TESS VALMORE
RITTER/ KESHA Ritter came into this bout winless in three tries. She leaves winless in four, After Ritter took the first two rounds, Kesha got a talking to. She listened good. It was all Kesha from that point forward. In the fifth, Kesha decided it was time to go home. She landed a right and then a left to Ritter’s jaw that put Ritter out on the canvas
BOWDEN/ TORV If Bowden had hopes of getting signed by a stable based on her performance in this fight, she is going to be sadly disappointed. She lasted about eight minutes when a couple of right hands left her on the canvas. As Mac said the party was over
GONZALEZ/ ARTERTON This was Gonzalez’s second fight. She went a bridge to far in this challenge. She did manage to fight Gemma even through four. In the fifth, Gonzalez tried to hold her ground and bang with Arterton. It didn’t go well as Arterton landed some pretty heavy punches, In the sixth, Arterton simply walked Gonzalez down and finished her off with a left uppercut and a right hook
GRIFFITHS/ MACK This was Griffiths FCBA debut. As a rule. BBU fighters very rarely do well in their first FCBA fight. She was going up against an A class bantam and the result was the usual She hung with Mack for about eleven minutes before Mack crushed her with a right hand ending her first FCBA fight as loss
WOODLEY/ RAMBIN Woodley came into this bout 0-2. Rambin came in at 5-2. The big difference was Woodley’s losses came at the hands of A class fighters. Rambin had never fought one. Woodley fought Rambin even through four. Very late in the fifth, Woodley landed a couple rights that had Rambin wobbly In the sixth, Woodley went on the offensive and eventually landed a big right then a left that sent Rambin down and out
SWAN/ BUNDCHEN In the last Asylum card, Bundchen pulled a huge upset getting a TKO over Swan. Swan was out for revenge and quite frankly, I thought she would have no problem getting it. This fight was all Swan as she took five of the first seven rounds. Then in the eighth, adversity struck Swan. She went down from a Bundchen right. Swan managed to get to her feet only to run into a couple more right hands. With her right eye not closed, the referee stepped in and stopped the bout. This was a disastrous loss for Swan that simply can’t be sugar coated. In a stable loaded with big girls, she is now on the bottom of the pack
