Reports are sketchy coming out of Vancouver’s Oceanic Executive Club, but word on the street is that an impromptu sparring session between Lake Bell (“Boston Legal,” “Surface”) and Erica Durance saw the former give the latter all she could hand;le and then some over 6 blistering heats.

Amanda Righetti, admittedly no fan of Durance and perhaps a less-than=objective source, was am eye witness to the affair. “From what I saw, the whole thing was Lake going right at Erica, punishing her and working her over at the ropes. I’m serious: Erica couldn’t hold her canvas against Bell. Lake dropped her in like the third or fourth round with right hands and after that, Durance was really shaky, They pulled her after 6, ‘cause I’m pretty sure they didn’t want Erica getting knocked out in a public session by a nobody. It was hilarious!”

When broached for comment, Bell herself plays down her performance. “I held my own, for sure,” Lake told Celebrity Ring reporter. “I’m not going to say I beat Erica Durance up or anything, but I did very well—I definitely handled my business in there.”
