather landed to disturb her, and she drifts across the ring, takes a solid left, and a right, her face sporting a little lump on her left cheekbone, Lizzie again hurting her in the closing seconds with a bruising three punch combination, the fight now leveled out, but Lizzie’s on top of Caity, looking for the win.

Round 7

Lizzie’s right there in Caity’s face, and she gives her a good left jab, right cross combination, gets inside the blonde girl’s guard again, but finds that Caity is far from finished, the blonde girl rapping three left hooks into Lizzie’s midriff, and that’s enough to discourage her from trading punches, the younger girl having to clinch to stop Caity from giving her too much there, and the referee breaks the girls up. Back comes Lizzie, though, whipping a right hook into Caity’s jaw, the older girl having to stand off, defends herself against Lizzie’s renewed attack, and ends the round in good shape, thudding another left into her body, and another, pinging her with a right to the jaw, and it’s Lizzie in trouble as the round ends, Caity sneaking back in front in this fight.

Round 8

Caity’s taking the early part of this round, on her toes again, and peppering Lizzie’s face with some sharp punching, the brunette dribbling blood from her nose as she takes some punishment here, not looking happy, and Caity gives her a good right hook to the body, closes in, looking to put the kid away maybe? But Lizzie’s tough, and she doesn’t go to the floor easily, and as she eats a great right cross, she still gives Caity a right and a left, another right, and that’s wobbled Caity’s legs, the blonde’s knees shaky now as she slips backwards towards the ropes, covering her body well as the younger girl starts unloading good punches to her body, taking the advantage back from the blonde girl, and she rips a right hook into her face again just before the bell, once again levelling the fight.

Round 9

The girls are blowing hard, but Caity’s starting the round strongly, and she lands a neat left, right combination on Lizzie, forcing the brunette back towards the ropes – but not far enough back, because Lizzie has the room to turn Caity around, and she unloads her own punches, a right hook then a left, both landing in Caity’s face, and the blonde clinches, looking a little groggy there. The referee pries the girls apart, and Caity lands a right to Lizzie’s jaw, only for the brunette to hit back, swatting her with a right to the jaw, following with two lefts to her body, Caity hurt and static, Lizzie pinging her with another right hook, and this time Caity’s legs can’t hold her, and she’s down, rolls over, and pushes herself up again to her feet by 6, Lizzie again surprised by her resilience, tries to land again, but can’t get her punches past Caity’s defensive gloves, and the blonde survives the round – but Lizzie’s in front for the first time in this fight.

Round 10

Caity needs a knockdown in this final round, but this looks unlikely as Lizzie rips into her, the brunette thudding her right hook onto Caity’s swollen left cheek, and now she opens her up with a left to the ribs, and another to the jaw, Caity staggering backwards and into the ropes. Can Lizzie finish her off? Not yet – because the blonde resists her next right, and punches her way out of trouble, sweeping desperate punches into Lizzie’s face, the younger girl now looking more tired than she is, and Caity hits her to the ribs with a good left, Lizzie clinching, hanging on in there, with the referee parting the girls, and Caity’s still going for this, so keen to beat Lizzie, landing a left, and a right, Lizzie flagging, gets nailed with an uppercut, arms flailing, flapping as she gets sent back to the ropes, Caity running out of time, but she’s still pumping her gloves into Lizzie’s face, the girl seeping blood from her nose and a cut over her right eye, but she’s survived the round, and now it’s up to the judges.

Result: On all three cards, the winner, by the slimmest of margins is Elizabeth Gillies, who has beaten Caity Lotz on points.

Caity’s not happy, and wants more rounds, but that knockdown in round 9 took the fight away from her. One thing’s for certain – these girls aren’t going to be partying tonight! They’re exhausted!
