About

Victoria's Secret Body Saddle™ boxing is a stipulation-based type of match.  Matches are fought like a standard boxing match; however, upon the match's completion, the loser is forced to wear an eponymous body saddle.  The winner then rides the loser in circuits around the perimeter of the ring like a horse.  Much of the psychology of this stakes match centers on the loser's humiliation at being forced to wear the saddle, and the shame of being paraded around the ring in such a fashion.  Typically, the winner will ride the loser to the point of exhaustion, where the loser collapses to the canvas and can no longer continue.

Body Saddle boxing was originally limited to an exclusive clique in the celebrity boxing world, centered around Victoria's Secret models.  The Body Saddle evolved as a result of their internal struggles within the organization's hierarchy, and private matches saw this type of fight being used to establish one woman's dominance over the others within the company.  This type of fight first became known to the general FCBA populace when Tyra Banks defeated Katherine Heigl in early 2005.  However, the Body Saddle has almost certainly been around since the 1990s, when Victoria's Secret first began using supermodels in its advertising and fashion shows. 

The current spokesperson and public face is Taylor Swift who won the title of "Mistress of the Body Saddle" by defeating the previous spokesperson Alexis Ren in a Best-of-3 fight series in July 2021.

In 2010, the "Pony Saddle" intended for Flyweights and Bantamweights was introduced by Hayden Panettiere.
